Abstract

本发明公开了一种平壁管柔性套筒,涉及管道配件领域,该平壁管柔性套筒中间设置多个V型槽,两侧分别有承插口、胶圈凹槽及导入口。筒身采用低密度聚乙稀材料制成,有良好的轴向伸缩与弯曲性能,本套筒配合弹性密封圈使用,有良好的密封性能,可用于大口径塑料排水平壁管的连接,是一种多功能的连接件,具有既可适应塑料管道因冷缩热胀导致的轴向伸张与收缩,也可避免因地基局部下陷造成管道不规则倾斜以至使管道间连接处脱离或开裂,杜绝泄漏。

技术领域
  本发明涉及管道配件领域,是各种大口径塑料排水平壁管的连接装置。 
背景技术
   大口径塑料排水平壁管目前已作为城市雨水、污水收集与排放的主要用管而埋于地下,由于该类管材目前工程施工中通常将5或6根管材连接成一体,连接管材的方式主要采用热缩套连接、电热熔带连接或卡箍连接,此三种连接方式均不能适应因承托管道的地基由于土质疏松或地下水溢出而下陷,造成管道下沉使连接件与管体开裂或脱离,造成泄漏以致污染环境。 
发明内容
 本发明的目的在于解决大口径塑料排水平壁管现有连接方法的决陷所造成的泄漏导致环境污染问题,为此提供了一种平壁管柔性套筒作为大口径塑料排水平壁管可靠的连接方法,彻底解决上述难题。 
   为了实现以上目的,本发明解决其技术难题是通过以下技术方案实现的。 
   一种平壁管柔性套筒,其特征在于:套筒中间由多个V型槽4、两侧分别设有承插口1、胶圈凹槽3与及导入口2等构成。 
 所述的平壁管柔性套筒为低密度聚乙稀材料制成。 
 所述的平壁管柔性套筒,其特征在于V型槽4与胶圈凹槽3均为60°,导入口2为8~12°。 
 相对现有技术,本发明的优点及有益效果是:解决了大口径塑料排水平壁管的不合理连接,杜绝泄漏。

具体实施方式
   下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。 
 由图1所示,本发明包括:中间多个V型槽4、两侧分别设有承插口1、胶圈凹槽3与及导入口2。 
   由图2所示,本发明的两侧胶圈凹槽3内放置弹性密封圈5。 
 由图3所示,两段平壁管6分别经导入口2插入两侧承插口1,由于V型槽4内的弹性密封圈5与平壁管6的外壁紧压形成封闭环,阻止水往外泄漏;当管体一端下沉时,套筒中间的多个V型槽4可弯曲变形以适应管体倾斜0~30°,确保在恶劣的地质条件下闭水效果良好。

1. 一种平壁管柔性套筒,其特征在于:套筒中间由多个V型槽4、两侧分别设有承插口1、胶圈凹槽3与及导入口2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平壁管柔性套筒,其特征在于套筒材质为低密度聚乙稀材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平壁管柔性套筒,其特征在于V型槽4与胶圈凹槽3均为60°,导入口2为8~12°。
