Abstract

冷硫翻新轮胎方法,包括将待翻新轮胎体滚道整圆打磨粗糙,新胎面压花、裁片并预硫化,用下述甲、乙两组胶浆按10∶1混合制成的冷硫耐热胶浆粘结在等翻新的胎体上,经冷模加压,室温冷硫得到翻新轮胎。胶浆配比:甲组∶丁腈胶、槽法炭黑、防老剂、树脂、混炼后,加入约2.5倍溶剂乙酸乙脂溶解;乙组:丁腈、氧化锌、氧化镁、硫代乙酰氨,混炼后,加入约4.7倍溶剂乙酸乙溶解。该方法具有制作成本低、生产效率高的特点,用该方法制作的轮胎还具有耐130℃高温的效果。

Description

冷硫翻新轮胎方法
本发明属于一种受磨损后冷硫翻新轮胎的方法,特别是适用于车用轮胎的外胎整圆翻新。
车用外胎的翻新是一项节约原材料,提高外胎利用率的重要措施。EP389140公开了一种冷硫翻新轮胎的方法,它是以自然橡胶或异戊二烯橡胶以及硫、有机硫混合物、有机胺和碳黑所组成的、非硫化过的橡胶垫夹在新胎面和旧胎体之间,经加温加压硫化而成。用此法翻新轮胎,由于采用的为天然橡胶或异戊二烯橡胶,其不饱和性决定其耐油、耐高温性较差,影响翻新轮胎的使用寿命。上述专利技术方案是在“50℃”的温度和3.3kg/cm2实现硫化,得到翻新轮胎”,该方案是50℃的温度及一定压力的条件下实现硫化,这就需要在各种型号尺寸的整圆硫化模上均增加加温和控温装置,也就大大增加了该道工序的制作成本。
本发明的目的是提供一种冷硫翻新轮胎的方法,该方法可以克服由于翻新轮胎整体加温控温硫化需要专用模具,而带来的高成本问题,且该方法生产效率高。用该方法翻新的轮胎还具有耐130℃高温的效果。
本发明的技术方案是这样实施的,一种冷硫翻新轮胎方法,包括将待翻新轮胎体滚道整圆打磨粗糙,新胎面压花、裁片并预硫化,其特征在于,该轮胎是将经预硫化的新胎面用下述甲、乙两组胶浆按10∶1混合制成的冷硫耐热胶浆粘结在待翻新的胎体上,经在冷模具内加压,室温冷硫得到翻新轮胎,

甲组:
丁腈胶      67.23%
槽法炭黑    20.10%
防老剂      0.67%
树脂        12.00%
将以上材料混炼后,加入约上述总量的2.5倍溶剂乙酸乙脂溶解,待用,
所述丁腈胶为环化丁腈胶,所述防老剂为4010型,所述树脂为改性树脂,
乙组:(重量百分比)
丁腈-26      33.3%
氧化锌       33.3%
氧化镁       26.7%
硫化乙酰氨   6.7%
将以上材料混炼后,加入约上述总量的4.7倍溶剂乙酸乙脂溶解,待用。
本发明还可以这样实施,甲组中丁腈胶是环化丁腈-40或环化丁腈-50。
本发明所述的冷硫翻新轮胎方法,胎体的橡胶、帘布都没有经过不必要的热硫化,因而不影响轮胎的机械性能和物理性能,胎体可以多次翻新。由于仅对新胎面热硫化,则可大大提高硫化的效率。例如整圆硫化模两小时只能硫化1条翻新胎,而罐体硫化两小时可以硫化500条新胎面,对于新胎面而言,罐体硫化较整圆模硫化温度均匀,分子交联整体同时起步,而整圆模硫化时,热源由模壁导入,分子交联是由表及里,因而经罐体硫化的新胎面较经整圆模硫化的新胎面质量高。

实施例
冷硫翻新轮胎的方法是,将待翻新的胎体滚道整圆打磨粗糙;将胎面混炼经压延机出条,再由花辊压片到所需厚度尺寸后,按所需宽度和长度下片,可根据对不同花纹的需要配制不同的花辊,压制不同的花纹的新胎面,新胎面经罐体热硫化后,待用。粘结时,将无花纹的新胎面里面打磨粗糙,将预处理过的待翻新胎体与新胎面用冷硫耐热橡胶浆粘结,并用冷模加压一定时间,室温硫化。
轮胎翻新的冷硫耐热橡胶浆为甲、乙两组,其配比为:(重量百分比)
胶浆配比:
甲组:
丁腈胶    40或50  (环化)    67.23%
槽法碳黑                    20.10%
防老剂    4010              0.67%
树脂      (改性)            12.00%
将以上材料混炼后,加入约上述总量的2.5倍溶剂乙酸乙脂溶解,待用,
乙组:
丁腈-26      33.3%
氧化锌       33.3%
氧化镁       26.7%
硫代乙酰氨   6.7%
将以上材料混炼后,加入约上述总量的4.7倍溶剂乙酸乙脂溶解,待用。
使用时将配制好的甲乙两种胶浆按10∶1的比例,混合搅拌均匀,即可使用。注意,混合过的胶浆必须在四小时内用完。
在常温粘结后,翻新轮胎可在130℃长期使用。

1.一种冷硫翻新轮胎方法,包括将待翻新轮胎体滚道整圆,打磨粗糙,新胎面压花、裁片并预硫化,其特征在于,该轮胎是将经预硫化的新胎面用下述甲、乙两组胶浆按10∶1混合制成的冷硫耐热胶浆粘结在待翻新的胎体上,经在冷模具内加压,室温冷硫得到翻新轮胎,

树脂        12.00%
将以上材料混炼后,加入约上述总量的2.5倍溶剂乙酸乙脂溶解,待用,
