Abstract

本发明涉及一种光源模组，其包括光源以及与光源相对的透镜。该透镜包括底面、入光面、出光面以及透明球体。该入光面与该光源相对设置，该入光面为一自底面的中心向透镜内部凹陷的曲面。该出光面与底面相对，该出光面包括位于顶部中央的凹面和位于凹面外围的凸面，该凹面朝向该入光面方向凹陷，该凸面朝远离该入光面方向外凸。该透明球体收容于该入光面内，且与该光源相对设置，该透明球体内具有多个中空孔洞。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光源模组。
背景技术
相比于传统的发光源，发光二极管（Light Emitting Diode，LED）具有重量轻、体积小、污染低、寿命长等优点，其作为一种新型的发光源，已经被越来越广泛地应用。例如，现有的显示器的背光模组的光源逐渐由发光二极管取代。
现有的显示器背光模组通常采用直下式，而直下式背光模组为了能够减少发光二极管的使用，会在发光二极管上方再增加一扩光元件，该扩光元件能够将发光二极管的发散角扩大。然而，传统的扩光元件仅能将发光二极管发出的光的出光角度扩大，其出光并不均匀。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种出光角度大并且出光均匀的光源模组。
一种光源模组，其包括光源以及与光源相对的透镜。该透镜包括底面、入光面、出光面以及透明球体。该入光面与该光源相对设置，该入光面为一自底面的中心向透镜内部凹陷的曲面。该出光面与底面相对，该出光面包括位于顶部中央的凹面和位于凹面外围的凸面，该凹面朝向该入光面方向凹陷，该凸面朝远离该入光面方向外凸。该透明球体收容于该入光面内，且与该光源相对设置，该透明球体内具有多个中空孔洞。
本发明实施方式的透镜和采用该种透镜的光源模组，光源中心处发出的光经过透镜的透明球体被折射后向四周发散，并且，该透明球体内的中空孔洞可进一步使光线向四周折射，分散后的光线通过该入光面进入该透镜，并经过该出光面再次发散至四周，从而使该光源的出光均匀。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2，本发明实施方式提供的光源模组100包括光源10及透镜20。该透镜20用于对光源10发出的光线进行调整。
请一并参阅图3，该透镜20包括底面21、入光面211、出光面22以及侧面23。
该底面21为一圆形平面。该入光面211为一自底面21的中心向透镜20内部凹陷的曲面。该入光面211围成一凹槽，并且入光面211的中轴线与透镜20的中轴线重合。在本实施方式中，入光面211为一椭球面，其短轴位于底面21所在的平面上，长轴与底面21垂直。
该出光面22与底面21相对。该出光面22包括位于顶部中央的凹面221和位于凹面221外围的凸面222。该凹面221正对入光面211，且朝向该入光面211方向凹陷，其用于发散到达该凹面221的正向光线。该凸面222朝远离该入光面211方向外凸，其用于发散到达该凸面222的侧向光线。所述凸面222与所述凹面221平滑连接。
该侧面23连接底面21与出光面22。在本实施方式中，该侧面23垂直于底面21。
请一并参见图4，一透明球体24收容于该入光面211所围设的凹槽内，且与该光源10相对设置。该透明球体24内具有多个中空孔洞241。在本实施例中，该透明球体24内具有七个中空孔洞241，该七个中空孔洞241大小相同，且均匀分布。每一中空孔洞241的半径优选为0.4mm。具体地，该透明球体24的中心处具有一个中空孔洞241，其他六个中空孔洞241等距离环该绕该中心处的中空孔洞241设置。该透明球体24由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（polymethyl methacrylate， PMMA）制成。
在本实施例中，进一步包括一个支撑杆30，该支撑杆30用于将该透明球体24固定在该透镜20的入光面211上。
该光源10与该透镜20的入光面211相对设置，且位于该透镜20的入光面211形成的凹槽底部。在本实施例中，该光源10为发光二极管，其顶面11与该透镜20的底面21共面。当然，该光源10也可以设置在该透镜20的凹槽内部，且其底面与该透镜20的底面21共面。
该光源10中心处发出的光经过透镜20的透明球体24被折射后向四周发散。并且，该透明球体24内的中空孔洞241可进一步使光线向四周折射，分散后的光线通过该入光面211进入该透镜20，并经过该出光面22再次发散至四周，从而使该光源10的出光均匀。
可以理解的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种像应的改变与变形，而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种光源模组，其包括光源以及与光源相对的透镜，该透镜包括：
底面；
入光面，其与该光源相对设置，该入光面为一自底面的中心向透镜内部凹陷的曲面；
出光面，其与底面相对，该出光面包括位于顶部中央的凹面和位于凹面外围的凸面，该凹面朝向该入光面方向凹陷，该凸面朝远离该入光面方向外凸；以及
透明球体，其收容于该入光面内，且与该光源相对设置，该透明球体内具有多个中空孔洞。
2.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该透明球体的中心位于该透镜的光轴上。
3.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该多个中空孔洞大小相同，且均匀分布。
4.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该透明球体内具有七个中空孔洞，该透明球体的中心处具有一个中空孔洞，其他六个中空孔洞等距离环该绕该中心处的中空孔洞设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该中空孔洞为球形。
6.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该底面为一圆形平面。
7.如权利要求6所述的光源模组，其特征在于，进一步包括连接底面与出光面的侧面，该侧面垂直于底面。
8.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该入光面为椭球面，且中轴线与透镜的光轴重合。
9.如权利要求1所述的光源模组，其特征在于，该光源为发光二极管，该发光二极管的中心轴与该透镜的光轴重合。
