Abstract

本发明关于一种自动装夹机,用于将较小零件自动放置于检测治具中。该自动装夹机包括电控箱、三轴机械手、上料组件和分料组件,该三轴机械手、上料组件和分料组件分别与该电控箱电连接,该上料组件包括振动盘及料轨,该分料组件包括气缸、转接板和分料板,该料轨一端连接该振动盘,另一端连接该转接板,该分料板安装于该气缸上,该转接板与该分料板位置相对并相通。该自动装夹机能够实现自动化上料,节省劳动力,提高效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动装夹机,尤其涉及一种用于将较小零件放置于治具内的自动装夹机。
背景技术
电子产品在制作过程中,内部需要用到大量的形状各异的小零件。由于电子产品属于精密度较高的产品,故在安装此类小零件前,都需要将其放置在治具上,然后进行检查。
目前,此类小零件多依靠人手动将其放置在治具上,由于零件体积较小,操作员往往使用镊子进行装夹,效率底下,需要多人进行装料,工人劳动强度大,且人工操作易造成漏装。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种实现自动化装料的自动装夹机。
一种自动装夹机,包括电控箱,该自动装夹机还包括三轴机械手、上料组件和分料组件,该三轴机械手、上料组件和分料组件分别与该电控箱电连接,该上料组件包括振动盘及料轨,该分料组件包括气缸、转接板和分料板,该料轨一端连接该振动盘,另一端连接该转接板,该分料板安装于该气缸上,该转接板与该分料板位置相对并相通。
所述自动装夹机包括三轴机械手、上料组件和分料组件,该上料组件与该分料组件相连,用于将零件传送到该分料组件,该三轴机械手将分料组件中零件进行转移。该自动装夹机自动化程度高,节省劳力。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种自动装夹机100,用于将零件(图未示)放置到检测治具(图未示)上。该自动装夹机100包括电控箱10、三轴机械手30、上料组件40、分料组件50和料架60。该三轴机械手30、上料组件40、分料组件50和料架60安装于该电控箱10上方。该上料组件40与该分料组件50相连接。该料架60安装于该分料组件50的一侧。
该电控箱10用于控制该三轴机械手30、上料组件40和分料组件50的开启和关闭。该电控箱10顶部设置支撑板11,该支撑板11用于安装三轴机械手30、上料组件40、分料组件50和料架60。
请参阅图2,该三轴机械手30用于吸取零件,并将其放置到检测治具中。该三轴机械手30包括支架31、第一导轨32、第二导轨33、第三导轨34、缓冲件35和吸嘴36。该第一导轨32通过该支架31固定于该支撑板11上。该第二导轨33滑动并垂直的安装于该第一导轨32上。该第三导轨34滑动并垂直的安装于该第二导轨33上。该缓冲件35安装于该第三导轨34的一端,用于缓冲该三轴机械手30吸取零件时产生的作用力。该吸嘴36连接于该缓冲件35的一端,用于吸取零件。
请参阅图3,该上料组件40与该分料组件50相连,用于将零件传送到该分料组件50中。该上料组件40包括振动盘41、料轨43和振动底座45。该振动盘41可产生振动以将零件传送到该料轨43上。该振动盘41包括料斗412,用于承装零件。该料斗412上设置周壁4121,其上开设开口414。该料轨43一端容置于该开口414中,另一端连接该分料组件50。该料轨43上开设料道431,零件可沿着该料道431被传送至分料组件50上。该振动底座45与该料轨43相连,该振动底座45产生振动,并带动该料轨43振动,将零件传送到该分料组件50。
请参阅图4至图6,该分料组件50包括安装板51、气缸52、分料板55、转接板56和感应器57。该安装板51用于固定该气缸52和该转接板56。该气缸52可滑动的安装于该安装板51上。该分料板55安装于该气缸52的一侧。该电控箱10控制该气缸52运动,该气缸52推动与之连接的该分料板55一起沿该安装板51运动。该分料板55上开设滑轨551。该滑轨551内安装抵持块553,该抵持块553可滑动的设置于该滑轨551内。该抵持块553用于抵持零件。该滑轨551靠近该上料组件40的一端设置端壁555,其上开设二料口5551。该二料口5551与该滑轨551相邻,该料口5551用于接收该上料组件40传送过来的零件。该转接板56安装于该安装板51上,并与该分料板55相对。该转接板56一端开设凹槽561,该凹槽561用于将从料道431输送的零件传送给该二料口5551,该凹槽561一端与该料道431相通,该凹槽另一端可选择的与该二料口5551其中一料口5551相通。该转接板56还包括配合块562。该配合块562安装于该转接板56上开设该凹槽561的一侧,并与该凹槽561配合,防止零件在进入该二料口5551时发生翻转。该感应器57安装于该转接板56上,其一端正对该其中一料口5551,用于检测该二料口5551上是否完成装料,并将信号传递给电控箱10。
