背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快,餐桌上往往是高脂肪、高蛋白和高热量的食物,加上运动量减少、作息不规律等原因,亚健康人群越来越多,超重和肥胖人群爆炸式增长,糖尿病、高血压、脂肪肝的患病者也越来越年轻,失眠、抑郁、痛风等烦恼也频繁地出现在普通百姓的日常交谈中。
亚健康,是指非病非健康状态,是一种临界状态。处于亚健康状态的人,虽然没有明确的疾病,但却会出现精神活力、适应能力和反应能力下降的症状,如果这种状态不能得到及时的改善,非常容易引起心身疾病。
据相关数据显示,全部人群中,仅5%为医学意义上真正的健康者,包括少部分青少年儿童和士兵;20%为病人,剩下的75%均为亚健康人群。
要想缓解亚健康状态,必须及早入手,改善饮食结构,养成良好生活习惯,加强运动,学会释压。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合及其制备方法,通过排除体内毒素、补充必需营养来恢复体内酶的活性并修复受损细胞,从而达到改善亚健康状况,包括但不限于改善三高、减肥和塑身等的目的。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,包括产品A,为促进脂肪分解的营养品;产品C,为排除毒素的功能食品;产品M,为营养代餐产品;产品S,为调节代谢功能的营养品,本发明为产品A、产品C、产品M、产品S这四种产品的组合物。本发明的第二个目的是提供一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合的制备方法。
产品A由以下重量比原料组成:果糖20-65%,蛋氨酸1-20%,药食同源物品5-20%,左旋肉碱0.5-5%,维生素B族0.0001-0.01%,烟酸0.001-0.05%,锌元素0.001-0.05%,柠檬酸0.1-3%,甜菜碱0.01-0.5%,其余为麦芽糊精。
产品A中的药食同源物品选自绿茶提取物、荷叶提取物、山楂提取物、白扁豆提取物、莱菔子提取物、玫瑰花提取物、茉莉花提取物、桂花提取物、刀豆提取物、胖大海提取物、蒲公英提取物、青果提取物、鱼腥草提取物、余甘子提取物中的一种或多种,每一种药食同源物品占产品A的重量比为0.5-10%。
产品A为固体饮料,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素B族和锌元素混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入果糖、蛋氨酸、药食同源物品、左旋肉碱、烟酸、柠檬酸、甜菜碱、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后包装,0.5-2g/包。
产品C由以下重量比原料组成:果糖20-65%,低聚果糖5-65%,蛋氨酸1-10%,药食同源物品5-20%,维生素B族0.0001-0.01%,烟酸0.001-0.05%,锌元素0.001-0.05%,甜菜碱0.01-0.5%,其余为麦芽糊精。

产品M为固体饮料,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素A元素、维生素B族、维生素C元素、维生素D元素、锌元素、钙元素、磷元素、镁元素、铁元素、二氧化硅混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入果糖、低聚果糖、脱脂奶粉、可可粉、乳清蛋白粉、大豆膳食纤维、中链甘油三酯油粉、魔芋粉、亚麻籽粉、药食同源物品、烟酸、巧克力香精粉、黄原胶、肉桂粉、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后包装,20-50g/包。
产品S由以下重量比原料组成:低聚果糖20-65%,脱脂奶粉5-30%,乳清蛋白粉5-30%,木糖醇1-15%,大豆卵磷脂1-15%,蛋氨酸1-15%,可可粉1-15%,亚麻籽粉1-15%,药食同源物品1-10%,维生素B族0.0001-0.01%,烟酸0.001-0.05%,锌元素0.001-0.05%,巧克力香精粉0.1-3%,硬脂酸镁0.1-5%,其余为麦芽糊精。
产品S中的药食同源物品选自苜蓿提取物、桃仁提取物、郁李仁提取物、高良姜提取物、砂仁提取物、香橼提取物、白芷提取物、代代花提取物、昆布提取物中的一种或多种,每一种药食同源物品占产品S的重量比为0.5-10%。
产品S为咀嚼片,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素B族和锌元素混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入低聚果糖、脱脂奶粉、乳清蛋白粉、木糖醇、大豆卵磷脂、蛋氨酸、可可粉、亚麻籽粉、药食同源物品、烟酸、巧克力香精粉、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后压片、包装,1.5-5g/片。
优选的,产品A、产品C、产品M用100-250毫升水冲泡的方式饮用,产品S采用咀嚼的方式食用。
在组成产品A的成分中,果糖为单糖,是糖类中化学活性最高的糖。果糖在人体内代谢比葡萄糖快,容易被机体吸收,且不依赖胰岛素,对血糖影响很小,适用于葡萄糖代谢及肝功能不全的患者补充能量,同时它还具有促进有益细菌繁殖,改善肠功能和代谢,不致龋齿等特性,因此结晶果糖是糖尿病人、肥胖病人、儿童食品的理想甜味剂。
蛋氨酸是构成人体的必需氨基酸之一,参与蛋白质合成,因其不能在体内自身生成,所以必须由外部获得;蛋氨酸有保护肝脏、保护心肌、抗抑郁、调整代谢等多种作用。

