In addition, the intake duct 25 for the V-belt type continuously variable transmission is inserted into the transmission duct opening 77c (shown in FIG. 13 ) and further extended in a state of being bent toward the vicinity of the ignition coil 22 .
As shown in FIG. 3 , in the upper side space of the storage space 31 , a suction opening 75 serving as a tail end of an engine intake duct 74 opens downward. Furthermore, the suction opening 26 serving as the tail end of the intake duct 25 opens downward. Therefore, both the suction opening 75 of the air cleaner 70 and the suction opening 26 of the intake duct 25 for the V-belt type continuously variable transmission are collectively arranged in the storage space 31, whereby clean air is sucked into the air filter. Cleaner 70 and V-belt CVT. In addition, a main battery 50 is arranged in a lower space of the storage space 31 . A structure for mounting the main battery 50 will be described in detail later.
In FIG. 3 , the storage space 31 and the engine room 21 are partitioned by a partition wall 77 . The partition wall 77 is, for example, a plate-shaped member made of rubber material. The partition wall 77 is provided with a plurality of openings to allow communication between the storage space 31 and the engine room 21 . For example, an engine intake pipe opening 77 b and a transmission duct opening 77 c (shown in FIG. 13 ) are formed in the partition wall 77 . Further, an ignition wire opening 77 f for allowing insertion of the ignition wire 22 a of the ignition coil 22 shown in FIG. 2 is formed in the upper portion of the partition wall 77 .
(Structure of storage box 30)
The configuration of the storage box 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 .
As shown in FIG. 4 , the storage box 30 has a box shape surrounded by a box body 89 and a cover 40 and is configured to have airtightness. The box body 89 is composed of the side cover 32, the right side portion of the front cover 33 (shown in FIG. 5 ), the right side portion of the upper cover (not shown), the partition wall 77 (shown in FIG. 3 ) and the bottom plate. 17 compositions.
36b。In FIG. 4, the side cover 32 has a three-dimensional shape including a first side wall 32a, a rear wall 32b, and a second side wall 32c, and is molded with resin. The first side wall 32a extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body from the rear end portion of the front seat 7f (shown in FIG. 1 ) toward the vicinity of the front end of the right rear wheel 4 (shown in FIG. 1 ). The side cover 32 is mounted on the side frame 13 (shown in FIG. 8 ) using mounting screws 13c that are connected to a plurality of screw holes 13b (shown in FIG. 8 ) formed in the outer surface 13a of the side frame 13 (shown in FIG. shown in Figure 8) threaded engagement. In the upper portion of the first side wall 32a, a recess 39 is formed opposite to the recess 47 formed at the lower side 44b of the side wall 44 and allows the side buckle 83 to fit. An upper end 36 b is formed at an upper edge of the first side wall 32 a of the side cover 32 .
In FIG. 4 , the rear wall 32 b of the side cover 32 extends rearward in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body from the first side wall 32 a of the side cover 32 , thereby having a structure covering the right rear wheel 4 (shown in FIG. 1 ). The shape of the upper front. The second side wall 32c extends forward in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body from the inner end of the rear wall 32b. In the front portion of the second side wall 32c, two engagement through-holes 87b penetrating in the width direction of the vehicle are formed so as to be separated from each other in the up-down direction.
As shown in FIG. 5 , the front cover 33 is a plate-shaped member made of resin, and the front cover 33 is positioned under the front side of the rear seat 7 r (shown in FIG. 1 ) and extends in the width direction of the vehicle. , thereby constituting the storage space 31 and the front part of the engine room 21 shown in FIG. 2 . In addition, a recess 38 is formed at a substantially central portion of the right side end 35b of the front cover 33 to allow the front buckle 81 to be fitted. A left front portion 41 a of the front wall 41 of the cover 40 is provided with an inner side end 35 a in contact with a right side end 35 b of the front cover 33 . The inner side end 35 a is in contact with the right side end 35 b, thereby forming the separation line 35 . Further, at the cover 40 , the lower side portion 44 b of the side wall 44 and the lower right portion 41 c of the front wall 41 are in contact with the first side wall 32 a of the side cover 32 , thereby forming the separation line 36 . In addition, since the outer contour surfaces of the lower side portion 44b, the right lower portion 41c, and the first side wall 32a are flatly aligned with each other, the aesthetic appearance of the cover 40 and the side cover 32 is good, and the cover 40 and the side cover 32 are configured as Design components.
The upper cover (not shown) is a plate-like member made of metal, and the upper cover is positioned below the rear seat 7r (shown in FIG. 1 ) and extends in the width direction of the vehicle, thereby constituting A part of the upper surface of the engine room 21 (shown in FIG. 2 ) and a part of the upper surface of the storage space 31 (shown in FIG. 2 ). In other words, the right side portion of the upper cover overlaps with the storage space 31 (shown in FIG. 2 ), thereby constituting a part of the box body 89 (shown in FIG. 4 ).

