Abstract

本发明提供了一种导光板、背光模组及显示装置。所述导光板的边缘处设有厚度均匀的、用于安装柔性线路板的平台部,所述平台部上设有用于安装LED的安装孔。所述背光模组包括LED、柔性线路板以及上述导光板,所述LED安装在所述安装孔内,所述柔性线路板安装在所述平台部上。所述显示装置包括显示面板和上述背光模组。本发明能够使柔性线路板和导光板之间的连接稳定性得以加强,从而降低发生耦合失效的几率。还能提高整体结构的稳定性,同时,降低了加工难度以及降低加工成本。

Description

导光板、背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种导光板、背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
显示装置中,背光模组用于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使得显示装置能正常显示影像。导光板(LGP)是背光模组中的一个部件,导光板是利用光学级的亚克力/PC板材,通过网点印刷、注塑或者热压,在导光板上加工出出光点,以破坏光线在导光板内部发生的全反射,通过出光面出射出光线。通过各种疏密、大小不一的导光点,可使导光板均匀发光。
现有的背光模组中,包括以下部件:胶框1、导光板2(LGP)、LED3及柔性线路板4(FPC)。一般的,LED3和FPC4上的pad通过焊锡焊接在一起,可看做一个整体。请参阅图1和图2,一般会在胶框上设置多个支撑柱11,当LED3和胶框1组合时,LED3放置在相邻两个支撑柱11之间,通常在中间放置一层双面胶,使两个部件粘合固定。此外,有的导光板2通常会设有斜坡部分以减小平面主板部分的厚度,FPC4置于LGP2上侧以便于光路耦合。LGP2通常粘在FPC4上的双面胶上来确保入光侧与LED3耦合。
随着胶框越做越窄,这种突出的柱状结构加工难度增加,并且还难以保证部件组合的稳定性。此外,由于LGP上设有斜坡,FPC与LGP之间的粘合部位相当于一条线,稳定性差,两者会发生相对转动,导致光路耦合失效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种导光板、背光模组及显示装置,以解决现有技术存在的加工难度大且稳定性差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种导光板。该导光板的边缘处设有厚度均匀的、用于安装柔性线路板的平台部,所述平台部上设有用于安装LED的安装孔。
其中,所述安装孔靠近所述导光板的边缘的一侧为所述安装孔的外侧,与所述外侧相对的一侧为所述安装孔的内侧。所述导光板包括相对于所述平台部向上凸起的阻挡部,所述阻挡部设在所述安装孔的外侧。
其中,所述导光板还包括依次连接的斜坡部和平面主板部,所述斜坡部位于所述安装孔的内侧,所述平台部的厚度大于所述平面主板部的厚度。
其中,所述阻挡部设有用于放置柔性线路板伸出部分的布线开口。
其中,所述导光板的侧面覆盖有封闭层。
其中,所述封闭层是丝印层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组。该背光模组包括LED、柔性线路板以及上述的导光板,所述LED安装在所述安装孔内,所述柔性线路板安装在所述安装孔上方。
其中,所述柔性线路板通过双面胶粘在所述安装孔所在的平面上。
其中,所述LED和所述柔性线路板上的PAD通过焊锡焊接在一起。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的又一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置。该显示装置包括显示面板和上述背光模组。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过在导光板的上设置安装孔,使得LED的安装固定无需再通过胶框,因而无需在胶框上设置支撑柱,只需要在导光板上加工形成安装孔即可,降低了加工难度,有利于降低成本。并且,由于导光板的整体性好,整体尺寸大,挺性好,有利于增强结构强度,因而能提高整个结构的稳定性。另外,在该导光板的边缘处设置平台部,并将安装孔设置在平台部上,柔性线路板可以安装固定在该平台部上,能使柔性线路板与导光板之间的接触由线接触转为面接触,两者就不会发生相对转动,使柔性线路板和导光板之间的稳定性得以加强,因而能更好地实现柔性线路板的定位,并能大大降低发生耦合失效的几率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图3、图4和图5,其中,图3是本发明导光板实施例的整体结构示意图。图4是图3的导光板的边缘处的结构示意图。图5是图3的导光板的截面结构示意图。
本发明提供一种导光板100,该导光板100的边缘处设有厚度均匀的、用于安装柔性线路板的平台部101,平台部101上设有用于安装LED的安装孔102。
