Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面接触式承载托盘座，涉及一种货物运输装置，尤其是集装运输用货架，属于货物运输技术领域。它包括承载面和设置在承载面外端的挂钩，其关键技术是挂钩包括挂耳和靠板，挂耳设置在承载面外端上侧，靠板设置在承载面外端下侧，构成双面接触式承载托盘座。本发明具有的有益效果是：在承载面外端上侧和下侧分别设有挂耳和靠板，构成双面接触式承载托盘座。改变了现有技术单面受力状态，增大了受力面积，同时把传递到托架上的应力进行分散，减小传递到侧墙及托架上的应力，规避了现有结构的应力集中现象，有效提高了托盘座的稳定性，托盘座的承载能力提高了80％，使用寿命提高了68％左右，保证了货物运输的安全性。

技术领域
双面接触式承载托盘座，涉及一种货物运输装置，尤其是集装运输用货架，属于货物运输技术领域。
背景技术
目前，在货物的集装运输过程中，车厢内的托盘广泛应用于对货物的分类和分层，但是在对托盘的支撑上，主要采用一种简易的挂钩与承载面挂在车厢侧墙托架上来支撑托盘。这种结构的挂钩受力状态较差，其强度和疲劳寿命较低，极易产生应力集中现象，在运用中这种装置容易出现裂纹、甚至撕裂等故障，严重影响货物运输安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题就是针对以上不足而提供一种受力状态合理，提高承载能力和使用寿命的托盘支撑装置。其技术方案如下：
它包括承载面和设置在承载面外端的挂钩，其关键技术是挂钩包括挂耳和靠板，挂耳设置在承载面外端上侧，靠板设置在承载面外端下侧，构成双面接触式承载托盘座。
所述挂耳下端具有安装面与承载面外端上侧连接，挂耳上端具有内接触面。
所述靠板下端具有外接触面。
在承载面相邻边沿分别设有纵向限位档和横向限位档。
在承载面底部设有加强筋。
所述承载面外端向上倾斜3～5°角。
所述纵向限位档向挂钩方向倾斜2～3°角。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有的有益效果是：
1、在承载面外端上侧和下侧分别设有挂耳和靠板，构成双面接触式承载托盘座。在工作位时，托盘座呈座式安装在车厢侧墙的托架上，挂耳的安装面施压在托架的方孔上，挂耳的内接触面与托架上方内表面接触，靠板的外接触面与托架下方外表面接触，改变了现有技术单面受力状态，而是挂耳和靠板与托架双面接触受力，增大了受力面积，同时把传递到托架上的应力进行分散，减小传递到侧墙及托架上的应力，规避了现有结构的应力集中现象，有效提高了托盘座的稳定性，托盘座的承载能力提高了80％，使用寿命提高了68％左右，保证了货物运输的安全性。
2、挂耳和靠板限制托盘座横向移动，防止托盘座从托架上滑落，保证了托盘座的稳定性。
3、在承载面相邻边沿分别设有纵向限位档和横向限位档，限制了托盘在托盘座上的横向和纵向串动，确保了托盘货物运输过程中的稳固性。
4、以水平面为基准，承载面外端向上倾斜3～5°角，当托盘座承载面承受载荷时，托盘座产生变形，保证承载面处于水平位置。
5、纵向限位档向挂钩方向倾斜2～3°角，这样在托盘安装时具有导向作用。
6、加强筋的设置，增强了托盘座的强度，提高了托盘座垂向承载能力，提高了疲劳寿命和使用寿命。

使用时，如图3、图4所示，托盘座呈座式安装在车厢侧墙的托架8上，挂耳的安装面7施压在托架的方孔9上，挂耳的内接触面1-1与托架上方内表面接触，靠板的外接触面6-1与托架下方外表面接触，这样将托盘座安装好，托盘座上安装托盘。

1.一种双面接触式承载托盘座，包括承载面(4)和设置在承载面(4)外端的挂钩(1)，挂钩(1)包括挂耳(1-2)和靠板(6)，挂耳(1-2)设置在承载面外端上侧，靠板(6)设置在承载面外端下侧，构成双面接触式承载托盘座，其特征是挂耳(1-2)下端具有与承载面外端上侧连接的安装面(7)，挂耳上端具有内接触面(1-1)。
