The invention provides a compressor rear cover assembly, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, comprising an outer case 1 of a refrigerator and a rear cover plate 2, wherein a rear cover opening (not shown) is arranged on the rear side surface of the outer case 1 at the position of a refrigerator compressor, the rear cover plate 2 is used for covering the rear cover opening, the rear cover plate 2 is connected with the outer case 1 through a plurality of connecting pieces, at least one connecting piece is a buckling structure 3, the buckling structure 3 comprises a buckling part 32 and a buckling groove part 31, the buckling groove part 31 is provided with a buckling groove 311, the buckling part 32 is arranged on the plate edge of the rear cover plate 2 or the opening edge of the rear cover opening, and correspondingly, the buckling groove part 31 is arranged on the opening edge of the rear cover opening or the cover plate edge of the rear cover plate 2. In addition, when only part of the connecting pieces are the buckling structures 3, the rest of the connecting pieces are the connecting pieces in the prior art. Although the back cover plate 2 of the compressor assembly in the prior art is usually installed below the rear side of the outer case 1 of the refrigerator, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the position of the back cover plate 2 is not limited to only installing below the rear side of the outer case 1 of the refrigerator, but the position of the back cover opening is changed by appropriately adjusting the position of the compressor, which is a component of the core of the refrigerator, so as to cover the back cover opening with the back cover plate 2.
The buckling part 31 is a part belonging to the rear cover plate 2 or a part of the outer case 1, and the corresponding buckling part 32 is a part belonging to the outer case 1 or a part of the rear cover plate 2, which do not affect the matching relationship between the rear cover plate 2 and the outer case 1. In the present invention, it is preferable that the fastening groove portion 31 is disposed on the edge of the plate of the rear cover plate 2, and the fastening portion 32 is disposed on the edge of the opening of the rear cover plate, because the fastening groove portion 31 needs to be specially provided with the fastening groove 311, that is, the structure of the fastening groove portion is improved compared with the prior art, therefore, the fastening groove portion 31 is disposed on the rear cover plate 2, and the external case 1 in the prior art can be used without being largely changed, thereby reducing the change of the original production line, saving the cost, and meanwhile, the fastening groove portion 31 can be integrally formed with the rear cover plate 2, and improving the production efficiency.
In the fastening structure 3 of the present invention, the fastening portion 32 is fastened to the fastening groove portion 31, and only the fastening portion 32 needs to be fastened to the fastening groove 311, and the fastening process is simple and fast, so the fastening structure has the characteristics of simplicity and fast. Specifically, when only one buckling structure 3 is arranged in the connecting piece between the rear cover plate 2 and the outer case 1, that is, the rear cover plate 2 is provided with one buckling part 32 or one buckling groove 311, accordingly, in the installation process of the rear cover plate 2, the buckling part 32 can be buckled to the buckling groove 311 firstly, and then other connecting pieces are connected and matched, or other connecting pieces are firstly connected and matched and then bent through external force so that the buckling part 32 is buckled to the buckling groove 311, and the buckling process of one connecting piece is simpler and quicker compared with the prior art, so that the installation of the rear cover plate 2 is simpler and quicker in whole compared with the prior art; when at least two buckling structures 3 are arranged in the connecting pieces between the rear cover plate 2 and the outer case 1, namely, the rear cover plate 2 is provided with at least two buckling parts 32 or buckling grooves 311, in the installation process of the rear cover plate 2, the buckling of the first buckling structure 3 can be referred to as the above, and the second and later buckling structures are bent through external force so that the buckling parts 32 are buckled to the buckling grooves 311. In conclusion, the invention is simple and fast to install.
The opening direction of the catching slot 311 has the following two types: the opening direction of the buckling groove 311 is vertical to the rear side surface of the outer case 1, so that the rear cover plate 2 does not need to have the characteristic of being capable of being elastically bent; if the opening direction of the fastening slot 311 is parallel to the rear side of the outer case 1, the rear cover plate 2 is an elastically bendable rear cover plate 2. The direction parallel to the rear side of the outer case 1 is better than the direction perpendicular to the rear side of the outer case 1 in terms of the buckling stability, and therefore, the opening direction of the buckling groove 311 is preferably parallel to the rear side of the outer case 1 for further explanation in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the present invention, the elastically bendable back cover plate 2 means a back cover plate 2 that is bent based on an external force, and the back cover plate 2 is restored to its original shape after the external force is removed, that is, the back cover plate 2 may be made of a plastic material, but is not limited to the plastic material. The back cover plate 2 is an elastically bendable back cover plate 2, so that the subsequent back cover plate 2 can deform to a certain extent in the installation process, and the damage to the back cover plate 2 is avoided.
