Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sewage treatment materials, in particular to modified bentonite and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In daily production and life, a large amount of waste water is generated, but the improper treatment of the waste water has great influence on the environment. The conventional treatment mode is to adsorb the sewage, but the direct adsorption effect of the general adsorption resin is not good.
Therefore, the present invention provides a modified bentonite having a good adsorption effect and a wide application range, and a preparation method thereof, which are problems to be solved by the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the prior art, the invention aims to overcome the problem that the adsorption treatment effect is common in the sewage treatment process in the prior art, thereby providing the modified bentonite with good adsorption effect and wide application range and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing modified bentonite, wherein the method comprises:
(1) mixing bentonite powder, nano calcium oxide and nano calcium carbonate to obtain a mixture M1;
(2) adding epoxy resin and phenolic resin into the mixture M1 to obtain modified bentonite; wherein,
the nano calcium oxide is 10-50 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is 5-30 parts by weight, the epoxy resin is 1-10 parts by weight, and the phenolic resin is 5-30 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the bentonite powder.
The invention also provides the modified bentonite prepared by the preparation method.
The invention also provides application of the modified bentonite in sewage treatment.
According to the technical scheme, the bentonite powder, the nano calcium oxide, the nano calcium carbonate, the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin are mixed according to a certain proportion, so that the prepared modified bentonite has a good adsorption effect, and the modified bentonite is applied to sewage treatment, so that sewage is effectively treated, and impurities in the sewage are effectively adsorbed.

The invention provides a preparation method of modified bentonite, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing bentonite powder, nano calcium oxide and nano calcium carbonate to obtain a mixture M1;
(2) adding epoxy resin and phenolic resin into the mixture M1 to obtain modified bentonite; wherein,
the nano calcium oxide is 10-50 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is 5-30 parts by weight, the epoxy resin is 1-10 parts by weight, and the phenolic resin is 5-30 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the bentonite powder.
The design is that the bentonite powder, the nano calcium oxide, the nano calcium carbonate, the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin are mixed according to a certain proportion, so that the prepared modified bentonite has a good adsorption effect, and the modified bentonite is applied to the treatment of sewage, so that the sewage is effectively treated, and impurities in the sewage are effectively adsorbed.
In order to obtain a better adsorption effect of the modified bentonite, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the nano calcium oxide is used in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is used in an amount of 8 to 15 parts by weight, the epoxy resin is used in an amount of 3 to 7 parts by weight, and the phenolic resin is used in an amount of 8 to 15 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the bentonite powder.
In order to mix the raw materials more uniformly and avoid the reduction of the usability caused by the uneven mixing, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mixing process in the step (1) is stirring mixing.
The stirring and mixing can be performed according to the conventional stirring manner in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stirring speed of the stirring and mixing can be set to 500-.
In order to obtain effective mixing of the bentonite, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step (2) may further comprise placing the mixture M1, the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin in a reaction kettle for reaction for 1-3 hours.
In order to improve the adsorption effect of the modified bentonite obtained after the reaction, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the reaction temperature during the reaction may be set to 60 to 100 ℃.
The invention also provides the modified bentonite prepared by the preparation method.
The invention also provides application of the modified bentonite in sewage treatment.
The application method may be performed in a conventional manner, for example, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the application method may include: the modified bentonite is placed in a holding device, and sewage flows through the holding device.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the bentonite powder is a conventional commercial product produced by an earth ore powder factory in Ningxiang county, the nano calcium oxide and the nano calcium carbonate are conventional commercial products, the epoxy resin is a conventional commercial epoxy resin with the trademark of 6101, and the phenolic resin is a conventional commercial product.
Example 1
Mixing 100g of bentonite powder, 15g of nano calcium oxide and 8g of nano calcium carbonate, placing the mixture in a condition that the rotating speed is 500r/min, and stirring the mixture for 30min to obtain a mixture M1; 3g of epoxy resin and 8g of phenolic resin are added into the mixture M1 and placed in a reaction kettle at the temperature of 60 ℃ for reaction for 1 hour, so that modified bentonite A1 is obtained.
Example 2
Mixing 100g of bentonite powder, 25g of nano calcium oxide and 15g of nano calcium carbonate, placing the mixture at the rotating speed of 1000r/min, and stirring for 60min to obtain a mixture M1; 7g of epoxy resin and 15g of phenolic resin are added into the mixture M1 and placed in a reaction kettle at the temperature of 100 ℃ for reaction for 3 hours to obtain modified bentonite A2.
Example 3
Mixing 100g of bentonite powder, 20g of nano calcium oxide and 12g of nano calcium carbonate, placing the mixture at the rotating speed of 800r/min, and stirring for 45min to obtain a mixture M1; 5g of epoxy resin and 12g of phenolic resin are added into the mixture M1 and placed in a reaction kettle at the temperature of 80 ℃ for reaction for 2 hours to obtain modified bentonite A3.
Example 4
The preparation was carried out according to the preparation method of example 1 except that the nano calcium oxide was used in an amount of 10g, the nano calcium carbonate was used in an amount of 5g, the epoxy resin was used in an amount of 1g, and the phenol resin was used in an amount of 5g, to obtain modified bentonite a 4.
Example 5
The preparation was carried out according to the preparation method of example 2 except that the nano calcium oxide was used in an amount of 50g, the nano calcium carbonate was used in an amount of 30g, the epoxy resin was used in an amount of 10g, and the phenol resin was used in an amount of 30g, to obtain modified bentonite a 5.
Comparative example 1
The preparation was carried out in accordance with the preparation method of example 3 except that the nano calcium oxide was used in an amount of 5g, the nano calcium carbonate was used in an amount of 2g, the epoxy resin was used in an amount of 0.5g, and the phenol resin was used in an amount of 2g, to obtain modified bentonite D1.
Comparative example 2
The preparation was carried out according to the preparation method of example 3 except that the nano calcium oxide was used in an amount of 80g, the nano calcium carbonate was used in an amount of 50g, the epoxy resin was used in an amount of 20g, and the phenol resin was used in an amount of 50g, to obtain modified bentonite D2.
Comparative example 3
A special resin D3 for wastewater treatment in the market, which is produced by Shaanxi blue deep special resin Co.
Test example
15g of each of the above A1-A5 and D1-D3 was placed in a holding device, and the pH of the wastewater was measured, and then the wastewater was passed through the holding device and measured again, and the results were as shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the pH value of the sewage treated by the modified bentonite prepared in the range of the invention is obviously improved and tends to be neutral, which is superior to that of the conventional commercial products, while the treatment effect of the modified bentonite prepared outside the range of the invention is basically not good, and the treatment effect of the modified bentonite prepared in the preferable range of the invention is better.

the usage amount of the nano calcium oxide is 10-50 parts by weight, the usage amount of the nano calcium carbonate is 5-30 parts by weight, the usage amount of the epoxy resin is 1-10 parts by weight, and the usage amount of the phenolic resin is 5-30 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the bentonite powder;
the mixing process in the step (1) is stirring and mixing, the stirring speed of the stirring and mixing is 500-;
the step (2) also comprises the step of placing the mixture M1, the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin in a reaction kettle for reaction for 1-3 hours, wherein the reaction temperature in the reaction process is 60-100 ℃.

The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the nano calcium oxide is used in an amount of 15 to 25 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is used in an amount of 8 to 15 parts by weight, the epoxy resin is used in an amount of 3 to 7 parts by weight, and the phenolic resin is used in an amount of 8 to 15 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the bentonite powder.
