Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及毛发处理或定型组合物以及制备和使用其的方法。更具体地,它涉及包含硅氧烷接枝淀粉和成膜聚合物的毛发处理或定型组合物。
背景技术
过去难以提供递送毛发体积和发根提拉而不造成负面毛发感觉折衷如干燥毛发、胶粘感或缺乏调理的免洗型毛发处理和/或定型组合物。在免洗型组合物中,已作出许多尝试来解决体积或毛发感觉方面的问题,成效有限。为例如产生毛发体积,将固体颗粒加入到毛发护理组合物中以分离毛发纤维,包括光滑圆形颗粒聚乙烯与不规则形状的二氧化硅颗粒,以有助于使毛发感觉折衷最小化,然而,负面毛发感觉与这些组合物相关联。为进一步改善毛发感觉,可将单独的硅氧烷加入到毛发丰盈组合物中。然而,加入硅氧烷可造成组合物体积有益效果中的发根提拉效果折衷,并且还可造成毛发油腻感。另外,当使用成膜聚合物时,硅氧烷的存在可影响成膜聚合物对毛发的粘附。根据硅氧烷的溶解度/相容性,单独加入的硅氧烷还可能塑化成膜聚合物,这可降低高湿度条件下的膜完整性,可减弱发型保持性。
已发现,向干颗粒(固体)提供硅氧烷接枝,获得更佳的毛发感觉,而不牺牲体积。与成膜聚合物组合,进一步改善体积和毛发感觉有益效果,获得对毛发具有良好粘附性和良好耐湿性的毛发丰盈组合物。
具体地,硅氧烷接枝淀粉如木薯淀粉与成膜聚合物的组合,获得期望的发根提拉/体积与良好毛发感觉的组合。另外,该组合使得其它颗粒类型可能出现的可见残留物最小化。使用硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉,当其用量为约0.1%至约5%并且成膜聚合物用量为约0.1%至约5%时,尤其实现良好的有益效果组合。
发明内容
本发明提供了毛发处理物组合物,其包含按所述组合物的重量计约0.01%至约5%的硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉、按所述组合物的重量计约0.01至约5%的成膜聚合物、和载体。

根据本发明的一个实施例,毛发处理组合物包含1)硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉,和2)成膜聚合物。所述毛发处理组合物还可包含载体和/或任选成分。所述毛发处理组合物递送所期望的发根提拉/体积和良好毛发感觉的组合。另外,该组合使得其它颗粒类型可能出现的可见残留物最小化。所期望的发根提拉/体积、良好毛发感觉、和低残留物的组合可由本文所述测试方法展示。另外,支持本文所述组合物这些有益效果的数据可见于图4中。
A.硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉
硅氧烷接枝淀粉是已被改性以在将所述淀粉施用至表面时改善光滑或顺滑感的水不溶性颗粒(环境条件下)。
在一个实施例中,所述硅氧烷接枝淀粉为由Akzo Nobel生产的硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉,其已示出毛发感觉与发根提拉/体积重要有益效果。其商品名为Dry Flo TS,并且其INCI名称为木薯淀粉聚甲基倍半硅氧烷。它通过甲基硅醇钠(聚甲基倍半硅氧烷)和木薯淀粉的反应制得。木薯淀粉经由本领域已知的标准方法,来源于木薯根。该硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉可以CAS号68989-12-8商购获得。在一个实施例中,所述木薯淀粉包含约83%的支链淀粉和约17%的淀粉酶。这接枝于甲基硅醇钠。所述硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉可采用任何已知方法形成,包括但不限于美国专利7,375,214、7,799,909、6,037,466、2,852,404、5,672,699、和5,776,476中描述的那些方法。
所述硅氧烷接枝淀粉可以按所述毛发处理组合物的重量计约0.01%至约5%的量加入到毛发处理或定型组合物中。在一个实施例中,所述量为约0.1至约2%。
B.成膜材料
硅氧烷接枝淀粉可与成膜聚合物组合,递送所期望的提拉和体积消费者有益效果。该成膜聚合物可以按所述毛发处理组合物的重量计约0.01%至约5%的量加入到毛发处理或定型组合物中。在一个实施例中,所述量为约0.1%至约2%。成膜聚合物为通常具有重复结构单元(单体)的大分子,当施用至表面并且固化或干燥时,其在所述表面上形成薄膜。这些成膜聚合物在制剂中可具有多种功能,包括:提供粘度(增加组合物稠度),提供毛发调理(光滑度,减少摩擦),或向毛发纤维提供发根提拉/体积。适宜的成膜聚合物包括但不限于丙烯酸酯、酰胺、硅氧烷、聚乙烯化合物、聚季铵盐化合物、弹性体材料、胶乳、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、尼龙化合物、基于蜡的化合物以及天然聚合物如紫胶、橡胶、纤维素、脱乙酰壳多糖、多糖、蛋白质、以及它们的任何组合。
