Description

Auxiliary reproduction information matching processing method, equipment and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a method, equipment and a system for matching and processing auxiliary reproductive information.
Background
Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART) is a short term for human Assisted reproduction Technology, and refers to a Technology for making a sterile couple pregnant by medical assistance, and includes two major types of technologies, namely Artificial Insemination (AI), In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET), and derivatives thereof. Tube infants are infants born using the ivf-embryo transfer method.
In the existing IVF (also called tube transfer technique), it is common to examine various auxiliary reproductive specimens such as sperm and ovum in vitro fertilization, embryo transfer, and freezing and recovering of embryo by manual double check.
However, since the whole operation cycle is long and the number of links is large, the manual double check has many defects, including: 1) the manual double check cannot completely ensure the accuracy of the check due to various non-subjective reasons, and once the error occurs, serious consequences are brought. 2) Manual double checking is easy to be in a form, and a checker sometimes does not quite determine whether the information to be checked is correct or not. 3) The efficiency of manual double checking is low, independence is insufficient, and work continuity is reduced. The method can be carried out only by waiting for the verification of the second person in the key step, the operation time is artificially prolonged, the work flow of the verifier is interrupted, and the error risk is increased.
Therefore, in general, the existing checking method cannot comprehensively and accurately ensure the correctness of information matching in the auxiliary reproduction operation process, and people hope to provide a more accurate and effective specimen checking and processing method.

The present application provides an assisted reproduction information matching processing system (also referred to as an IVF intelligent collation system) which performs assisted reproduction information matching processing.
The IVF intelligent checking system mainly scans and reads identification information of a specimen through reading and writing equipment in the whole IVF operation process, matches the identification information with pre-stored information, automatically sends alarm information when the identification information does not accord with a preset matching relation, and prompts execution according to a preset operation flow when the identification information accords with the preset matching relation.
The reader can scan and read the Identification information of the specimen in various ways, for example, using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to read the tag information, or using bar code reader to read the bar code information. Taking the example of using radio frequency technology RFID to track and record a patient's specimen, each RFID tag corresponds to a unique identification information code for the patient. The processing can be performed in different manners, for example, each factory-leaving RFID tag has a unique number, and after the unique factory-leaving number of the tag is read by the read-write device, the factory-leaving number is mapped to the unique identity information code corresponding to the patient. Of course, other processing schemes are also contemplated, such as directly encoding the unique identity information of the corresponding patient into the tag. The label is attached to a vessel device carrying the specimen, and is identified by an RFID read-write device (inductor) through radio frequency, so that whether the specimen in the same induction area (working area) belongs to the same preset couple is judged, if not, an alarm is prompted, and if so, the next set flow is executed, so that the real-time checking effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the IVF intelligent checking system records each step of IVF operation and information of an operator and the like, namely records all information generated in the whole process, can provide reference for a manager to optimize an experiment process or an operation process, and can improve the working efficiency. It should be noted that if the specimen such as an embryo is a specimen stored at a low temperature, a bar code may be attached to a vessel device carrying the specimen, and the identification may be performed by the bar code device.

That is to say, the work area function module automatically records each step of the IVF operation process by controlling the high-frequency RFID read-write equipment to identify the patient identity card and the high-frequency RFID label or the smart card which is stuck on the patient vessel and the test tube and uniquely identifies the samples such as sperms, ova, embryos and the like, thereby providing a perfect error prevention and alarm mechanism at each stage of the IVF operation process, ensuring the uniqueness of the patient sample identity, guiding the operator to complete the IVF operation process according to the predefined correct steps, ensuring the accuracy of the operation and improving the operation efficiency.
The invention can also arrange a read-write module on the desktop computer and the tablet computer in the figure, wherein the read-write module is a bridge for data transmission between the high-frequency RFID read-write equipment and the computer, and is used for receiving the data transmitted by the high-frequency RFID read-write equipment and transmitting the data to the work area module of the computer and the background management module of the server, and simultaneously receiving the data transmitted by the work area module and the background management module of the server and transmitting the data back to the high-frequency RFID read-write equipment.
The invention can set a background management module on the server for the terminal device (desktop computer or tablet computer) to access through network connection. The background management module functions include: the method comprises the steps of establishing and modifying an IVF operation process, establishing and modifying patient information, controlling a high-frequency RFID read-write device to distribute identities for patients, distributing exclusive utensils, checking all relevant information recorded by a working area function module in the IVF operation process, managing and increasing and decreasing operating personnel, distributing the authority of the operating personnel and the like by reading and writing a high-frequency RFID label or an intelligent card.
In the prior art, a background management module is generally installed on terminal equipment and needs to be installed on each used terminal equipment, but the background management module is deployed on a server and can be accessed on the terminal equipment by a browser or an application program without being installed on the terminal equipment. In addition, the prior art generally cannot control the high-frequency RFID read-write equipment to distribute an identity card and a special vessel to a patient by reading and writing the high-frequency RFID label or the intelligent card in the background management module, and the system can control the high-frequency RFID read-write equipment to distribute the identity card and the special vessel to the patient by reading and writing the high-frequency RFID label or the intelligent card in the background management module.
In summary, it can be found that the method and VF intelligent checking system of the present invention have the following advantages: 1) the risk of mismatching in the IVF process can be avoided. Because each sample corresponds to a unique patient code, data information transmission is not crossed, and errors can be prevented by actively detecting the patient information on the samples by the reader-writer for matching. For example, when more than one patient information or sample corresponding relation is not matched, the alarm reminds the operator, and the mismatching risk is avoided. 2) Can reduce the pressure of workers and effectively enhance the mutual trust of clinical staff and patients. Because the matching accuracy can be ensured by system check, and the system has unalterable detailed operation records, such as recording various operations of a laboratory, the doubtful worry of the patient can be relieved, and the trust is increased. 3) Flexible and efficient, and releases more manpower. The operation process does not need to wait for a checker, and the specimen identification is allocated in a one-key operation mode, so that the operation is simple and quick. 4) Through presetting the flow and displaying the flow prompt, the experimental personnel can be guided to carry out standardized operation, so that the operation of each operator is more normative, and the randomness is reduced.
