Background
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is a widely recognized clean energy source in the world today. It has high heat value, complete combustion, low cost, high transportation economy and high safety, and is popular with various users. LNG temperature is about-162 ℃, pressure is about 0.1MPa, density is about 423kg/m3And the volume of the gasified LNG vehicle-mounted gas cylinder is about 600-624 times of the liquid volume, and the containing amount of the LNG vehicle-mounted gas cylinder with the same volume is 2.5 times of that of CNG. The vehicle-mounted gas cylinder of the foreign large LNG truck can continuously run for 1000-1300 km by one-time gas filling, and is very suitable for long-distance transportation. The domestic 410L vehicle-mounted gas cylinder can continuously run for 400-500 km in an urban area by filling gas once, and can continuously run for about 700km in a highway by filling gas once. Therefore, compared with the existing CNG and LPG automobiles, the LNG automobile greatly improves the driving range of the automobile. The ignition point of LNG is 650 ℃, the explosion limit is 5% -15%, the density is small after gasification, and the LNG can be immediately volatilized and diffused after slight leakage; the ignition point of LPG is 466 ℃, the explosion limit is 2.4-9.5%, the density of LPG is higher than that of air after gasification, and LPG is not easy to diffuse after leakage; the ignition point of the gasoline is 427 ℃, and the explosion limit is 1.0-7.6%; the ignition point of the diesel oil is 260 ℃, and the explosion limit is 0.5-4.1%.