在另一个实施例中,所述成膜聚合物包括硅氧烷化合物。水溶性或醇/水溶性化合物包括具有PEG或PPG或二者改性的硅氧烷衍生物,如PEG10聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG 8聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG 12聚二甲基硅氧烷、以及它们的任何组合。
在其它实施例中,所述毛发组合物包含提供一定程度发根提拉或定型的成膜聚合物。所述定型成膜聚合物包括但不限于PVP、PVP/VA、丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚季铵盐化合物、和多糖。这些定型聚合物的商品名包括但不限于AMAZE、Amphomer、BioStyle、Luviquat、Luviflex、Luvimer、Luviset、Ultrahold、AQ、Acudyne、Kytamer、Aqua Style、Styleze、EcoSmooth、Gantrez、Aquaflex、Advantage、Gafquat、OmniRex、和PVP K系列。
在另一个实施例中,所述毛发处理组合物包含成膜聚合物,所述成膜聚合物可由可自由基聚合的单体乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酰胺和乙烯基咪唑制得。此类聚合物的制备描述于WO 03/092640中例如实例61、62、64和65,并且可以商品名Clear(BASF)商购获得(INCI名称:VP/异丁烯酰胺/乙烯基咪唑共聚物)。其它适宜成膜聚合物包括但不限于2008年1月24日公布的US20080020004A1中所述的那些。
1.硅氧烷

3.定型聚合物
在一个实施例中,所述成膜聚合物为定型聚合物,选自两性毛发定型聚合物、两性离子毛发定型聚合物、阴离子毛发定型聚合物、非离子毛发定型聚合物、阳离子毛发定型聚合物、以及它们的混合物。
所述毛发定型制剂可包含阳离子毛发定型聚合物。适用于本发明的阳离子毛发定型聚合物可选自具有阳离子或可阳离子化基团的聚合物。适宜的阳离子聚合物包括具有伯、仲、叔或季氨基的那些。在一个实施例中,所述阳离子电荷密度为1至7meq/g。适宜的阳离子聚合物包含季氨基。阳离子聚合物可以为均聚物或共聚物,其中所述季氮基团包含在聚合物链中,或作为一种或多种单体上的取代基。包含铵基的单体可与非阳离子单体共聚。适宜的阳离子单体是具有至少一个阳离子基团的可进行自由基聚合的不饱和化合物,尤其是铵取代的乙烯基单体,如例如具有环状含阳离子氮基团如吡啶咪唑或季吡咯烷酮的三烷基甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基铵、三烷基丙烯酰氧基烷基铵、二烷基二烯丙基铵和四乙烯基铵单体,如烷基乙烯基咪唑烷基乙烯基吡啶或烷基乙烯基吡咯烷酮盐。这些单体的烷基为低级烷基如C-1至C-7烷基,并且在一个实施例中为C-1至C-3烷基。

阳离子胶乳毛发定型聚合物也是适宜的。
在一个实施例中,所述阳离子聚合物为聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-11、聚季铵盐-16、聚季铵盐-68、它们的混合物、以及聚季铵盐-68与非离子聚合物的混合物。在另一个实施例中,所述阳离子聚合物为聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-11、聚季铵盐-68、以及它们的混合物。
在一个实施例中,所述毛发定型制剂包含小于约0.1重量%的脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖盐、和脱乙酰壳多糖衍生物。在另一个实施例中,所述毛发定型制剂基本上不含脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖盐、和脱乙酰壳多糖衍生物。
当气溶胶发胶产品包含约15%至小于约30%的VOC时,适宜的阳离子聚合物为聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-11、聚季铵盐-16、聚季铵盐-68、它们的混合物;并且在一个实施例中为聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-68、以及它们的混合物。