(箱体89和盖40之间的接合结构)(joint structure between case 89 and cover 40)
The engagement structure between the case 89 and the cover 40 (shown in FIG. 5 ) will be described with reference to FIG. 6 .
In FIG. 6 , the cover 40 (shown in FIG. 5 ) is configured to be detachable from the side cover 32 and the front cover 33 . When the cover 40 (shown in FIG. 5 ) is removed from the case body 89 , a large opening 30 a having a three-dimensional shape is formed in the upper right portion of the case body 89 . Therefore, various operations such as inspection and maintenance of the main battery 50 fixed by the fixing bracket 60 , filter replacement of the air cleaner 70 , and inspection of the amount of engine oil by the oil level gauge 28 can be easily performed.
In FIG. 6, a right side end 35b is formed at the edge of the outer side (the right side in the width direction of the vehicle) of the front cover 33, and a right side end 35b is formed at the rear of the right side end 35b in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. Ribs 86 protrude outward (to the right side in the width direction of the vehicle) and upward, respectively, from the right side end 35b. In other words, the right side end 35b of the front cover 33 has the rib 86 as an edge. Further, at the right side end 35b of the front cover 33, engaging grooves 86b spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction are formed in a state where the recessed portion 38 is provided between the engaging grooves 86b. The engagement groove 86b is configured such that when the cover 40 is mounted on the front cover 33 as shown in FIG. When the right-side ends 35b of the two sides are in contact, the engaging protrusions 49a (shown in FIG. 3 ) are respectively inserted into the engaging grooves 86b.
85b。In FIG. 6 , on the inner side (the left side in the width direction of the vehicle) of the upper side end 36b of the first side wall 32a of the side cover member 32 , there are formed along the upper side end 36b protruding upward from the upper side end 36b respectively. And the rib 85 protrudes forward in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. In other words, the upper end 36b of the first side wall 32a has the rib 85 as an edge. At the upper side end 36b, there are formed two engaging grooves 85b spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body in a state where the concave portion 39 is provided between the two engaging grooves 85b.
As shown in FIG. 11 , the lower side portion 44b of the side wall 44 is provided at the lower side end 36a with two engaging protrusions 49b spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and the engaging protrusions 49b protrude downward. The engagement protrusions 49b are configured as follows: When the cover 40 is mounted on the side cover 32 and the lower side end 36a of the lower side part 44b is in contact with the upper side end 36b of the side cover 32, the engagement protrusions 49b are respectively inserted into the upper side ends 36b formed on the first side cover 32. Engagement groove 85b in side wall 32a.
Returning to FIG. 6 , part of the upwardly protruding rib 85 formed among the ribs 85 at the upper side end 36 b has a step in the width direction of the vehicle. In other words, in each engaging groove 85b and its peripheral area, the width of the upper side end 36b is made larger, and a concave rib 85a is formed that is depressed to the inner side (the left side in the width direction of the vehicle) of the upper side end 36b . The lower side portion 44b of the side wall 44 of the cover 40 shown in FIG. 4 has a stepped shape (not shown) corresponding to the stepped shape of the rib 85 .
In FIG. 6 , at an upper side end 32e located in front of the rear wall 32b, a rib 87 is formed that bends upward along a folding line in the width direction of the vehicle and protrudes upward from the rear wall 32b. At the front portion of the second side wall 32c, a rib 87 protruding to the outside (the right side in the width direction of the vehicle) is formed bent to the outside (the right side in the width direction of the vehicle) and extending from the second side wall 32c to At the outer end 32d on the outer side (the right side in the width direction of the vehicle). Therefore, in the side cover 32, the upper side end 32e of the rear wall 32b and the outer side end 32d of the second side wall 32c have the rib 87 as an edge.
As a result, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the cover 40 is installed on the box body 89, the inner side end 35a, the lower side end 36a, and the inner side end 37a of the cover 40 are in contact with the right side end 35b, the side end 35b, and the side end of the front cover 33, respectively. The upper side end 36b of the cover 32 is in contact with the outer side end 32d (shown in FIG. 6 ), maintaining the airtightness of the storage box 30 . As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the dividing lines 35, 36 and 37 are formed at the junction between the left front portion 41a of the front wall 41 and the front cover 33, the lower side 44b of the side wall 44 and the side cover 32, respectively. The junction between the first side walls 32a and the junction between the rear wall 42 and the second side wall 32c. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, protruding ribs 86, 85, and 87 are formed along the partition lines 35, 36, and 37, respectively, thereby preventing water from entering the storage tank without separately using a sealing member such as packing or the like. 30 (shown in Figure 4). As shown in Figures 4 and 5, when the cover 40 is installed on the box body 89, the inner side end 43d (shown in Figure 3 ) of the left upper part 43a is in contact with the upper cover (not shown) at the upper wall 43 of the cover 40. ) is in contact with the right side end, thereby maintaining the airtightness of the storage box 30.
