Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：白头翁40-80份、红藤15-45份、生地15-45份、玄参15-45份、白鲜皮15-45份、当归10-30份、赤芍10-30份、白芍10-30份、丹皮5-20份、山栀5-20份、甘草2-10份。本发明的中药组合物具有凉血解毒、活血通络、清热燥湿、祛风解毒的功效，其治疗银屑病疗效显著，作用可靠。其各组分药源广、配制简便、药性平和、无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物。
背景技术
银屑病，又叫牛皮癣，是一种常见的慢性皮肤病，其特征是在红斑上反复出现多层银白色干燥鳞屑，西医称为银屑病，俗称牛皮癣，初期时，皮肤上出现边缘明显、大小不等之红点，形如疹、疥，逐渐扩大成片，表面多覆盖有银白色皮屑，刮去皮屑则露出光红之表面，若再继续刮，则见有点状出血点。其发病机理尚未完全明确，但主要与遗传、病毒和细菌感染、内分泌机能障碍、神经精神障碍和免疫功能紊乱有关。西医治疗外用卡泊三醇乳膏、糖皮质激素等软膏，内服甲氨蝶呤、维A酸类、抗生素等口服药，只能适当的对症治疗和控制症状的发展，不能根除。
中医认为，银屑病血热是主要根源,而血热的形成有多种因素,可因七情内伤,气机雍滞,郁久化火,以致心火亢盛,毒热伏于营血,或因饮食失节,过食腥发动风之物,脾胃失和,气机不畅,郁久化热,复受风热毒邪而病，建议采用中医疗法,运用针对性的中成药内部综合调理是可以治愈的。
根据中医理论，针对银屑病的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术中银屑病患者对西药存在着只能暂时症状及治疗效果不理想的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：白头翁40-80份、红藤15-45份、生地15-45份、玄参15-45份、白鲜皮15-45份、当归10-30份、赤芍10-30份、白芍10-30份、丹皮5-20份、山栀5-20份、甘草2-10份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：白头翁60份、红藤30份、生地30份、玄参30份、白鲜皮30份、当归15份、赤芍15份、白芍15份、丹皮10份、山栀10份、甘草5份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：白头翁具有清热燥湿，凉血解毒；红藤具有清热解毒、活血通络、败毒散瘀、祛风杀虫的功效；生地具有清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经的功效；玄参具有凉血滋阴、泻火解毒的功效；白鲜皮具有清热燥湿、祛风解毒的功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；赤芍具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；白芍具有通顺血脉、养血柔肝、缓中敛汗的功效；丹皮具有清血，活血散瘀的功效；山栀具有泻火除烦；清热利湿；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏凉血解毒、活血通络、清热燥湿、祛风解毒之功效，从而对银屑病的治疗达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎和冲服服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达90%，治愈率达55%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：白头翁60g、红藤30g、生地30g、玄参30g、白鲜皮30g、当归15g、赤芍15g、白芍15g、丹皮10g、山栀10g、甘草5g。
实施例2
一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：白头翁40g、红藤40g、生地20g、玄参45g、白鲜皮15g、当归12g、赤芍20g、白芍12g、丹皮20g、山栀5g、甘草7g。
实施例3
一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：白头翁70g、红藤15g、生地45g、玄参20g、白鲜皮40g、当归10g、赤芍12g、白芍20g、丹皮5g、山栀15g、甘草2g。
实施例4
一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：白头翁80g、红藤20g、生地40g、玄参15g、白鲜皮45g、当归20g、赤芍30g、白芍10g、丹皮7g、山栀20g、甘草3g。
实施例5
一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：白头翁50g、红藤45g、生地15g、玄参40g、白鲜皮20g、当归30g、赤芍10g、白芍30g、丹皮20g、山栀7g、甘草10g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物中的组份均按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二煎煮，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例60例，其中男26例，女34例，年龄18～64岁。
二、诊断标准：
1 .起病缓慢，易于复发。有明显季节性，一般冬重夏轻；
2 .好发于头皮、四肢伸侧，以肘关节面多见，常泛发全身；
3 .部分病人可见指甲病变，轻者呈点状凹陷，重者甲板增厚，光泽消失。或可见于口腔、阴部粘膜。发于头皮者可见束状毛发。；
4 .皮损初为针尖至扁豆大的炎性红色丘疹，常呈点滴状分布，迅速增大，表面覆盖银白色多层性鳞屑，状如云母。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，将本发明组合物中的组分采用水煎两遍取药汁约250ml，分早、晚两次服用。一日一剂，服药期间忌辛辣、油腻之品。
四、疗效标准：
（1)治愈：皮疹全部消退或仅留小片皮损；
（2)有效：皮疹消退50-80%；
（3)无效：治疗后皮损未见改善或反观恶化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5－30天，痊愈33例，显效10例，有效11例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
贺某，男，某市公务员，36岁，从小患牛皮癣20年来，他身上牛皮癣越长越多，全身的皮肤脱屑、瘀血、体无完肤，尤其是在秋冬季节，症状加重，遍体厚鳞，血迹斑斑，痛苦不堪。确诊后，服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，所有症状消失，皮肤恢复正常；续服1个疗程，用于巩固，治愈。随访至今2年未见复发
病例2：
迟某某，男， 48岁，患牛皮癣16年多，全身大面积红斑，覆盖白色较厚屑，奇痒无比，曾寻医多家医院其结果用要即好，停要反弹，反反复复，苦不堪言。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，症状明显好转，继续服药2个疗程，红斑、鳞屑消退，痛痒感觉消失，继续巩固治疗1个疗程，病情痊愈，3年随访未见复发。

1.一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：白头翁40-80份、红藤15-45份、生地15-45份、玄参15-45份、白鲜皮15-45份、当归10-30份、赤芍10-30份、白芍10-30份、丹皮5-20份、山栀5-20份、甘草2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：白头翁60份、红藤30份、生地30份、玄参30份、白鲜皮30份、当归15份、赤芍15份、白芍15份、丹皮10份、山栀10份、甘草5份。