适宜的非离子聚合物包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP);聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(PVP/VA)共聚物;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基己内酰胺、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物;乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酰胺和乙烯基咪唑的共聚物;聚乙烯醇、异丁烯/乙基马来酰亚胺/羟乙基马来酰亚胺共聚物;以及得自乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙烯酯和丙酸乙烯酯的共聚物。在一个实施例中,所述非离子聚合物包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K90、85、80、60、30)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(PVP/VA 64)、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酰胺和乙烯基咪唑的三元共聚物(例如Clear,得自BASF)、以及它们的混合物。在另一个实施例中,所述非离子聚合物包括PVP K 60、30、和PVP/VA 37/64。在另一个实施例中,所述非离子聚合物包括PVP K60和PVP/VA 37/64。
当气溶胶发胶产品包含约40%至约54%VOC时,适宜的非离子聚合物为:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物,并且在一个实施例中为乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(PVP/VA),并且在另一个实施例中为PVP/VA 37。
所述毛发定型制剂可包含胶乳毛发定型聚合物。如本文所用,“胶乳毛发定型聚合物溶液”为胶乳毛发定型聚合物的水滴。胶乳聚合物的优点在于,它们具有与水类似的粘度,即使在所述组合物包含至多50重量%胶乳聚合物时。水致稀聚合物溶液可易于喷雾,而不会堵塞阀门-插件组合,并且仍提供良好的保留性。
胶乳毛发定型聚合物选自阴离子胶乳毛发定型聚合物、两性胶乳毛发定型聚合物、非离子胶乳毛发定型聚合物、阳离子胶乳毛发定型聚合物、以及它们的混合物。
适宜的阴离子胶乳聚合物包括基于氨基甲酸酯的聚合物,例如聚氨酯-34(得自Bayer)。聚氨酯-34描述于EP2105127A1中。在本发明的一个实施例中,所述毛发定型聚合物为胶乳毛发定型聚合物聚氨酯-34。适宜的两性胶乳毛发定型聚合物包括基于苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯的胶乳树脂,或与和AMP混合的甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯胶乳(EP0688557B1)。适宜的非离子胶乳毛发定型聚合物包含苯乙烯-丁二烯聚合物、丙烯酸、乙酸乙烯酯聚合物、以及它们的混合物,和非离子环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物表面活性剂(US 5,525,657)。适宜的阳离子胶乳毛发定型聚合物包含阳离子接枝改性的橡胶胶乳聚合物,和阳离子和/或非离子表面活性剂(US6512034)。
毛发定型制剂可包含毛发定型聚合物的共混物。当存在阳离子毛发定型聚合物与阴离子毛发定型聚合物的共混物时,则按所述毛发定型制剂和推进剂的重量计,阳离子毛发定型聚合物在一个实施例中小于约0.2%,在另一个实施例中小于约0.15%,并且在另一个实施例中小于约0.1%。适宜的聚合物组合包括以下这些:由羟乙基纤维素和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵形成的阳离子纤维素衍生物与乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的组合;脱乙酰壳多糖与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的组合;得自甲基乙烯基氯化咪唑和乙烯基吡咯烷酮的季铵聚合物与乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和/或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的组合;以及辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物()与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的组合。