请再参见图1,该料架60固定于该支撑板11上,其位置与该分料组件50相对,该料架60用于固定至少一组检测治具。该三轴机械手30通过其吸嘴36吸住零件后,将零件放置在该料架60上的检测治具内。
请参阅图1至图6,下面进一步说明本发明的工作原理。
初始状态时,该上料组件40的料道431与该分料组件50的转接板56的凹槽561相通,并且该凹槽561与该二料口5551其中一料口5551相通。
将零件装入该自动装夹机100的上料组件40的料斗412中,然后启动该自动装夹机100。该振动盘41和该振动底座45开始振动,以将零件从料斗412振动到该料轨43的料道431中。零件通过料道431到达转接板56的凹槽561中,并通过该凹槽561到达与其相通的其中一料口5551,该感应器57对应于该其中一料口5551。
当感应器57检测到该料口5551中装载有零件时,将信号传递给电控箱10。电控箱10控制该气缸52推动与之连接的分料板55运动,使该二料口5551中空置的料口5551与该转接板56的凹槽561相通。因此,零件将通过该凹槽561传送与之相通的该空置的料口5551。
完成分料后,三轴机械手30的吸嘴36运动到装有零件的料口5551上方,并吸取零件,将零件逐一转移到该料架60上的检测治具中,完成装夹。
本发明的自动装夹机100通过设置上料组件40和分料组件50,可以较好的实现自动送料的动作,该分料组件50包括气缸52和分料板55,该分料板55包括二料口5551,加快了分料速度。该三轴机械手30的应用让上料完全实现的了自动化,节省了劳动力,提高了效率。
可以理解,所述分料组件50的分料板55的端壁555上可以开设多于二个料口5551。
可以理解,所述分料板55的端壁555可以制成可拆卸式的,方便根据不同产品进行更换。
可以理解,所述上料组件40的料轨43可根据不同零件对料道431的需求进行更换。
可以理解,所述料架60可以根据零件特性,装夹不同的检测治具。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明较佳实施方式权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明较佳实施方式精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明较佳实施方式所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种自动装夹机,用于自动装夹零件,其特征在于:该自动装夹机包括电控箱、机械手、上料组件和分料组件,该机械手、上料组件和分料组件分别与该电控箱电连接,该上料组件包括振动盘及料轨,该分料组件包括气缸、转接板和分料板,该料轨一端连接该振动盘,另一端连接该转接板,该分料板安装于该气缸上,该分料板包括端壁,该端壁上开设二料口,该转接板与其中一料口相对并相通,该分料组件还包括感应器,该感应器固定于该转接板上,该感应器一端正对该其中一料口,当感应器检测到其中一料口装载有零件,则触发气缸推动分料板使另一料口与转接板相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该上料组件还包括振动底座,该料轨安装于该振动底座上,该振动底座带动该料轨振动。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该电控箱包括支撑板,该机械手、上料组件和分料组件安装于该支撑板上。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该机械手包括第一导轨、第二导轨、第三导轨、缓冲件和吸嘴,该第二导与该第一导轨连接,该第三导轨与该第二导轨连接,该缓冲件安装于该第三导轨的一端,缓冲该机械手吸取零件时产生的作用力,该吸嘴连接于该缓冲件的一端,吸取分料板中的零件。
5.如权利要求1所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该分料板上还开设滑轨,该滑轨与该二料口相通。
6.如权利要求5所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该分料组件还包括安装板,该气缸滑动的安装于该安装板上。
7.如权利要求6所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该转接板安装于该安装板上,该转接板上开设凹槽,该凹槽选择的与其中一所述料口相通。
8.如权利要求7所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该分料组件还包括配合块,该配合块安装于该转接板上开设该凹槽的一侧,并与该凹槽配合。
9.如权利要求1所述的自动装夹机,其特征在于:该自动装夹机还包括料架,该料架位置与该分料组件相对,该料架用于固定检测治具。
