本发明公开一种免洗手部消毒液及其制备方法，其原料组成为：卡波姆1 g～3g、5wt%～10wt%三氯卡班溶液1.0 ml～100 ml、香精0.5g～1g、羊毛脂0.5g～5g、竹炭精油1 g～60g、95wt%酒精600 g～800g，三乙醇胺0.5 ml～1ml，加纯净水至1000g；所述的三氯卡班溶液其溶剂为N，N‑二甲基甲酰胺或N，N‑二甲基乙酰胺。本发明制得的手部消毒液其特点是采用中西药结合并佐以护肤剂，速效与长效结合，消毒与护肤集为一体，是一种消毒护肤二效合一的新型绿色生态免洗手部消毒护肤液。

技术领域
本发明属于轻工业领域，具体涉及一种一种免洗手部消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
手是人体接触外界最频繁的部位，在日常工作与生活中极易沾染上各种细菌，尤其是在存在大量病原微生物的医院等环境中。医务人员在医疗、护理工作中不可避免会被病原微生物污染，如果不搞好手部消毒工作极易造成病菌感染。为了控制院内感染的发生，我们国家越来越重视医务人员手消毒工作，并正在强调医务人员手卫生规范工作，这就使得手消毒产品在医疗机构有稳定、长期的需求。 而在日常生活方面 ，由于人们生活水平的提高，健康意识、防范疾病的认识也逐步提高，尤其是经历了传染性非典型肺炎、禽流感、手足口病、甲型H1N1流感，人们对消毒剂应用有了很好认识，手消毒产品市场需求量增大。尤其是从事金融工作（如银行人员、柜台收银员）和外出旅游人员对手消毒产品需求量大增。有调查资料表明，银行出纳人员点钞手指的细菌污染状况合格率仅为 36.25%；出纳员数钞票3000张后，其拇指、中指和食指和带菌数比点钞前增加37倍。可见消毒液的需求群体是巨大的。
目前，用于手部消毒的消毒剂种类繁多，其组成成分及性能各不相同，常见有：碘伏、乙醇、异丙醇、氯已定（洗必泰）、高氧化还原电位水、含氯消毒液、及其它复方消毒液等等。尽管目前市场上手消毒剂种类繁多，但理想消毒剂却难以寻求，如上述消毒剂各有优缺点：碘伏是碘和表面活性剂的络合物，克服了碘难溶于水、易升华、有刺激性、不够稳定、易着色等缺点，但尽管碘伏消毒效果好，但受有机物影响大，消毒后干燥时间太长，有令人不快的发粘感觉。75% 乙醇消毒快速，但易挥发，对皮肤有较大的刺激性，若经常用乙醇进行洗手消毒，皮肤会因为脱脂而干燥、粗糙。氯已定（洗必泰）为双胍类化合物，因系阳离子消毒剂，与阴离子洗涤剂有拮抗作用，故不宜与肥皂等洗涤剂同用。高氧化还原电位水消毒快、无毒，但不稳定，无法保存，应购置专门设备。含氯消毒剂对皮肤有较大的伤害作用，现已基本被其它消毒剂所取代。但在我国目前仍有少数医院还有采用，如用0.05%万福金安、200mg/L 84消毒液进行内、外科临床护士手消毒。使用万福金安、84消毒液对皮肤有一定的刺激性，常见的皮肤反应有皮肤发白、发涩、干燥，使用84消毒液尤为严重，长期使用易出现干裂、脱皮等不适感；市场上还有“美逸柔”、“丹尼尔”等手消毒产品，这些产品杀毒主要成分多为洗必泰、季铵盐等，消毒效果一般，有润肤、保湿效果，但价格较贵。除外，上述消毒液的共同缺点是消毒后还要用无菌水冲洗，再用毛巾、布等擦干，极为不便。总之皮肤消毒尤其是医务人员手的消毒一直存在着不尽如人意的地方。
三氯卡班是一种高效、广谱抗菌剂，它具备持续、安全、稳定的杀菌特点，与皮肤有极好的相容性，并且对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、真菌、酵母菌、病毒都具有高效抑杀作用。与传统的氯系和氧系杀菌剂相比，三氯卡班的突出优点是稳定性和配伍性极好，没有难闻的气味，且用量少，药效持久。即使稀释到三千万倍的三氯卡班TCC溶液，也可完全抑制某些致病性细菌的生长。它被添加在香皂、香波、沐浴露、洗手液、洗面奶、美容液、去痘霜、洗衣粉、洗衣液、创伤膏、美容化妆品、须用泡沫膏、牙膏、漱口水、抗菌餐具洗涤剂、伤口消毒剂、织物 抗菌整理剂、医用消毒剂、纤维纺织品和除腋臭及脚气类产品里杀菌、抑菌和除臭。