在一个实施例中,所述聚合物组合为:乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(PVP/VA)与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP);以及辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸丁氨基乙酯共聚物()与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)。
C.增稠剂
在一个实施例中,所述成膜聚合物包含化妆品成分增稠剂,以提高组合物的亲和性,使得它不会不适当地滴落在身体、衣物或家具陈设的其它区域上。可使用任何适宜的增稠剂,例如基于纤维素的增稠剂如羟丙基甲基纤维素。在另一个实施例中,所述组合物中包含适宜的增稠剂如得自Lubrizol的丙烯酸聚合物和丙烯酸聚合物衍生物任选成分Ultrez 10、Ultrez20、和Ultrez 21以及得自Seppic的丙烯酰胺任选成分如Sepigel系列。增稠剂和我的其它适宜例子为黄原胶或黄原胶衍生物如脱氢黄原胶(AmazeXT,得自Akzo Nobel)。
D.载体
通常用于这些目的的美容、毛发定型或毛发护理聚合物在含水的、醇或含水的醇介质中表现出良好的定型和/或护理性能。在具体实施例中,所述组合物包含约10-90%的醇,或约15-75%的醇,或约25-50%的醇。可使用任何适宜的醇如乙醇。然而,在另一个实施例中,所述组合物不含醇,并且所述载体为水。在该实施例中,所述组合物具有约10%至约99.5%的水,在另一个实施例中约50%至约99%的水,并且在另一个实施例中约75%至约99%的水。
然而,可能没有满足所有要求如感觉、光泽、可梳理性、定形耐久性等。WO 03/092640公开了具有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的水溶性共聚物以及它们在毛发处理剂中的用途。-Journal,12-2003,第65-72页描述了毛发定型组合物,所述组合物包含乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酰胺/乙烯基咪唑共聚物。
E.任选成分

本发明的组合物可包含黄嘌呤化合物。如本文所用,“黄嘌呤化合物”是指一种或多种黄嘌呤、它们的衍生物、以及它们的混合物。可用于本文的黄嘌呤化合物包括但不限于咖啡因、黄嘌呤、1-甲基黄嘌呤、山茶碱、可可碱、它们的衍生物、以及它们的混合物。在一个实施例中,所述组合物包含约0.1%至约10%的黄嘌呤化合物,在另一个实施例中约0.5%至约5%的黄嘌呤化合物,并且在另一个实施例中约1%至约2%的黄嘌呤化合物。
本发明的组合物可包含维生素B3化合物。维生素B3化合物尤其可用于调节皮肤状况,如美国专利5,939,082中所述。在一些实施例中,所述组合物包含约0.1%至约25%的维生素B3化合物,在另一个实施例中约0.5%至约15%的维生素B3化合物,并且在另一个实施例中约3.5%至约7.5%的维生素B3化合物。如本文所用,“维生素B3化合物”是指具有下式的一种或多种化合物:
其中R为-CONH2(即烟酰胺)、-COOH(即烟酸)或-CH2OH(即烟醇);它们的衍生物;它们的混合物;以及前述任一种的盐。
前述维生素B3化合物的示例性衍生物包括烟酸酯(包括非血管舒张性烟酸酯,例如生育酚烟酸酯、烟酸十四烷酯)、烟基氨基酸、羧酸的烟醇酯、烟酸N-氧化物和烟酰胺N-氧化物。
适宜的烟酸酯包括C1-C22醇的烟酸酯,在一个实施例中C1-C16醇的烟酸酯,并且在另一个实施例中C1-C6醇的烟酸酯。所述醇适宜是直链或支链的,环状或无环的,饱和或不饱和的(包括芳族),以及取代或未取代的。在一个实施例中,所述酯是非血管舒张性的。如本文所用,“非血管舒张性”是指,在以标题组合物施用于皮肤后,酯通常不产生可见的发红反应(普通人中的大多数不会经历可见的发红反应,尽管此类化合物可引起裸眼不可见的血管舒张,即所述酯是非致发红的)。非血管舒张性烟酸酯包括生育酚烟酸酯和六烟酸肌醇;可使用生育酚烟酸酯。
维生素B3化合物的其它衍生物是一个或多个酰胺基氢取代形成的烟酰胺衍生物。可用于本文的烟酰胺衍生物的非限制性例子包括烟基氨基酸例如衍生自活性烟酸化合物(例如烟酸叠氮化物或烟酰氯)与氨基酸的反应的烟基氨基酸,和有机羧酸(例如C1-C18)的烟醇酯。此类衍生物的具体例子包括烟尿酸(C8H8N2O3)和烟基异羟肟酸(C6H6N2O2),它们具有下列化学结构:

