In one embodiment, the issuing platform may be any payment platform distinct from a bank or bank card organization, on which a merchant may be allowed to issue a shopping card for the merchant (e.g., supermarket a issues a supermarket shopping card through the payment platform, pastry B issues a pastry shopping card through the payment platform, e-commerce platform C issues an online shopping card through the payment platform, etc.). In one embodiment, the prepaid card can be consumed in POS and ATM machines posted with chinese union pay (or other bank card organizations) identifiers, and can enjoy cardholder services provided by the chinese union pay (or other bank card organizations) and card issuing organizations according to the contract for acceptance, and the cardholder can repeatedly recharge financial cards and other services in the card. The in-card balance of the prepaid card in the present disclosure may initially be 0 or a fixed amount. In an embodiment, the security Module may be a hardware entity implemented by the mobile device to load the application service, for example, a (Subscriber Identity Module, abbreviated as SIM), a TF Card (also referred to as T-Flash or TransFLash), a Secure Digital Card (Secure Digital Memory Card, abbreviated as SD), an eSE security Module (Embedded Secure Element), and the like, where the security Module may sufficiently protect security of a user in a payment process.
In step S102, when the user needs to pay the transaction part with the funds of the first set amount, the funds of the first set amount in the prepaid card are transferred to the account of the transaction part.
In one embodiment, the user may pay the set amount of funds to the transaction party by means of NFC, and in another embodiment, the set amount of funds may also be paid to the payment party by means of online transaction. In one embodiment, the account of the transaction party may be an account of the transaction party on the card issuing platform or an account of the transaction party on a bank.
In the embodiment, the fund of the first set amount in the prepaid card is transferred to the account of the transaction party on the card issuing platform or the bank, so that the transaction can be realized by the prepaid card downloaded by the user and the transaction party through the card issuing platform, the separation of the electronic cash from the electronic bank card service in the related technology is realized, and the initiative of the card issuing party in the transaction payment process is improved.
In one embodiment, transferring funds in the prepaid card for a first set amount to an account of the transaction party may include:
determining an account type of an account of a transaction party;
transferring funds of a first set amount in the prepaid card to an account corresponding to the account type in an NFC mode; or,

and receiving a cancellation feedback message from the card issuing platform for determining to cancel the prepaid card, wherein the cancellation feedback message carries the identity of the user and the card number information.
Please refer to the following embodiments for details of how to implement mobile payment.
Therefore, the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can enable the user and the transaction party to realize the transaction through the prepaid card downloaded by the card issuing platform, realize the separation of the electronic cash from the electronic bank card service in the related technology, and improve the initiative of the card issuing party in the transaction payment process.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with specific embodiments.
FIG. 2A is a flow diagram illustrating a mobile payment method according to an exemplary embodiment, and FIG. 2B is a scene diagram illustrating a mobile payment method according to an exemplary embodiment; in this embodiment, by using the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example is described in which a mobile payment is performed in an NFC manner, and how a transfer is performed through a bank card when the amount of money in a prepaid card is not enough for payment, as shown in fig. 2A, the method includes the following steps:
in step S201, after the user of the mobile device successfully registers on the card issuing platform, the prepaid card provided by the card issuing platform is downloaded to the security module of the mobile device in an over-the-air downloading manner.
The description of step S201 refers to the description of step S101, and is not detailed here. As shown in fig. 2B, the mobile device 21 may register with the card issuing platform 20, and after successful registration, the user may initiate an e-wallet service on the mobile device 21.
In step S202, when the user needs to pay the fund of the first set amount to the transaction party, it is determined whether the balance in the prepaid card is greater than the first set amount, if not, step S203 is executed, and if so, step S205 is executed.
As shown in fig. 2B, the user needs to perform a payment action to the POS machine 22 through the mobile device 21, and when performing the payment, it needs to determine whether the balance in the prepaid card is sufficient, and if not, the user may be prompted to transfer the fund with the first set amount to the prepaid card through the bank card bound to the prepaid card.
In step S203, the prepaid card is bound to the bank card of the user.
As shown in fig. 2B, the prepaid card may be bound with the bank card of the user by installing an application on the mobile device 21, in an embodiment, the user may temporarily bind the existing bank card of the user with the prepaid card, that is, bind the prepaid card with the bank card only when the balance of the prepaid card is not enough for payment, in another embodiment, the user may bind the existing bank card of the user with the prepaid card for a long time, and the present disclosure does not limit the specific binding condition; the consumption behavior of the illegal user can be limited through temporary binding, for example, the illegal user consumes through the mobile device 21 after stealing the mobile device 21, and under the condition that the balance of the prepaid card is insufficient, because the prepaid card is not bound with the bank card, the illegal user cannot perform illegal consumption after transferring the account to the bank card bound with the prepaid card, so that the economic benefit of the legal user can be protected from being lost.
In step S204, funds of a first set amount are transferred to the prepaid card through the bank card.
In step S205, the first set amount of money in the prepaid card is transferred to the account of the transaction party on the card issuing platform in the NFC manner.
In one embodiment, NFC is a short-range high-frequency radio technology, which operates within a 20 cm distance at a frequency of 13.56MHz, and operates in a Card simulation mode (Card simulation), in the present disclosure, a security module (for example, a SIM Card, a TF/SD Card, or a built-in eSE format) in the mobile device 21 is equivalent to an IC Card supporting a non-contact technology, so that the mobile device 21 can perform a short-distance payment instead of the IC Card, for example, a shop Card swipe, a bus Card, a gate control, a ticket, an entrance ticket, and the like. Alternatively, the set amount may be transferred to an account corresponding to the transaction party by means of online payment, for example, an account of the transaction party on the card issuing platform, an account of the transaction party on a bank, and the like.
The embodiment has the advantages that the prepaid card in the related technology exists as a card, the card cannot be reused under the condition that the balance in the card is zero, and therefore the user can usually discard the card.
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram illustrating a mobile payment method in accordance with an exemplary embodiment two; in this embodiment, by using the above method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example of how a user logs out a prepaid card without the prepaid card is described, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:
in step S301, after the user of the mobile device successfully registers on the card issuing platform, the prepaid card provided by the card issuing platform is downloaded to the security module of the mobile device in an over-the-air downloading manner.
The description of step S301 refers to the description of step S101, and is not detailed here.
In step S302, when the user needs to log off the prepaid card, a log-off request message is sent to the card issuing platform through the mobile device, where the log-off request message carries the identity of the user and the card number information of the prepaid card.
In an embodiment, the Identity of the user may include an identification number of the user, a Mobile phone number of the user, a device identification number of the Mobile device bound to the prepaid card (for example, an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)) or a SIM card number provided by an operator, or a security module device unique number (SEID), and so on.
In step S303, a cancellation feedback message for determining to cancel the prepaid card from the card issuing platform is received, where the cancellation feedback message carries the identity of the user and the card number information.
In the embodiment, when the user needs to log out the prepaid card, the card issuing platform can log out the prepaid card only by sending the log-out request message to the card issuing platform, so that the user is prevented from going to a counter to handle log-out, the user can set the prepaid card at any time and log out the prepaid card at any time, and the user can conveniently handle the prepaid card.
