Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于治疗甲沟炎的中药外用药。
背景技术
淋巴结炎、淋巴腺结核、腮腺炎、甲沟炎等疾病，一般西医采用具有消炎作用的抗生素治疗，主要是静脉注射和口服两种，但这些药有的能产生过敏反应，有的长期服用产生抗药性，并且治疗时间长，治疗效果缓慢，一些抗生素会对人体产生毒副作用。
甲沟炎是一种常见病，治疗该病一般采用西医疗法和手术治疗，西医一般采用抗菌素或抗真菌药物，但是，治疗时间长，疗效低，且治愈率差；手术治疗需切开或拨开指甲。在治疗的过程中，病人疼痛难忍，因此，提供一种抗菌抗炎的中药外敷用药十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够治疗灰指甲、甲沟炎等疾病的中药外敷药，有效缓解疼痛，防止复发。
为此，本发明提供了如下中药：包括苏木10-25份、断续10-20份、没药10-25份、凤仙花8-15份、自然铜10-18份、骨碎补10-18份，蛇床子6-12份、马钱子6-12份、白癣皮6-12份、降香8-15份。
上述中药由下述重量份中药原料药合制而成：苏木22份、断续18份、没药20份、凤仙花12份、自然铜15份、骨碎补15份，蛇床子8份、马钱子10份、白癣皮10份、降香12份。
本发明所选药材及药理如下：
苏木：甘、咸，平。归心、肝、脾经。行血通络，祛瘀止痛，散风和血。行血祛瘀，消肿止痛。
断续：补肝肾，强筋骨，续折伤，止崩漏。 主伤寒，补不足，金疮，痈疡，折跌，续筋骨，妇人乳难，久服益气力。
没药：苦，辛，平。没药的多种同属植物均被发现有抗炎等作用，扭体试验证明有镇痛作用。
凤仙花：凤仙花的鲜花汁，对红色表皮癣菌，堇色毛癣菌及腹股沟表皮癣菌，专夫曼高尔夫表皮癣菌均有抑制作用。
自然铜：辛、平。归肝经。散瘀止痛，接骨疗伤。还可用于疮疡、烫伤等。
骨碎补：苦，温。补肾，活血，止血。活血续伤，补肾强骨。
蛇床子：性温，味辛、苦。温肾壮阳，燥湿，祛风，杀虫。蛇床子在试管内对絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样小芽胞菌、羊毛状小芽胞菌均有抑制作用。
马钱子：苦，寒。有毒。兴奋健胃，消肿毒，凉血。主治四肢麻木，瘫痪，食欲不振，痞块，痈疮肿毒，咽喉肿痛。
白癣皮：苦；咸；寒。归脾经；肺经；小肠经；胃经；膀胱经。 主治风热湿毒所致的风疹；湿疹；疥癣；黄疸；湿热痹。
降香：化瘀止血，理气止痛。用于跌打损伤所致的内外出血。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
筛选出苏木22份、断续18份、没药20份、凤仙花12份、自然铜15份、骨碎补15份，蛇床子8份、马钱子10份、白癣皮10份、降香12份，用1000份的95%乙醇冷浸泡5天，过滤，取得滤液，真空干燥，粉碎，得到粉末备用；
“泊沙康唑1份、盐酸特比萘芬1份” 用适量的95%乙醇溶解，得到液体备用；
取“备用粉末”、“备用液体”、与“纳米银2份”、“凡士林500”混合，得到本发明的膏剂。
实施例2：
筛选出苏木22份、断续18份、没药20份、凤仙花12份、自然铜15份、骨碎补15份，蛇床子8份、马钱子10份、白癣皮10份、降香12份，加5-7倍量的水浸泡30分钟至45分钟，加热煮30～40分钟，过滤，滤液备用；滤渣加5-7倍量的水第二次加热，煮沸30～40分钟，过滤，滤液备用；滤渣再加5-10倍量的水，第三次加热煮沸40～50分钟，过滤；合并三次的煎煮液，浓缩至相对密度为1.08的浓缩液；过滤、静置24小时，装入医用喷雾器中，制成喷雾剂。
临床实验观察：
选40名甲沟炎患者，10名使用本发明用药（治疗组1）；10名使用本发明用药（治疗组2）；10名使用达克宁（对照组1）；10名不使用任何药品（对照组2）。
本发明用法用量：每日在指甲及其周围上涂敷2次，每次0.2克，15天为一疗程。
治疗结果如下表：