本发明通过在导光板100的上设置安装孔102,使得LED的安装固定无需再通过胶框,因而无需在胶框上设置支撑柱,只需要在导光板100上加工形成安装孔102即可,降低了加工难度,有利于降低成本。并且,由于导光板100的整体性好,整体尺寸大,挺性好,有利于增强结构强度,因而能提高整个结构的稳定性。另外,在该导光板100的边缘处设置平台部101,并将安装孔102设置在平台部101上,柔性线路板可以安装固定在该平台部101上,能使柔性线路板与导光板100之间的接触由线接触转为面接触,两者就不会发生相对转动,使柔性线路板和导光板100之间的连接的稳定性得以加强,因而能更好地实现柔性线路板的定位,并能大大降低发生耦合失效的几率。
另一个实施例中,导光板100还设置有阻挡部104。具体地,安装孔102靠近导光板100的边缘的一侧为安装孔102的外侧,与外侧相对的一侧为安装孔102的内侧。导光板100包括相对于平台部101向上凸起的阻挡部104,阻挡部104设在安装孔102的外侧。阻挡部104的作用主要是从侧面固定柔性线路板,使该柔性线路板的安装更加稳定。阻挡部104上还设有用于放置柔性线路板伸出部分的布线开口106,从而方便布线。
本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,本实施例的导光板100还包括斜坡部107和平面主板部108。
具体地,安装孔102靠近导光板100的边缘的一侧为安装孔102的外侧,与外侧相对的一侧为安装孔102的内侧。斜坡部107位于安装孔102的内侧,平台部101的厚度大于平面主板部108的厚度。平台部101仅设置在设有LED的一端,平台部101与平面主板部108之间通过斜坡部107进行连接,这样设计主要是为了减小导光板100的厚度,从而减小整个导光板100的厚度,进而能减小产品的体积。当然,该导光板100还可以是平面导光板,也可以是上表面为斜面的导光板。
此外,导光板100的侧面以及其它不需要出光的面覆盖有封闭层,该封闭层可以是丝印层,例如白色丝印层或者黑色丝印层,用于反光或者遮光。该封闭层的设置适用于上述任意一个实施例中的导光板100。
请参阅图6、图7和图8,其中,图6是本发明背光模组实施例的边缘处的结构示意图。图7是图6的背面的结构示意图。图8是图6的背光模组的截面结构示意图。
本发明还提供了一种背光模组,该背光模组包括LED105、柔性线路板103以及导光板100。
导光板100的边缘处设有厚度均匀的、用于安装柔性线路板103的平台部101,平台部101上设有用于安装LED105的安装孔102。安装孔102靠近导光板100的边缘的一侧为安装孔102的外侧,与外侧相对的一侧为安装孔102的内侧。LED105固定在导光板100上的安装孔102里,能使得背光模组更加稳定。LED105和柔性线路板103上的PAD通过焊锡焊接在一起。柔性线路板103通过双面胶粘在平台部101上。由于柔性线路板103与平台部101的粘合部位是一个面,因而两者之间的连接更加稳定。
本发明的导光板100可以是多种形状的导光板100,例如平面的导光板100,上表面是斜面的导光板100等。在本实施例中,安装孔102的内侧依次设有斜坡部107和平面主板部108,平面主板部108的厚度小于平台部101的厚度。平面主板部108与平台部101通过斜坡部107连接在一起。在安装孔102的外侧还设有阻挡部104,阻挡部104相对于平台部101向上凸起。其主要作用是从侧面固定柔性线路板103,使该背光模组的结构更加稳定。
本发明进一步提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括显示面板和上述背光模组。

Claims (8)

1.一种导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板的边缘处设有厚度均匀的、用于安装柔性线路板的平台部,所述平台部上设有用于安装LED的安装孔,其中,所述平台部将所述安装孔包围,所述安装孔靠近所述导光板的边缘的一侧为所述安装孔的外侧,与所述外侧相对的一侧为所述安装孔的内侧;
所述导光板包括相对于所述平台部向上凸起的阻挡部,所述阻挡部设在所述安装孔的外侧,所述阻挡部用于从侧面固定所述柔性线路板,使得所述柔性线路板的安装更加稳定;
所述导光板还包括斜坡部和平面主板部,所述平台部的厚度大于所述平面主板部的厚度,所述斜坡部位于所述安装孔的内侧,并连接在所述平台部和所述平面主板部之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述阻挡部设有用于放置柔性线路板伸出部分的布线开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板的侧面覆盖有封闭层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述封闭层是丝印层。
5.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括LED、柔性线路板以及权利要求1至4任一项所述的导光板,所述LED安装在所述安装孔内,所述柔性线路板安装在所述平台部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述柔性线路板通过双面胶粘在所述平台部上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述LED和所述柔性线路板上的PAD通过焊锡焊接在一起。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括显示面板和权利要求5所述的背光模组。
