颅骨缺损区头皮表面积临床测量对骨瓣修补术后颅脑疾病患者病情发展状况及后续治疗方案的确定具有重要意义。目前颅骨缺损区头皮表面积临床测量多采用目测或者CT图像间接测量的方法。上述方法存在以下缺点:1、目测法与医务人员经验有关,主观性强,存在误差。2、CT图像间接测量费用高,需要专业人员操作,不便于临床快速测量。目前国内外颅骨缺损区头皮表面积测量,在以下几方面有较大改进:1、医务人员积累临床经验,提高目测准确性。2、凭经验观察,减少CT扫描,降低医疗费用。但颅骨缺损区头皮凸凹不平,仍导致目前常用方法无法完全满足准确、客观、方便、长期、重复、快速临床颅骨缺损区头皮表面积测量要求。
经文献检索,未发现与本发明技术方案相同的公开报道。

a. 将带网格紫外线光感不可逆变色无弹性超薄柔性材料覆盖在需检测对象的颅骨缺损区头皮表面,描绘颅骨缺损区边缘;
b. 在距颅骨缺损区头皮表面1.0米处用辐照强度为80μw/cm2的紫外线灯照射20s;
c. 按数变色网格数目计算颅骨缺损区头皮表面积。