上文维生素B3化合物的例子在本领域中是熟知的,并且可从许多来源商购获得,例如Sigma Chemical Company(St.Louis,MO);ICNBiomedicals,Inc.(Irvin,CA)和Aldrich Chemical Company(Milwaukee,WI)。
本文可使用一种或多种维生素B3化合物。在一个实施例中,所述维生素B3化合物为烟酰胺和/或生育酚烟酸酯。
在实施例中,在使用时,烟酰胺的盐、衍生物和盐衍生物包括具有基本上与烟酰胺基本上相同功效的那些。
本发明的组合物可包含泛醇化合物。如本文所用,术语“泛醇化合物”足够广泛,包括泛醇、一种或多种泛酸衍生物、以及它们的混合物。泛醇及其衍生物可包括D-泛醇([R]-2,4-二羟基-N-[3-羟丙基)]-3,3-二甲基丁酰胺)、DL-泛醇、泛酸以及它们的盐(钙盐)、三乙酸泛醇酯、蜂王浆、泛硫乙胺、泛酰巯基乙胺、泛基乙基醚、潘氨酸、泛酰基乳糖、维生素B配合物、或它们的混合物。附加的任选成分包括2008年3月6日公布的美国专利公开2008/0059313A1中所述的那些。

在一个实施例中,所述组合物可包含至少一种硝酮衍生物。硝酮能够不可逆地捕获电子和/或自由基,从而减少在微环境中的氧化电位相对值。这些可包括α-苯基丁基硝酮(PBN)、PBN氮氧自由基环己烷自由基、5,5-二甲基吡咯啉N-氧化物(DMPO)、α-(4-吡啶基1-氧化物)-N-叔丁基硝酮(POBN)、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶1-氧化物、4-羟基四甲基哌啶1-氧化物、和N-(1-环氧-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-N,N-二甲基-N-羟基乙铵的盐、3,5-二溴-4-亚硝基苯磺酸、2-甲基-2-亚硝基丙烷、亚硝基二磺酸、α-(4-吡啶基-1-氧化物)-N-叔丁基硝酮、3,3,5,5-四甲基吡咯啉N-氧化物和2,4,6-三叔丁基亚硝基苯、或它们的自旋捕捉剂衍生物、以及它们的混合物。在具体实施例中,所述自旋捕捉剂为PBN。
本发明的组合物也可包含去头皮屑剂。适宜的去头屑颗粒的非限制性例子包括:吡啶硫酮盐、吡咯、硫化硒、颗粒硫、以及它们的混合物。此类去头屑颗粒应该在物理和化学上与所述组合物的基本组分相容,并且不应该不当地破坏产品的稳定性、美观性或性能。
吡啶硫酮去头皮屑颗粒,尤其是1-羟基-2-吡啶硫酮盐,是用于本发明组合物中的颗粒去头皮屑剂的一个实施例。吡啶硫酮去头皮屑颗粒浓度按所述组合物的重量计通常在约0.1%至约4%范围内。在一个实施例中,吡啶硫酮去头皮屑颗粒的浓度在约0.1%至约3%范围内,并且在另一个实施例中在约0.3%至约2%范围内。在本发明的一个实施例中,吡啶硫酮盐包括由重金属如锌、锡、镉、镁、铝和锆形成的那些。在本发明的一个实施例中,为由重金属锌形成的吡啶硫酮盐,并且在另一个实施例中为1-羟基-2-吡啶硫酮的锌盐(称为“吡啶硫酮锌”或“ZPT”),并且在另一个实施例中为板粒形式的1-羟基-2-吡啶硫酮盐,其中所述颗粒具有至多约20μ的平均尺寸。在本发明的一个实施例中,所述颗粒具有至多约5μ,并且在另一个实施例中至多约2.5μ的平均尺寸。由其它阳离子如钠形成的盐也是合适的。吡啶硫酮去头皮屑剂描述于例如美国专利2,809,971;美国专利3,236,733;美国专利3,753,196;美国专利3,761,418;美国专利4,345,080;美国专利4,323,683;美国专利4,379,753;和美国专利4,470,982中。预期当将ZPT用作本文组合物中的去头皮屑颗粒时,可刺激或调节或同时刺激和调节毛发的生长或再生,或者可降低或抑制毛发损失,或者毛发可显得更浓密或更丰盈。
除了选自巯基吡啶氧化物的多价金属盐的去头屑活性物质以外,本发明还可包含除金属巯基吡啶氧化物盐活性物质以外的一种或多种抗真菌或抗微生物活性物质。合适的抗微生物活性物质包括煤焦油、硫、复方苯甲酸软膏(whitfield’s ointment,)、castellani漆、氯化铝、龙胆紫、羟甲辛吡酮(羟甲辛吡酮乙醇胺)、环已吡酮羟乙胺酮、十一碳烯酸及其金属盐、高锰酸钾、硫化硒、硫代硫酸钠、丙二醇、苦橙油、尿素制剂、灰黄霉素、8-羟基喹啉氯碘羟喹、硫代地巴唑、硫代氨基甲酸酯、卤普罗近、聚烯、羟基吡啶酮、吗啉、苄胺、烯丙胺(如特比萘芬)、茶树油、丁香叶油、芫荽、玫瑰草、小檗碱、百里香红、桂皮油、肉桂醛、香茅酸、扁柏酚、鱼石脂白、Sensiva SC-50、Elestab HP-100、壬二酸、溶酶、碘代丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸盐(IPBC)、异噻唑啉酮如辛基异噻唑啉酮和唑类、以及它们的组合。在本发明的一个实施例中,抗微生物剂包括伊曲康唑、酮康唑、硫化硒和煤焦油。