现代药理研究表明，某些中草药提取物，尤其是药用植物精油具有抗菌、防腐及抑制霉菌的功效，可以清除水痘和带状疱疹所引起的小痘痘和不洁部位，净化效果极好。还具有极佳的修复功能，能修复受损细胞，促进细胞再生，快速淡化痘印、痘坑，使肌肤光滑无瑕。最新研究发现，竹炭精油也具有较好抗菌、防腐及抑制霉菌的功效，药效持久，无毒、无刺激，价格便宜，与各种抗菌药都有很好的相容性和协同增效作用。
过去，人们在选择手消毒和外科手消毒剂时更多是考虑产品的杀菌效果，较少考虑皮肤的护理问题，近几年，对需要频繁手消毒的医护人员皮肤伤害问题越为越为人关注。我们认为，目前所研发的产品对医务人员皮肤刺激性小、每天多次使用无伤害，甚至还应考虑有无护肤作用，今后只有医生爱用的产品才有广泛应用与推广前景。羊毛脂有很好的乳化和渗透作用，具有柔软皮肤、防止脱脂和皮肤皲裂的功效，易于被皮肤吸收，能够和多种原料配伍。一直以来，羊毛脂被誉为皮肤护理产品的“首选软化剂”，广泛应用于化妆品护肤原料。
本发明在参考有关资料和调研市场需求的基础上，在手消毒剂方面进行了大量研究工作，综合考虑消毒高效长效性、安全性、稳定性、实用性、价格低廉性、方便性、快干、免洗等,试验出一种以消毒、护肤为一体的的复方速干型凝胶制剂--免洗手部消毒剂，解决了以上所提出的问题，使手的消毒护理变得方便而持效。
发明内容
本发明基于现在社会和市场需求、手部消毒液的使用状况，提供了一种免洗手部消毒液，该消毒液将消毒与护肤集为一体，高效、速效、持久、无毒、无刺激。
一种免洗手部消毒液，其原料组成为：卡波姆1 g～3g、5wt%～10wt%三氯卡班溶液1.0 ml～100 ml、香精0.5g～1g、羊毛脂0.5g～5g、竹炭精油1 g～60g、95wt%酒精600 g～800g，三乙醇胺0.5 ml～1ml，加纯净水至1000g；所述的三氯卡班溶液其溶剂为N，N-二甲基甲酰胺或N，N-二甲基乙酰胺。
更优的，所述的免洗手部消毒液，其原料组成为：卡波姆1.5g、5wt%三氯卡班溶液20ml、香精0.5g、羊毛脂0.5g、竹炭精油10g、95wt%酒精750g，三乙醇胺0.5ml；加纯净水至1000g。
所述的竹炭精油是按以下方法制备的：取10g竹焦油，加30-50ml无水乙醇
充分搅拌溶解，过滤去渣，取滤液用旋转蒸发仪蒸发掉乙醇即得竹炭精油。
一种制备如上所述的免洗手部消毒液的方法，具体步骤包括：
（1）将三氯卡班溶入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中，制得5wt%～10wt%三氯卡班溶液；
（2）将卡波姆加入纯净水中溶胀后搅拌均匀；
（3）取95%乙醇，加入三氯卡班溶液，香精，羊毛脂，竹炭精油，溶解拌匀；
（4）将步骤（2）和步骤（3）制得的产物充分混匀，加入三乙醇胺调pH值6.5～7.5，最后加纯净水至1000g充分搅拌即可。
所述的免洗手部消毒液在配制或者制备消杀致病菌液体中的应用，其中所述的致病菌为大肠杆菌、金黄色黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌或白色念珠菌。
本发明的有益效果是：
（1）本发明消毒液的抑菌杀菌成分由中西药结合，速效与长效结合，消毒与护理相结合。药效快，持久，无毒、无残留，为生态绿色制剂；消毒、护肤为一体，同步进行；使用方便，气味芳香，手感舒适；
（2）经权威部门检测，在实验室条件下本品对大肠杆菌、金黄色黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌，消毒作用1min，杀灭对数值均大于5.0；对白色念珠菌，消毒3min，平均杀灭对数值大于5.0；而人体手现场消毒试验，对30人次手上和皮肤自然菌消毒3min，平均杀灭对数值大于1.0。
具体实施方式
本发明用下列实施例来进一步说明本发明，但本发明的保护范围并不限于下列实施例。
实施例1
卡波姆1.5g、5%三氯卡班20ml、香精0.5g、羊毛脂0.5g、竹炭精油10g、95%酒精750g，三乙醇胺0.5ml，加纯净水至1000g。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将1g三氯卡班溶入20ml N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中；
