Abstract
本发明公开了一种压式不漏瓶盖,包括盖体,盖体的顶部设置有出水孔,盖体内安装有由弹性材料制成的密封托盘,密封托盘设置有出水口,出水孔内安装有顶盖,顶盖的下端抵在密封托盘上,自然状态时,出水口与出水孔不连通,使用时,向下按压顶盖,顶盖推开密封托盘,使出水口与出水孔连通,瓶内的液体就可以流出,结构简单,使用方便,释放顶盖后,密封托盘的弹性作用再次与出水孔之间形成密封,起到防漏作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装容器,特别是一种饮料包装瓶的瓶盖。
背景技术
现有技术中的不漏瓶盖需要吮吸才能出水,如果要将瓶内的液体封装,例如倒入杯子中,就需要打开瓶盖,瓶盖打开后瓶口敞开,倒一次后又需要将瓶盖盖到瓶口,使用较为麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单,使用方便,具有防漏功能的压式不漏瓶盖。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种压式不漏瓶盖,包括盖体,所述盖体的顶部设置有出水孔,所述盖体内安装有由弹性材料制成的密封托盘,所述密封托盘设置有出水口,所述出水孔内安装有顶盖,所述顶盖的下端抵在所述密封托盘上,自然状态时,所述出水口与所述出水孔不连通。
所述顶盖的下端设置有挡圈。
所述密封托盘设置有密封裙边,所述出水口位于所述密封裙边的外侧。
所述密封托盘的中心设置有连接孔,所述顶盖设置有连杆,所述连杆的下端插接在所述连接孔中。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的盖体顶部设置有出水孔,盖体内侧安装有密封托盘,出水孔内安装有顶盖,自然状态时,密封托盘与出水孔之间形成密封,出水口与出水孔不连通,使用时,向下按压顶盖,顶盖推开密封托盘,使出水口与出水孔连通,瓶内的液体就可以流出,结构简单,使用方便,释放顶盖后,密封托盘的弹性作用再次与出水孔之间形成密封,起到防漏作用。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,一种压式不漏瓶盖,包括盖体1,所述盖体1的顶部设置有出水孔2,所述盖体1内侧安装有由弹性材料制成的密封托盘3,所述密封托盘3设置有出水口7,所述出水孔2内安装有顶盖4,所述顶盖4的下端抵在所述密封托盘3上。
为了防止顶盖4脱落,所述顶盖4的下端设置有挡圈5,出水孔2的内侧挡住挡圈5,使顶盖4不会脱落。
所述密封托盘3设置有密封裙边6,所述出水口7位于所述密封裙边6的外侧,自然状态时,密封裙边6与出水口7的周围形成密封,瓶内的压力使密封裙边6能形成良好的密封,防止瓶内的液体倾洒。
所述密封托盘3的中心设置有连接孔8,所述顶盖4设置有连杆9,所述连杆9的下端插接在所述连接孔8中,在向下压顶盖4时,顶盖不会跑偏,方便复位。
顶盖4可以为如图1至图4所示的圆顶形,也可以为如图5所示的平顶形,顶盖的顶部可以高出盖体的顶面,也可以与盖体的顶部平齐或低于盖体的顶面。
本发明的瓶盖安装在瓶体的瓶口后,密封托盘的边缘被夹在瓶口的端面与瓶盖之间,自然状态时,密封托盘与出水孔之间形成密封,出水口与出水孔不连通,使用时,向下按压顶盖,顶盖推开密封托盘,密封裙边6离开瓶盖,使出水口与出水孔连通,瓶内的液体就可以流出,结构简单,使用方便,释放顶盖后,密封托盘的弹性作用,密封裙边再次与出水孔之间形成密封,出水口位于密封裙边的外侧,出水口与出水孔不会连通,能起到防漏作用。

1.一种压式不漏瓶盖,包括盖体(1),其特征在于所述盖体(1)的顶部设置有出水孔(2),所述盖体(1)内安装有由弹性材料制成的密封托盘(3),所述密封托盘(3)设置有出水口(7),所述出水孔(2)内安装有顶盖(4),所述顶盖(4)的下端抵在所述密封托盘(3)上,自然状态时,所述出水口(7)与所述出水孔(2)不连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压式不漏瓶盖,其特征在于所述顶盖(4)的下端设置有挡圈(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压式不漏瓶盖,其特征在于所述密封托盘(3)设置有密封裙边(6),所述出水口(7)位于所述密封裙边(6)的外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压式不漏瓶盖,其特征在于所述密封托盘(3)的中心设置有连接孔(8),所述顶盖(4)设置有连杆(9),所述连杆(9)的下端插接在所述连接孔(8)中。