唑抗菌剂包括咪唑,诸如苯并咪唑、苯并噻唑、联苯苄唑、丁康唑硝酸盐、二唑丁酮、克霉唑、克鲁康唑、依柏康唑、益康唑、新康唑、芬替康唑、氟康唑、氟三唑、异康唑、酮康唑、拉诺康唑、甲硝唑、咪康唑、奈康唑,奥莫康唑,奥昔康唑硝酸盐、舍他康唑,硝酸硫康唑、噻康唑、噻唑和三唑如特康唑和伊曲康唑、以及它们的组合。当存在于所述组合物中时,唑抗微生物活性物质的含量为约0.01%至约5%。在本发明的一个实施例中,唑抗微生物活性物质的含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1%至约3%,并且在另一个实施例中为约0.3%至约2%。在本发明的一个实施例中,唑抗微生物剂为酮康唑。
硫化硒是适用于本发明抗微生物组合物中的颗粒去头皮屑剂,其有效浓度按所述组合物的重量计在约0.1%至约4%范围内,并且在本发明的一个实施例中在约0.3%至约2.5%范围内,并且在另一个实施例中在约0.5%至约1.5%范围内。硫化硒一般被认为是具有一摩尔硒和两摩尔硫的化合物,尽管其也可为符合通式SexSy的环状结构,其中x+y=8。由正向激光光散射装置(例如Malvern 3600器械)所测,硫化硒的平均粒径通常小于15μm,并且在本发明的一个实施例中小于10μm。硫化硒化合物描述于例如美国专利2,694,668;美国专利3,152,046;美国专利4,089,945;和美国专利4,885,107中。
硫也可用作本发明抗微生物组合物中的颗粒抗微生物剂/去头皮屑剂。颗粒硫的有效浓度按所述组合物的重量计通常为约1%至约4%,并且在本发明的一个实施例中为约2%至约4%。
本发明还可包含一种或多种角质层分离剂如水杨酸。
本发明的其它抗微生物活性物质可包括白千层属植物(茶树)提取物和木炭。本发明还可包含抗微生物活性物质的组合。此类组合可包括羟甲辛吡酮和吡啶硫酮锌的组合、松树焦油和硫的组合、水杨酸和吡啶硫酮锌的组合、羟甲辛吡酮和氯咪巴唑的组合、和水杨酸和羟甲辛吡酮的组合、吡啶硫酮锌和氯咪巴唑的组合、以及它们的混合物。当用于本文时,这些活性物质的用量为约1%至约4%,并且在本发明的一个实施例中为约2%至约4%。
F.组合物形式
在一个实施例中,根据本发明的试剂为O/W乳液形式、W/O乳液形式、或微乳液形式。
在一个实施例中,根据本发明的试剂为喷雾组合物形式,与机械泵式喷雾器装置组合或与至少一种选自丙烷、丁烷、二甲基醚和氟化烃的推进剂组合。气溶胶喷剂还可包含约15至约85重量%,尤其约25至约75重量%的推进剂,并且瓶装于加压容器中。适宜的推进剂为例如低级烷烃如正丁烷、异丁烷和丙烷或它们的混合物,和二甲基醚或氟化烃如F 152a(1,1-二氟乙烷)或F 134(四氟乙烷),以及在所考虑压力下为气体形式的推进剂如N2、N2O和CO2,以及上述推进剂的混合物。
非气溶胶发胶借助于适当机械运作的喷雾装置来喷雾。机械喷雾设备被理解成是指使得组合物的喷雾无需使用推进剂的那些装置。所用的适宜机械喷雾装置可为例如喷雾泵或具有喷雾阀的弹性容器,其中根据本发明的化妆品试剂在压力下瓶装,其中所述弹性容器膨胀,由于弹性容器在打开喷雾阀时收缩,从其中连续分配出所述试剂。
在一个实施例中,根据本发明的试剂为可发泡组合物(摩丝)与发泡装置的组合的形式,包含至少一种已知用于该目的的惯用泡沫赋予物质,如至少一种成泡表面活性剂或至少一种成泡聚合物。用于起泡的装置被理解为是指使用或不用推进剂就能够使液体起泡的那些装置。可使用的合适机械起泡装置为例如标准商业泵式发泡器或气溶胶起泡头。所述组合物以约1至约20重量%,在另一个实施例中约2至约10重量%的量,与机械泵发泡装置(泵式泡沫)组合,或与至少一种推进剂组合(气溶胶泡沫)。例如,推进剂选自丙烷、丁烷、二甲基醚和氟化烃。所述试剂在施用之前直接泡沫化,并且作为泡沫结合到毛发中,然后可被冲洗掉或无需冲洗而留在所述毛发上。
所述可起泡组合物在一个实施例中包含聚合物作为活性成分或添加剂,所述聚合物选自脱乙酰壳多糖,脱乙酰壳多糖盐,脱乙酰壳多糖衍生物,阳离子纤维素化合物,乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基己内酰胺和碱性丙烯酰胺单体的共聚物,或这些聚合物的混合物。适宜的脱乙酰壳多糖盐、脱乙酰壳多糖衍生物、阳离子纤维素衍生物为例如上述的那些。适宜的阳离子纤维素化合物包括但不限于羟乙基纤维素和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的共聚物(聚季铵盐-4),以及羟乙基纤维素和被三烷基铵基取代的环氧化物的反应产物(聚季铵盐-10)。适宜的脱乙酰壳多糖盐包括但不限于与甲酸、乳酸和吡咯烷酮羧酸的盐。