the opening device comprises an opening button 20 arranged on the box door 15 and an opening switch connected with the opening button 20, the opening switch is connected in series in the power supply circuit 4, the opening switch can be driven to be closed when the opening button 20 is pressed down, the opening button 20 is pressed down when the staff needs to open the electric equipment 2, and the electric equipment 2 is used to operate on the premise that the power supply circuit 4 is switched on.
The stopping device comprises a stopping button 21 arranged on the box door 15 and a stopping switch connected with the stopping button 21, wherein the stopping switch is connected in series in the power supply circuit, the stopping switch is driven to be turned on when the stopping button 21 is pressed, when the staff needs to turn off the electric equipment 2, the stopping button 21 is pressed, the power supply circuit 4 is turned off, and the electric equipment 2 stops running.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the surface of the box body 3 of the electrical appliance operation box is further provided with an emergency stop device, the emergency stop device comprises an emergency stop knob 22 arranged on the box door 15 and an emergency stop switch connected with the emergency stop knob 22, the emergency stop switch is connected in series in the power supply circuit 4 and is used for controlling the power supply 1 to supply power to the power supply circuit 4, and the emergency stop switch is driven to be turned on when the emergency stop knob 22 is rotated by a preset angle, so as to ensure that the connection between the power supply 1 and the power supply circuit 4 is cut off by the emergency stop device when an emergency situation occurs.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a rotatable handle 24 is further disposed on the box door 15 of the electrical operation box, one end of the handle 24 penetrating through the box door 15 is connected with a fastener capable of also fastening the box body 3, when the handle 24 rotates by a certain angle, the fastener is driven to fasten the box body 3, so that the box door 15 cannot be opened, when the handle 24 rotates by a certain angle in the reverse direction, the fastener is driven to not fasten the box body 3, so that the box door 15 can be opened, the handle 24 and the fastener are disposed so that the box door 15 can be closed on the box body 3, and cannot be opened randomly, so as to prevent dust from falling into the interior of the electrical operation box.

Claims (7)
1. An electrical operating box for controlling a power supply (1) to supply power to an electrical device (2), characterized in that it comprises a box (3), a power supply circuit (4), a power supply switch (5) and at least one switch lock (6), wherein,
the box body (3) is provided with a box door (15), and the at least one switch lock (6) is arranged on the outer wall of the box door (15); the box door (15) is provided with a box door lock;
the power supply circuit (4) is positioned in the box body (3), and two ends of the power supply circuit (4) are respectively connected with the power supply source (1) and the electric equipment (2);
the power supply switch (5) is arranged inside the box body (3) and is connected in series in the power supply circuit (4);
each switch lock (6) is respectively connected with the power supply switch (5) and the box door lock, when each switch lock (6) is opened, the power supply switch (5) is closed, and the box door lock does not lock the box door (15); when any one switch lock (6) is locked, the power supply switch (5) is opened, and the box door lock locks the box door (15);
wherein a control loop (7) is arranged in the box body (3);
the control loop (7) comprises a control part (10), a control part power supply (9) and at least one control part switch (8), wherein the control part (10) and each control part switch (8) are connected in series, and the series circuit and the control part power supply (9) form a loop;
each switch lock (6) is connected with an independent control member switch (8), when the switch lock (6) is opened, the switch lock (6) drives the corresponding control member switch (8) to be closed, and when the switch lock (6) is locked, the switch lock (6) drives the corresponding control member switch (8) to be opened;
when the control loop (7) is powered on, the control part (10) drives the power supply switch (5) to be closed, and when the control loop (7) is powered off, the control part (10) drives the power supply switch (5) to be opened;
the box door lock comprises a lock piece (14) and a box door lock circuit (11); wherein,
the locking piece (14) has two states of extending and retracting, when the locking piece (14) extends, the locking piece (14) blocks the box body (3) to prevent the box door (15) from being opened, and when the locking piece (14) retracts, the locking piece (14) does not block the box body (3) to prevent the box door (15) from being opened;
the box door lock circuit (11) is connected with the control piece (10) in parallel and comprises a locking piece controller (13) and a first locking piece switch (12) connected with the locking piece controller (13) in series;
the first lock switch (12) is driven by the control part (10), when the control circuit (7) is electrified, the control part (10) drives the first lock switch (12) to be closed, and when the control circuit (7) is powered off, the control part (10) drives the first lock switch (12) to be opened;
latch fitting controller (13) with latch fitting (14) are corresponding, work as when the circuit at latch fitting controller (13) place circular telegram, latch fitting controller (13) drive latch fitting (14) are withdrawed, work as when the circuit outage at latch fitting controller (13) place, latch fitting controller (13) drive latch fitting (14) stretch out.
2. An electric operating box according to claim 1, characterized in that said switch lock (6) is plural;
the control circuit (7) comprises the same number of control member switches (8) as the number of switch locks (6).
3. The electrical box according to claim 1, characterized in that said box door (15) is provided with a door opening device (19) connected to said latch (14), said latch (14) being actuated to retract when said door opening device (19) is opened.
4. An electric operating box according to claim 1, characterised in that a power switch (18) is arranged in the box (3);
the power switch (18) is connected in series in the power supply circuit (4) and is used for controlling a power supply (1) to supply power to the power supply circuit (4);
the box door lock circuit (11) further comprises a power switch controller (17) and a second locking piece switch (16);
the second latch switch (16) is connected in series with the latch controller (13), and the second latch switch (16) and the latch controller (13) connected in series are connected in parallel with the power switch controller (17);
the power switch (18) and the second locking piece switch (16) correspond to the power switch controller (17) respectively, when the box door lock circuit (11) is powered on, the power switch controller (17) drives the power switch (18) and the second locking piece switch (16) to be closed, and when the box door lock circuit (11) is powered off, the power switch controller (17) drives the power switch (18) and the second locking piece switch (16) to be opened.
5. An electric operation box according to claim 1,
the surface of the box body (3) is further provided with a prompter (23) for prompting the state information of the switch lock (6), wherein the state information comprises a warning sign, and the name, the contact and the affiliated unit of a person in charge for locking the switch lock (6) are locked.
6. The electrical box according to claim 1, characterized in that said box body (3) is further provided with opening means and stopping means;
the opening device comprises an opening button (20) arranged on the box door (15) and an opening switch connected with the opening button (20);
the opening switch is connected in series in the power supply circuit (4) and is driven to be closed when the opening button (20) is pressed;
the stopping device comprises a stopping button (21) arranged on the box door (15) and a stopping switch connected with the stopping button (21);
the stop switch is connected in series in the power supply circuit (4) and is driven to open when the stop button (21) is pressed.
7. The electrical cabinet according to claim 6, characterized in that the surface of the cabinet (3) is further provided with an emergency stop device;
the emergency stop device comprises an emergency stop knob (22) arranged on the box door (15) and an emergency stop switch connected with the emergency stop knob (22);
the emergency stop switch is connected in the power supply circuit (4) in series and used for controlling a power supply source (1) to supply power to the power supply circuit (4), and when the emergency stop knob (22) is rotated by a preset angle, the emergency stop switch is driven to be turned on.