(A connection fixing structure utilizing the connection fixing members 80 and 82)

The lower side space of the rear storage space 31r is configured such that a sub battery 90 (shown in FIG. 13 ) as described later can be installed therein as an option.
(Arrangement of sub-battery 90)
A modification in which the sub battery 90 is mounted will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14 .
The main battery 50 is initially installed in the utility vehicle 1 (shown in FIG. 1 ). However, the utility vehicle 1 is constructed so that the sub-battery 90 for supplying electric power to electric equipment additionally equipped as an option can be mounted. The sub-battery 90 is arranged rearward of the main battery 50 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body in the vicinity of the main battery 50 . Since the sub-battery 90 is an auxiliary battery for the main battery 50, the electric capacity of the sub-battery 90 is smaller than that of the main battery 50, and the sub-battery 90 is more compact than the main battery 50 in size (that is, length, width, and height). .
The sub battery 90 is installed in the lower space of the rear storage space 31r. A fixing bracket 91 for fixing the sub-battery 90 to the bottom plate 17 is composed of left and right two bolts 92 and a bridging member 93 . The fixing bracket 91 is configured such that left and right two bolts 92 are detachably mounted on the bottom plate 17 .
The bridge member 93 is a member for connecting the left and right two bolts 92 . The bridge member 93 has an angled substantially U-shape in cross-section in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and has two flanges 93b extending in the width direction of the vehicle apart from each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. Two holes 93 a are respectively formed on the bridge member 93 on the side where the main frame 11 is located and on the side where the side frame 13 is located.
头部92d(图10中示出)的直径构造为比安装孔17g(图8中示出)的直径大。 Each of the two left and right bolts 92 has a shaft portion 92c, a male screw portion 92a on the upper end side of the shaft portion 92c, and a head portion 92d (shown in FIG. 10 ) on the lower end side of the shaft portion 92c. The diameter of the head portion 92d (shown in FIG. 10 ) is configured to be larger than the diameter of the mounting hole 17g (shown in FIG. 8 ). The bridge member 93 is placed on the upper surface of the sub-battery 90 in such a manner as to extend in the width direction of the vehicle. In addition, the male thread portion 92a and the shaft portion 92c of one of the bolts 92 are inserted into the mounting hole 17g (shown in FIG. 8 ) from bottom to top so that the head portion 92d (shown in FIG. 10 ) is aligned with the mounting hole 17g (shown in FIG. 8 ). 8) engagement. After the male screw portion 92a is inserted into the hole 93a of the bridge member 93, the male screw portion 92a is screwed into engagement with the nut 92b. Similarly, after another bolt 92 is inserted into the mounting hole 17g of the bottom plate 17 and the hole 93a of the bridge member 93, the male screw portion 92a is screwed into engagement with another nut 92b. As a result, the sub-battery 90 is fixed to the bottom plate 17 via the fixing bracket 91 by tightening the two left and right bolts 92 , and is removed from the bottom plate 17 by loosening the two left and right bolts 92 . In the fixing bracket 91, left and right bolts 92 are detachably constructed.
In the case where the sub-battery 90 is installed as an option, a control unit 94 for controlling the interaction of current between the sub-battery 90 and the main battery 50 is arranged inside the storage box 30 . The control unit 94 includes a controller 95 for controlling charge/discharge and load of the sub battery 90 , a fuse 96 for overcurrent protection, and an electromagnetic switch 97 called a contactor. The sub-battery 90 is electrically connected to the main battery 50 via the control unit 94 . As shown in FIG. 14 , a controller 95 is mounted on an inner upper portion of the front cover 33 . A fuse 96 and an electromagnetic switch 97 are mounted on an upper portion of the front surface 17a of the bottom plate 17 via a bracket 96a. In other words, the bracket 96a is fixed to the front surface 17a of the bottom plate 17 with bolts and nuts (not shown) in a state where the hole 97b of the bracket 96a overlaps the hole of the front surface 17a of the bottom plate 17 . In this way, the control unit 94 is installed at a high position in the storage space 31 so as not to be splashed by water or the like.
Since the sub-battery 90 is arranged in the vicinity of the main battery 50 inside the storage box 30 (shown in FIG. 4 ), the sub-battery 90 can be maintained in a clean environment and can supply power to electric appliances that are additionally equipped as options. device, thereby being able to facilitate cooperation between the main battery 50 and the secondary battery 90 .
