Abstract

The disclosed half-metallocene catalyst containing fluorobenzene amidine contains electron-withdrawing fluorine-containing groups, a space structure and an electronic structure of the half-metallocene catalyst containing fluorobenzene amidine are different from those of the existing metallocene catalyst. A result of an experiment shows that the half-metallocene catalyst containing fluorobenzene amidine is used in olefin polymerization so that a novel polymer having commercial values and a controllable structure is obtained. In the invention, a fluorobenzene amidine-containing half-metallocene catalyst intermediate produced in the reaction process is a novel compound; the reaction process has the advantages of intelligible route and easy operation, mild reaction condition and easy control.

1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-dibutyl 2,3, 6-trifluorophenylamidine) -titanium dichloride (24.7 mmol) is added into a toluene (100 mL) solution, the solution is cooled to-78 ℃, a methylmagnesium bromide (16.5 mL, 3.0M diethyl ether solution, 49.5 mmol) solution is added dropwise, the reaction solution is stirred for 18 hours at room temperature, the reaction solution is filtered, the filtrate is concentrated under vacuum to obtain a crude product, and the crude product is pulped in N-hexane (100 mL) to obtain the product with the yield of 73%.

(1): preparing N, N-diethyl-1, 2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluoro-phenylamidine.
Dissolving diethylamine (11.70 g, 0.16 mol) in 250mL of toluene solution, heating to 50 ℃, dropwise adding an ether solution of methyl magnesium bromide (50 mL, 3.0M, 0.15 mol), reacting for 1.5 hours after dropwise addition, precipitating a white solid, cooling the reaction solution to 0 ℃, adding an aryl compound (0.15 mol) containing a cyano group, naturally heating the reaction solution to room temperature, reacting for 16 hours, adding water (100 mL) into the reaction solution, quenching, separating an organic phase, and extracting an aqueous phase twice with ether (50 mL). The organic phases were combined, dried over sodium sulfate, filtered off the sodium sulfate and concentrated by distillation under reduced pressure to give the product (yield 47%).
(2): 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-zirconium trichloride is taken.
(3): preparation of 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-diethyl-1, 2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorobenzamidine) -zirconium dichloride.
Diethylamine (2.5 mL, 1.83g, 18.1 mmol) was added to a toluene (50 mL) solution of 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-zirconium trichloride (1.05 g, 4.7 mmol) and N, N-diethyl 1,2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorophenylamidine (4.7 mmol), the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 64 hours, the solid was filtered off, the residue was rinsed with toluene (60 mL), the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give a crude product, which was washed with N-hexane to give the product 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-diethyl-1, 2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorophenylamidine) -zirconium dichloride (yield 48%).
(4) Preparation of 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-diethyl-1, 2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorobenzamidine) -dimethylzirconium.
1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-diethyl-1, 2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorophenylamidine) -zirconium dichloride was added to a toluene (100 mL) solution, cooled to-78 deg.C, a solution of methylmagnesium bromide (16.5 mL, 3.0M diethyl ether solution, 49.5 mmol) was added dropwise, the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 18 hours, the reaction solution was filtered, the filtrate was concentrated under vacuum to give a crude product, which was slurried in N-hexane (100 mL) to give the product in 63% yield.

Dibutylamine (2.33 g, 18.1 mmol) was added to a toluene (50 mL) solution of 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-titanium trichloride (4.7 mmol) and N, N-dibutyl2, 3-difluorophenylamidine, the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 64 hours, the solid was filtered off, the residue was rinsed with toluene (60 mL), the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give a crude product, which was then washed with N-hexane by beating to give the product 1,2,3,4,5, 6-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-dibutyl1, 2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorophenylamidine) -titanium dichloride (yield 50%).
(4) Preparation of 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- (N, N-dibutyl 1,2,3,4,5, 6-pentafluorobenzamidine) -dimethyl titanium.

1. A fluorine-containing phenylamidine metallocene catalyst is characterized in that the general formula of the catalyst is shown as the formula (I):

x is chlorine or methyl, M is titanium or zirconium.

3. A fluoroanilidine-containing metallocene catalyst intermediate as recited in claim 1, wherein: the intermediate has the structure of formula (I) as shown in claim 1, wherein R1, R2 and Ar in formula (I) are shown in claim 1, and R is H.

The fluorobenzamidine-containing mono-metallocene catalyst intermediate as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the intermediate is N, N-dimethyl-2, 4, 6-trifluoro-phenylamidine, N-dimethyl-2, 3, 5-trifluoro-phenylamidine, N-dimethyl-2, 3, 4-trifluoro-phenylamidine, N-dimethyl-2, 3, 6-trifluoro-phenylamidine, N-dimethyl-2, 4, 5-trifluoro-phenylamidine, N-dipropyl-2, 4, 5. Use of a fluoroanilidine-containing metallocene catalyst according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: its application to olefin polymerization processes.
6. A method for preparing a fluoroanilidine-containing metallocene catalyst according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(a) reacting saturated fatty secondary amine, methyl magnesium bromide and an aryl compound with a cyano group to obtain aryl amidine;
(b) reacting triethylamine reagent with the arylamidine and 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-trichloro (titanium or zirconium) to obtain 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-arylamidine-dichloro (titanium or zirconium);
(c)1, 2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-arylamidine-dichloride (titanium or zirconium) and methyl magnesium bromide react to obtain a product 1,2,3,4, 5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-arylamidine-dimethyl (titanium or zirconium).
