Abstract

本发明涉及液体输送管路领域,尤其涉及一种内含金属骨架的软管。一种搭扣式骨架软管,由骨架和包覆住骨架的有机材料构成,所述骨架由一排环形的搭接件首尾相连搭接而成,搭接件的前部为搭接头,后部为被搭接头,搭接头与被搭接头相配合搭接,搭接后搭接头与被搭接头具有一定轴向移动间隙。本发明搭扣式骨架软管内的骨架由一排收尾相互扣接的环状搭扣件构成,当软管受到拉伸或弯曲时,搭扣件能够进行一定程度的伸长,当软管的有机材料拉伸到极限时,搭扣件前后的钩头会相互钩住,提供相当的抗拉力,从而保证软管不被拉断,在为软管提供支撑力的同时还极大加强了软管的抗拉性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及液体输送管路领域,尤其涉及一种内含金属骨架的软管。
背景技术
输送水、石油等各种液体的有机软管为了满足强度和弯曲性能的要求,通常都是在有机材料软管中内置金属骨架而成,现有的内含骨架的软管如图1所示,包括骨架1和有机材料2,骨架1被包裹在有机材料2内,骨架1都为螺旋弹簧状,不但可以起到支撑有机材料的作用,承受来自于所输送液体的压力以及外部介质的压力,还可以使有机软管可以在保持断面结构前提下具有可弯曲性能。
但是经过长期使用发现,这一类型的骨架制成软管具有一定的问题,螺旋弹簧的骨架抗拉能力差,对超出弹性力范围外的拉伸力没有限制,这样有机软管在受到单一拉力拉伸或者过度弯曲时,螺旋弹簧的部分区域可能会超出弹性形变范围,最终软管被拉断或变形后无法恢复。例如,海中的石油输送软管,在巨大海水单向推力作用下,螺旋金属骨架无限制被拉长后,有机软管材料就会被拉断,石油就会泄漏到大海中,造成无法估量的损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搭扣式骨架软管,该软管内的骨架由一排收尾相互扣接的环状搭扣件构成,当软管的有机材料拉伸到极限时,搭扣件前后的钩头会相互钩住,提供相当的抗拉力,从而保证软管不被拉断,在为软管提供支撑力的同时还极大加强了软管的抗拉性能。
本发明是这样实现的:一种搭扣式骨架软管,由骨架和包覆住骨架的有机材料构成,所述骨架由一排环形的搭接件首尾相连搭接而成,搭接件的前部为搭接头,后部为被搭接头,搭接头与被搭接头相配合搭接,搭接后搭接头与被搭接头具有一定轴向移动间隙。
所述的搭接件中心对称。
所述的搭接头包括前凸台和前滑动凹面,所述被搭接头包括后凸台和后滑动凹面,所述前凸台和后凸台的凸起方向相反,当搭接头与被搭接头相互搭接时,前凸台套在后滑动凹面外,后凸台套在前滑动凹面外,前凸台和后凸台的轴向宽度小于后滑动凹面和前滑动凹面的轴向宽度。
所述的骨架为金属骨架。
本发明搭扣式骨架软管内的骨架由一排收尾相互扣接的环状搭扣件构成,当软管受到拉伸或弯曲时,搭扣件能够进行一定程度的伸长,当软管的有机材料拉伸到极限时,搭扣件前后的钩头会相互钩住,提供相当的抗拉力,从而保证软管不被拉断,在为软管提供支撑力的同时还极大加强了软管的抗拉性能。

实施例1
如图2、3所示,一种搭扣式骨架软管,由骨架1和包覆住骨架1的有机材料2构成,所述骨架1由一排环形的搭接件3首尾相连搭接而成,搭接件3的前部为搭接头4,后部为被搭接头5,搭接头4与被搭接头5相配合搭接,搭接后搭接头4与被搭接头5具有一定轴向移动间隙。
为了方便于生产加工,搭接件3同时具有与前单元搭接以及被后单元搭接的功能,通常将搭接件3设置成中心对称的形状,这样在安装搭接件3时顺次排列即可完成,不必在区分正反,简化了生产加工和备件工作。
在本实施例中,所述的搭接头4包括前凸台41和前滑动凹面42,所述被搭接头5包括后凸台51和后滑动凹面52,所述前凸台41和后凸台51的凸起方向相反,当搭接头4与被搭接头5相互搭接时,前凸台41套在后滑动凹面52外,后凸台51套在前滑动凹面42外,前凸台41和后凸台51的轴向宽度小于后滑动凹面52和前滑动凹面42的轴向宽度;当软管在一定范围内伸长或弯曲时,凸台就会在滑动凹面上轴向滑动,当拉伸到极限时,前后凸台的内壁就会相互钩住,使骨架2不会无限制的伸长或弯曲,确保软管不会被拉断。
在本发明中,为了兼顾韧性与强度的需求,所述的骨架1通常为金属骨架,但也不排除使用高质量的能满足性能要求的高分子聚合料件作为骨架材料。

Claims (4)

1.一种搭扣式骨架软管,由骨架(1)和包覆住骨架(1)的有机材料(2)构成,其特征是:所述骨架(1)由一排环形的搭接件(3)首尾相连搭接而成,搭接件(3)的前部为搭接头(4),后部为被搭接头(5),搭接头(4)与被搭接头(5)相配合搭接,搭接后搭接头(4)与被搭接头(5)具有一定轴向移动间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的搭扣式骨架软管,其特征是:所述的搭接件(3)中心对称。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的搭扣式骨架软管,其特征是:所述的搭接头(4)包括前凸台(41)和前滑动凹面(42),所述被搭接头(5)包括后凸台(51)和后滑动凹面(52),所述前凸台(41)和后凸台(51)的凸起方向相反,当搭接头(4)与被搭接头(5)相互搭接时,前凸台(41)套在后滑动凹面(52)外,后凸台(51)套在前滑动凹面(42)外,前凸台(41)和后凸台(51)的轴向宽度小于后滑动凹面(52)和前滑动凹面(42)的轴向宽度。
4.如权利要求3所述的搭扣式骨架软管,其特征是:所述的骨架(1)为金属骨架。