实施例4 本发明的使用效果
上述3种固体饮料产品,以240ml温水冲饮;咀嚼片口含或咀嚼。以下是部分使用者的案例,详见下表:

所述产品A由以下重量比原料组成:果糖20-65%,蛋氨酸1-20%,药食同源物品5-20%,左旋肉碱0.5-5%,维生素B族0.0001-0.01%,烟酸0.001-0.05%,锌元素0.001-0.05%,柠檬酸0.1-3%,甜菜碱0.01-0.5%,其余为麦芽糊精;
所述产品C由以下重量比原料组成:果糖20-65%,低聚果糖5-65%,蛋氨酸1-10%,药食同源物品5-20%,维生素B族0.0001-0.01%,烟酸0.001-0.05%,锌元素0.001-0.05%,甜菜碱0.01-0.5%,其余为麦芽糊精;

3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,其特征在于,所述产品C中的药食同源物品选自决明子提取物、菊花提取物、牛蒡根提取物、甘草提取物、覆盆子提取物、茯苓提取物、百合提取物、丁香提取物、淡竹叶提取物、佛手提取物、葛根提取物、槐花提取物、桔红提取物、桔梗提取物、紫苏提取物、火麻仁提取物、木瓜提取物、桑叶提取物、酸枣仁提取物、小蓟提取物、白茅根提取物、罗汉果提取物、茴香籽提取物、山楂提取物、姜黄根提取物、乌梅提取物、鱼腥草提取物、芦根提取物、栀子提取物、蓝莓提取物、库拉索芦荟凝胶粉、薄荷叶提取物、陈皮提取物中的一种或多种,每一种药食同源物品占产品C的重量比为0.5-10%。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,其特征在于,所述产品M中的药食同源物品选自芡实提取物、茯苓提取物、山药提取物、麦芽提取物、莲子提取物、沙棘提取物、赤豆提取物、榧子提取物、枸杞子提取物、菊苣提取物、桑椹提取物、枳椇子提取物、黄精提取物、薏仁提取物、花椒提取物、玉竹提取物、姜提取物中的一种或多种,每一种药食同源物品占产品M的重量比为0.5-10%。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,其特征在于,所述产品S中的药食同源物品选自苜蓿提取物、桃仁提取物、郁李仁提取物、高良姜提取物、砂仁提取物、香橼提取物、白芷提取物、代代花提取物、昆布提取物中的一种或多种,每一种药食同源物品占产品S的重量比为0.5-10%。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,其特征在于,为产品A、产品C、产品M、产品S这四种产品的组合。
7. 一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合的制备方法,其特征在于,包括产品A、产品C、产品M、产品S的制备方法;
所述产品A为固体饮料,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素B族和锌元素混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入果糖、蛋氨酸、药食同源物品、左旋肉碱、烟酸、柠檬酸、甜菜碱、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后包装,0.5-2g/包;
所述产品C为固体饮料,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素B族和锌元素混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入果糖、低聚果糖、蛋氨酸、药食同源物品、烟酸、甜菜碱、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后包装,3-6g/包;
所述产品M为固体饮料,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素A元素、维生素B族、维生素C元素、维生素D元素、锌元素、钙元素、磷元素、镁元素、铁元素、二氧化硅混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入果糖、低聚果糖、脱脂奶粉、可可粉、乳清蛋白粉、大豆膳食纤维、中链甘油三酯油粉、魔芋粉、亚麻籽粉、药食同源物品、烟酸、巧克力香精粉、黄原胶、肉桂粉、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后包装,20-50g/包;
所述产品S为咀嚼片,采用以下方法制备:先将维生素B族和锌元素混合均匀,制成预混料,再依次加入低聚果糖、脱脂奶粉、乳清蛋白粉、木糖醇、大豆卵磷脂、蛋氨酸、可可粉、亚麻籽粉、药食同源物品、烟酸、巧克力香精粉、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精,充分搅拌,混合均匀后压片、包装,1.5-5g/片。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,其特征在于,通过食用产品A、产品C、产品M、产品S的组合营养品的方法改善亚健康,
首先通过产品C来排除身体内长期积累的毒素,恢复细胞内酶的活性;
通过产品S来补充必需的营养元素,提高细胞内酶的活性,增强人体代谢速率;
通过产品A来燃烧体内脂肪,减少脂溶性毒素在体内储存的场所和总量;
通过产品M来补充人体代谢所必需的营养元素,保证肌肉合成的正常进行。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改善亚健康的功能性营养食品组合,其特征在于,所述产品A、产品C、产品M用100-250毫升水冲泡的方式饮用,所述产品S采用咀嚼的方式食用。