适宜的乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基己内酰胺和碱性丙烯酰胺单体的共聚物为其中所述丙烯酰胺单体为二甲基氨丙基丙烯酰胺的那些。可起泡组合物的一个实施例包含羟乙基纤维素和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的共聚物(聚季铵盐-4),和乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基己内酰胺以及二甲基氨丙基丙烯酰胺的共聚物,和包含羟乙基纤维素和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的共聚物(聚季铵盐-4),和乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基己内酰胺以及二甲基氨丙基丙烯酰胺的共聚物,以及至少一种脱乙酰壳多糖盐的可起泡组合物。
在一个实施例中,根据本发明的试剂为发蜡形式,即它具有蜡状稠度,并且包含量为约0.5至约30重量%的至少一种上述蜡,和任选的其它水不溶性物质。在一个实施例中,所述蜡状稠度具有大于或等于约10,并且在另一个实施例中大于或等于约20的针入度值(测量单位0.1mm,测试重量100g,测试时间5s,测试温度25℃;根据DIN 51579),并且所述组合物的凝固点大于或等于约30℃,并且小于或等于约70℃,并且在一个实施例中在约40至约55℃范围内。适宜的蜡和水不溶性物质具体为HLB值低于7的乳化剂、硅氧烷油、硅氧烷蜡、蜡(例如蜡醇、蜡酸、蜡酯,尤其是天然蜡如蜂蜡、巴西棕榈蜡等)、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、或亲水性蜡如分子量为约800至约20000,并且在一个实施例中为约2000至约10 000g/mol的高分子量聚乙二醇。
如果根据本发明的毛发处理剂为毛发洗剂形式,则它为基本上不粘稠或低粘度的易流动溶液、分散体或乳液形式,具有含量为至少10重量%,在另一个实施例中约20至约95重量%的化妆品相容的醇。可使用的醇具体地讲为具有1至4个碳原子的通常用于化妆品用途的低级醇,如乙醇和异丙醇。
如果根据本发明的毛发处理剂为毛发霜膏形式,则它可为乳液形式,并且包含量为约0.1至约10重量%的附加粘度赋予成分,或通过在适宜乳化剂、脂肪酸、脂肪醇、蜡等的辅助下形成胶束,以常规方式逐步增大所需的粘度和霜膏稠度。
下文的实例用来更详细地说明本发明的主题。除非另行指出,在给个实施例中给出的聚合物的含量指的是固体的含量。
G.测试方法
1.发根提拉测试
获得具有以下特征的发簇:
a)总长4",在末端卷曲并且用胶带包封。卷曲/胶带自发簇末端延伸出1"。
b)平坦的卷曲为约3/8"乘3/16"。
c)褐色白种人原始毛发。
d)3"毛发(未卷曲的产品施用区域)重~1.44g。
发簇处理:在73F/45RH CT室内:
a)将发簇浸泡于经纯化的蒸馏水中。
b)将发簇从水中取出,用手指从发簇中挤出多余的水。
c)用纸巾轻拍发簇以移除多余的表面水。
d)在发簇端部(刚好低于卷曲)施用0.4mL测试产品(每侧0.2mL),并且用戴有手套的手指将产品施用于整个发簇中。
e)通过将发簇下拉形成圆形发簇轮廓,将发簇捆束。
f)将发簇悬挂在车上,卷曲端用夹具夹住,并且未卷曲端直接在夹具下方。
g)使小车置于73F/45RH CT室内,直至准备进行测试。
发簇测试:
a)使处理过的发簇在73F/45RH CT室内干燥至少整晚。
b)将发簇从夹具上取下,使用标准理发梳的粗端,从发簇顶部(卷曲的)至发簇底部(未卷曲的)将发簇从头至尾梳理三次。如果评定较高保持性的产品,则额外的梳理将使结果更显著不同。如果不同于对照(3次粗梳)方案,则将组合方案记录于结果上。
c)将梳理过的发簇放置于夹具上,将顶端夹于发簇车上。卷曲/胶带底部应与夹具底部对齐。发簇取向,使得如果发簇沿长度具有自然弯曲,则使发簇的凹面位于你面向发簇时的左侧。发簇的未卷曲端为发簇底部。
d)将小车从73F/45RH CT室内取出,并且置于环境条件下。
e)通过将夹具旋转约180度,将发簇倒置。发簇的卷曲端现为发簇底部。调节夹具角度,使得未卷曲端的顶部左边缘恰好位于卷曲(夹持)端左边缘的右边。这样做以确保所有发簇向你面对小车时的右边下垂。
f)将小车(包含发簇)放置于80F/80RH CT室内,记录时间。
g)在30+/-5分钟时,带着相机(Coolpix P500或类似物)返回室内。使用20"棒作为定向标记,将前端相机镜头放置在距杆保持夹具~20"处,使相机正好位于夹具前方。拍照(自动定形,默认镜头长度)。对所有发簇重复该过程。
h)在60、90和120分钟处重复步骤7。
发簇车:
发簇车具有5行,每行具有4个夹具(共20个)。夹具设计为自由旋转,直至所夹持的毛发可以笔直向下吊挂,并且旋转以笔直向上吊挂。杆行后是1"乘1"的网格,遮盖所有样本(和夹具)后的区域。
高度度规由以下产生:
a)遮盖所有样本后方区域的1"网格将发簇叠加在XY曲线图上。这使得发簇上的多个点被赋予XY值,就近舍入至1/2"。
b)放置发簇以向右侧下垂时,发簇的左侧总为最大高度。自Y轴上发簇夹具顶部左侧至发簇左侧最大高度,测量发簇左侧最大高度(标示为MAXY,时间),就近舍入至1/2"。由于实际发簇长度略为变化,最大允许长度为4.5"(即使它估算为5")。
c)标示为“ARC”的其它高度度规示于图1-3中。标示为发簇左侧最大值“Y”的高点1示于图1-3中。标示为发簇右侧最大值“Y”的高点3示于图1-3中。弧长5为测量点的中点,并且示于图1-3中。
d)ARC度规为上文图示中线的长度。由图示可看出,左边发簇弯曲,并且产生最短的弧度规(线)。中间发簇的最大发簇高度仅比左边发簇略微增加,但是产生几乎两倍长的弧度规。以此方式,我们得出,随着观测到的发簇卷曲降低,展示的高度增加。
其它信息:
a)发簇以无规顺序而不是由评定员吊挂在小车上,结果是盲目的,直至测试完成。
b)至少两个发簇用相同产品处理。将结果取平均以获得复合得分。
c)MAXY和ARC的数值越高,表明发根提拉越好。
2.残留物和定性感觉得分
a)在80F/80RH CT室内两小时标记处完成高度度规图像拍摄后,将发簇倒置,使得它们笔直向下吊挂,夹持端位于发簇顶部。将小车从80F/80RH CT室移入至环境条件下,并且在评定感觉之前允许平衡至少30分钟。
b)在评定感觉之前,检查每个发簇的“残留物”。残留物定义为整个产品已干燥后保留在发簇上的可见材料(通常为白色外观)。对发簇进行残留物评分,0=无可见残留物,1=少量,2=中等数量,3=大量。将每个类似处理过的发簇的结果取平均,获得残留物复合得分。
c)在“顺滑感”和“交叉纤维摩擦”测试中,要求受试者评定每个发簇。测试说明为:
说明:
1)评定所有发簇的顺滑感:通过用低至中等的恒定压力,使发簇在拇指与食指之间挤压,用手指从发簇顶部附近沿发簇向下牵拉至刚好通过中点,不评定发簇末端。(损伤造成所有发簇末端处不佳的感觉。)优异表示非常易于下拉,毛发高度对齐。不佳的得分将感觉到粗糙或对齐不佳并且缠结的毛发。5点标度(两个度规):1=优异,2=非常好,3=好,4=一般,5=不佳
2)记录每个发簇的结果。可以来回评定,或首先感觉总体以获得优异、良好和不佳的感觉。
3)评定并且记录顺滑感得分后,通过在发簇中段使毛发相对摩擦,评定交叉纤维摩擦“CFF”。采用与顺滑感相同的5点标度,记录结果。用低至中等的压力,使发簇中点在拇指与食指之间挤压。采用低至中等的恒定压力。使发簇在手指之间来回卷绕。
4)对于交叉纤维摩擦,优异的得分代表彼此易于滑动的毛发像单纤维一样。不易彼此滑动的发簇或毛发将获得更高数值的得分。
5)介于6和12之间的受试者在每个测试中给出感觉得分。每个发簇产生平均顺滑感得分和CFF得分,以及代表顺滑感和CFF平均得分的平均值的复合得分。然后将这些得分对于具有相同处理的所有发簇取平均。

Claims (6)
1.一种毛发处理组合物,包含:
(a)按所述组合物的重量计约0.01%至约5%的硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉;
(b)按所述组合物的重量计约0.01至约5%的成膜聚合物;
(c)载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛发处理组合物,其中所述硅氧烷接枝木薯淀粉的含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1至约2%。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发处理组合物,其中所述成膜聚合物的含量按所述组合物的重量计为约0.1至约2%。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发处理组合物,其中所述成膜聚合物选自丙烯酸酯、酰胺、硅氧烷、聚乙烯基化合物、聚季铵盐化合物、弹性体材料、胶乳、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、尼龙化合物、和基于蜡的化合物。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发处理组合物,其中所述成膜聚合物为选自紫胶、橡胶、纤维素、脱乙酰壳多糖、多糖、和蛋白质的天然源成膜聚合物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发处理组合物,其中所述组合物还包含黄原胶。
