Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
多个医疗程序包括将导管(例如喂食管或内窥镜)通过患者的鼻、口腔或其他开口处布置到患者体内。在许多程序中,精确地定位所述导管对于程序的成功和/或患者的安全而言是极其重要的。例如,鼻胃(NG)喂食管可以被插入通过鼻部、经过喉部、并且向下进入胃部,或者所述鼻胃喂食管经过胃部进入患者的小肠以通过管向患者输送食物。在喂食管被错误地布置进患者的肺部的情况下,喂食溶液将被输送至患者的肺部,从而导致严重并且可能致命的后果。

其他的变型实施例可以包括应用通过喂食通道与喂食管的出口流体连通或能够连通、但不与球体直接流体连通的减压阀。例如,所述减压阀可以连接至喂食管组件的另一个端口。将所述减压阀从球体分开,这可以允许注气装置的构件的单独并且独立的操纵。另外的变型可以包括将球体直接地联接或流体连通至喂食管的端口,而不需要使用导管。因此,所述注气装置的一些构造可以包括具有布置在球体出口处的一体化的连接器的球体。
可以将第二止回阀布置在球体的出口处,并且该止回阀通常构造成用于选择性地、单向地允许空气通过出口从球体排出。第二止回阀可以具有与止回阀29相同或相似的构造。因此在一些构造中,第二止回阀禁止将空气从消化道吸进球体,以便有助于在作用在球体上的压缩力的扩张或释放期间将大气或环境空气通过第一止回阀29引入。
球体17可以包括球状部分41以及狭窄部分43(图3)。球体17可以由任意合适的弹性材料形成,使得在球体被压缩并且释放之后所述球体将自动返回其未压缩状态。在一个实施例中,球体17由橡胶形成。

注气装置,所述注气装置能够与第一端口和第二端口中的一个端口流体连通,所述注气装置包括具有球体进口和球体出口的可压缩的充气球体;布置在所述球体进口处以单向地允许空气流动进入球体的进口止回阀,以及与所述球体出口流体连通的减压阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喂食管组件,所述喂食管组件还包括固定至喂食管并且与喂食管的远端邻近的成像组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喂食管组件,所述喂食管组件还包括:

11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述喂食管包括构造成用于产生并且传输代表消化道的图像的信号的成像组件。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
提供导管,所述导管具有限定在其中的导管腔、第一导管端部以及通过所述导管腔与所述第一导管端部流体连通的相对的第二导管端部;并且
提供连接器,所述连接器包括多个肋部,所述多个肋部中的每一个肋部围绕所述连接器的外表面等距地布置,所述连接器构造成用于在端口处可拆卸地连接至所述喂食管,所述连接器还构造成用于连接至所述导管。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,所述方法还包括将所述连接器在第二导管端部处连接至所述导管。
14.根据权利要求13所述方法,所述方法还包括将所述减压阀连接至所述导管,其中,所述减压阀包括阀部件,所述阀部件由使用者致动以用于使出口与大气流体连通。
15.根据权利要求10所述的方法,所述方法还包括提供指导在单次使用后处理注气装置的书面说明。