In the invention, the rear cover plate 2 is an N (N >2) edge plate, and the N-1 plate edges of the rear cover plate 2 are connected through a buckling structure 3. It should be noted here that although the backsheet 2 is the elastically bendable backsheet 2, when only one sheet edge of the backsheet 2 is left unfixed, the single sheet edge has a problem that a large external force is required to be applied to generate the elastic bending. In order to solve the problem, one of the plate edges in the back cover plate 2 is connected by adopting a conventional bolt structure 4 in the prior art, so that the connection of the last plate edge of the back cover plate 2 does not need to be bent, and the problem that the last plate edge can be elastically bent only by a large external force is avoided. For this reason, the installation of the rear cover plate 2 needs to be performed according to a certain rule, that is, in the installation process of the rear cover plate 2 of the present invention, the last plate edge to be installed is the plate edge fixed by the bolt structure 4, and the plate edges on both sides are only required to be prevented from being fixed by the fastening structure 3. The rear housing plate 2 is a three-sided plate, a four-sided plate, a five-sided plate, etc., which does not affect the implementation of the present invention, but for the convenience of describing the present invention, the rear housing plate 2 is described as a four-sided plate, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Based on the foregoing description of the installation process of the rear cover plate 2 for the quadrilateral plate, and meanwhile, in order to more clearly describe the installation process of the rear cover plate 2, four plate edges sequentially connected to the rear cover plate 2 are respectively named as a first plate edge 21, a second plate edge 22, a third plate edge 23, and a fourth plate edge 24, wherein the first plate edge 21 is fixed to the outer box housing 1 by the bolt structure 4, and the second plate edge 22, the third plate edge 23, and the fourth plate edge 24 are fastened to the fastening portion 32 at the corresponding position by selecting any one fastening groove portion 31, so that the installation step of the rear cover plate 2 has the following several cases, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2:
1, buckling the buckling groove part 31 on the third plate edge 23 to the corresponding buckling part 32; 2. applying an external force to the vicinity of the second plate edge 22 of the rear cover plate 2 to bend the plate, and enabling the buckling groove part 31 on the second plate edge 22 to be buckled to the corresponding buckling part 32; 3. applying an external force to the vicinity of the fourth plate edge 24 of the rear cover plate 2 to bend the plate, and enabling the buckling groove part 31 on the fourth plate edge 24 to be buckled to the corresponding buckling part 32; 4. the first plate edge 21 is fixed to the outer case 1 by bolts.

(IV) 1, fastening the fastening groove part 31 on the fourth plate edge 24 to the corresponding fastening part 32; 2. applying an external force to the vicinity of the third plate edge 23 of the back cover plate 2 to bend the same, and allowing the fastening groove portions 31 on the third plate edge 23 to be fastened to the corresponding fastening portions 32; 3. applying an external force to the vicinity of the second plate edge 22 of the rear cover plate 2 to bend the plate, and enabling the buckling groove part 31 on the second plate edge 22 to be buckled to the corresponding buckling part 32; 4. the first plate edge 21 is fixed to the outer case 1 by bolts.
According to the invention, only one plate edge needs to be fixed by the bolt structure 4, and other plate edges are fixed by the buckling structure 3, and the buckling structure 3 only needs to apply proper external force to bend the rear cover plate 2, so that the buckling groove part 31 and the buckling part 32 can be buckled, the buckling structure 3 is simple and rapid to install, and the production efficiency can be improved. According to the invention, the number of the bolt structures 4 is reduced to one, compared with the prior art, only one threaded hole is required to be formed, the problem that the relative position accuracy of a plurality of threaded holes is required to be higher in the prior art is solved, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced. In addition, for the situation that the screws are rusted in a humid environment, the number of the screws is reduced because the installation of the rear cover plate 2 is reduced to one bolt structure 4, compared with the prior art, the difficulty in disassembling the rear cover plate 2 can be greatly reduced, and the rear cover plate 2 is convenient to disassemble and maintain the refrigerator.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fastening portion 32 includes a turned edge 321 turned toward the side edge, so that one end of the fastening portion 32 facing the fastening slot 311 is an arc-shaped end surface, thereby avoiding the problem that the fastening slot 311 is scratched by burrs and the like generated at the edge of the plate when the plate is cut.
