Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a makeup removing composition, a preparation method thereof and a tissue using the makeup removing composition.
Background
Makeup removal is a daily routine for the cosmetic population. The makeup is not removed or is not completely removed, pores can be blocked when the cosmetics cover the skin for a long time, the skin can not breathe normally, toxic components in the cosmetics can slowly permeate into skin cutin, and the skin can become large in pores, rough in skin and dull in skin for a long time. Therefore, the makeup removing product is a necessary product, the most core main components of the existing makeup removing product are grease and an emulsifier, the principle of dissolving oil in oil is applied, the grease in the makeup removing oil is fused with the makeup removing oil stain on the skin, and the oil stain is taken away in a water emulsification mode, so that the purpose of makeup removing is achieved. However, after the grease is unsealed and used, the grease inevitably contacts oxygen in the air during storage, receives multiple actions of illumination and temperature change and moisture and other substances in products, and often causes the problems of deterioration and putrefaction, bacterial growth and active substance failure. And the fats and oils which have been deteriorated and putrefactive may generate unpleasant taste and smell.

The makeup removing composition disclosed by the invention wraps the vegetable oil with oil stains fused in the makeup removing process in the wall material by utilizing the microcapsule, then the microcapsule and the emulsion are mixed, and the microcapsule is broken when in use, so that the core material (vegetable oil) overflows and is combined with the emulsion, and the purpose of makeup removing is achieved, therefore, the problem of putrefaction deterioration caused by contact of the vegetable oil with the external environment and other components in the storage process of the makeup removing composition is effectively avoided, and the service life of the makeup removing composition is prolonged.
Detailed Description
The preparation method of the makeup removing composition comprises the following steps:
(a) preparation of wall material solution: adding the wall material into deionized water, heating and dissolving to prepare a wall material solution with the concentration of 8-12% for later use.
The wall material is prepared from Arabic gum and gelatin, wherein the mass ratio of the Arabic gum to the gelatin is 1: 1 and 1: 1.5.
(b) Emulsification of core material and wall material: adding a core material into the wall material solution, and performing mechanical high-speed emulsification, wherein the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material is 4: 1-8: 1.
the core material is vegetable oil, and is selected from one or more of oleum Olivarum, grapeseed oil, calendula oil, oleum Simmondsia chinensis, avocado oil, oleum ricini, cacao butter, oleum Cocois, oleum Maydis, oleum gossypii semen, palm oil, rape oil, safflower seed oil, oleum Sesami, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, and wheat germ oil. The core material is preferably olive oil or grape seed oil.
(c) Primary formation of microcapsules: after emulsification, adding deionized water under continuous mechanical stirring, continuously stirring, and slowly dropwise adding acid (such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, and hydrochloric acid) to adjust pH to 3.7-5.0. This step causes the encapsulation of the microcapsules, so that after this step is completed, the microcapsules are initially formed.
(d) Curing of the microcapsules: cooling the microcapsule solution formed in the step (c) to below 8 ℃ (for example, putting the microcapsule solution into an ice water bath), slowly adding the curing agent while keeping the stirring state, keeping the low temperature for continuously stirring after the addition of the curing agent is finished, and uniformly dispersing the curing agent; and then placing the microcapsule solution at room temperature, and continuously stirring for a certain time (about 30-60 minutes) to obtain the cured microcapsule emulsion. The curing agent is at least one of glutaraldehyde, hexanedial and formaldehyde. The addition amount of the curing agent is 6-10% of the gelatin amount in the microcapsule solution.
The curing agent is used for fixing the shape of the capsule, so that the microcapsule is wrapped more stably.
This step is preferably performed.
When the curing agent is added in the step, the curing agent is not uniformly dispersed in the microcapsule solution, and the curing effect of the whole microcapsule system is not uniform due to rapid curing at normal temperature or high temperature, so that the curing agent is uniformly dispersed in the microcapsule solution by stirring at low temperature and then is placed at room temperature for uniform curing.
(e) Preparation of an emulsion: weighing 20-30% of humectant, 3-15% of emulsifier and the balance of deionized water, and mixing the above substances to obtain the emulsion.
Preferably, at least one of a skin care agent and a preservative may be optionally added to the emulsion. When the skin care agent and the preservative are added, the mass percentage of the skin care agent is 5-20%, and the mass percentage of the preservative is 0.1-0.3%.
