Abstract

本发明具体可采用下述结构:带有钩型轮齿(1)的旋转式分解轮框(2)安装在固定臂(4)上,支杆(3)、回位弹簧(8)、钢丝绳(6)、滑轮(5)安装在内轮总成(7)上。本发明利用钢丝绳、支杆、钩型轮齿、旋转式分解轮框来实现变速的作用,从原来有限的档速变化到如今的N档速变化。此超级变速系统可以更加方便的使自行车骑行人根据不同的地形来选择适合自己的档速。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自行车超级变速系统,具体是一种能现实N级变速的自行车变速系统。
背景技术
日常的变速自行车通常采用两个变速齿轮,常见的档速有21速、24速等。就目前的情况看,不可能将挡速无限制的提高,因此档速越高,单个变速齿轮需要的不同大小的齿轮也越多,但这样会使齿轮总体厚度增加,造成车体重心不稳从而使自行车难以控制。因此,我设计这款超级变速齿轮可以解决这个问题,从而使变速自行车的档速能提高到N档。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可以有N档变速的超级变速系统。
本发明采用单片变速齿轮,在工作状态时,通过变速档来控制钢丝绳,从而将齿轮分成8个相同的部分。
本发明通过变速档来拉动钢丝绳,则钢丝绳会牵动每个部分中的支杆从而使旋转式分解轮框裂开,分成8个相同的部分,支杆在钢丝绳得作用下做机械运动,从而使旋转式分解轮框分开的边扩大,来扩大齿轮的周长,此时与链条相啮合的轮齿的个数减少,但由于轮齿特殊的钩型设计,是的轮齿能紧紧啮合链条,从而达到变速的目的。松开钢丝绳后,在回位弹簧的拉力作用下,使各个部分回归原位,超级变速齿轮恢复原样。
本发明具体可采用下述结构:带有钩型轮齿(1)的旋转式分解轮框(2)安装在固定臂(4)上,支杆(3)、回位弹簧(8)、钢丝绳(6)、滑轮(5)安装在内轮总成(7)上。
本发明利用钢丝绳、支杆、钩型轮齿、旋转式分解轮框来实现变速的作用,从原来有限的档速变化到如今的N档速变化。此超级变速系统可以更加方便的使自行车骑行人根据不同的地形来选择适合自己的档速。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,本实施例包括钩型轮齿1、旋转式分解轮框2、支杆3和固定臂4、滑轮5、钢丝绳6、内轮总成7、回位弹簧8。钩型轮齿1固定在旋转式分解轮框2上面,旋转式分解轮框2通过销轴与内轮总成7上的固定臂4连接。支杆3通过销轴连接在旋转式分解轮框2和固定臂4上面,钢丝绳8通过在固定臂4上面的滑轮连接到支杆3上。通过钢丝绳8来拉动支杆3使得旋转式分解轮框2裂开扩大,实现N级变速功能。
本实施例的钢丝绳8通过内轮总成里面的滑轮机构与前把上面的变速档连接。
当用手拨动变速档时,钢丝绳8通过滑轮机构5拉动支杆3运动,支杆3把旋转式分解轮框2裂开,使得齿轮周长扩大来现实从0档到N档的变速目的。把当变速档回复原位时,回位弹簧8拉动支杆3使旋转式分解轮框2回复原位,从而达到使车辆低速行驶的目的。

Claims (2)

1.一种自行车用的超级变速系统,包括其内轮总成(7)及其上的固定臂(4)、旋转式分解轮框(2)和钩型轮齿(1),还包括支杆(3)、回位弹簧(8)、钢丝绳(6)、滑轮(5),其特征在于,所述旋转式分解轮框(2)通过固定臂(4)上的支杆(3)和钢丝绳(6)来实现与链条配合,通过回位弹簧(8)实现复位;所述旋转式分解轮框通过钢丝绳与前把上的变速档连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车用的超级变速系统,其特征是:所述钩型轮齿(1)的旋转式分解轮框(2)安装在固定臂(4)上,所述支杆(3)、回位弹簧(8)、钢丝绳(6)、滑轮(5)安装在内轮总成(7)上。