（2）将1.5g卡波姆加入100 ml纯净水中溶胀后搅拌均匀；
（3）量取95%乙醇750 ml，加入5%三氯卡班（TCC）20 ml，柠檬香精0.5g，羊毛脂0.5g，竹炭精油10g，溶解拌匀；
（4）将步骤（2）和步骤（3）制得的产物充分混匀，加入三乙醇胺调pH值至6.5，最后加纯净水至1000g充分搅拌即可。
实施例2

制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将0.75g三氯卡班溶入15ml N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中；
（2）将2.0g卡波姆加入100 ml纯净水中溶胀后搅拌均匀；
（3）量取95%乙醇750 ml，加入5%三氯卡班（TCC）15 ml，柠檬香精0.5g，羊毛脂0.5g，竹炭精油15g，溶解拌匀；
（4）将步骤（2）和步骤（3）制得的产物充分混匀，加入三乙醇胺调pH值7.0，最后加纯净水至1000g充分搅拌即可。
实施例3

制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将1.5g三氯卡班溶入15ml N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中；
（2）将1.5g卡波姆加入100 ml纯净水中溶胀后搅拌均匀；
（3）量取95%乙醇600 ml，加入10%三氯卡班（TCC）15 ml，柠檬香精0.5g，羊毛脂1g，竹炭精油10g，溶解拌匀；
（4）将步骤（2）和步骤（3）制得的产物充分混匀，加入三乙醇胺调pH值7.5，最后加纯净水至1000g充分搅拌即可。
实施例5
卡波姆2.0g、5%三氯卡班10ml、香精0.5g、羊毛脂0.65g、竹炭精油20g、95%酒精650g，三乙醇胺0.5ml，加纯净水至1000g。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将0.5g三氯卡班溶入10ml N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中；
（2）将2.0g卡波姆加入100 ml纯净水中溶胀后搅拌均匀；
（3）量取95%乙醇650 ml，加入5%三氯卡班（TCC）10 ml，柠檬香精0.5g，羊毛脂0.65g，竹炭精油20g，溶解拌匀；
（4）将（2）和（3）充分混匀，加入三乙醇胺调pH值6.5，最后加纯净水至1000g充分搅拌即可。
在实验室条件下将本发明制得的洗手液对大肠杆菌、金黄色黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌，消毒作用1min，杀灭对数值均大于5.0；对白色念珠菌，消毒3min，平均杀灭对数值大于5.0；而人体手现场消毒试验，对30人次手上和皮肤自然菌消毒3min，平均杀灭对数值大于1.0，效果突出。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰，皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种免洗手部消毒液，其特征在于：其原料组成为：卡波姆2.5g、10%三氯卡班10ml、香精0.5g、羊毛脂0.5g、竹炭精油10g、95%酒精700g，三乙醇胺1ml，加纯净水至1000g；
其制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将1g三氯卡班溶入10ml N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中；
（2）将2.5g卡波姆加入100 ml纯净水中溶胀后搅拌均匀；
（3）量取95%乙醇700 ml，加入10%三氯卡班10 ml，柠檬香精0.5g，羊毛脂0.5g，竹炭精油10g，溶解拌匀；
（4）将步骤（2）和步骤（3）制得的产物充分混匀，加入三乙醇胺调pH值7.5，最后加纯净水至1000g充分搅拌即可。
