一种电路板固定结构，包括壳体，设置在壳体上的电路板，以及与壳体结合的面板，所述电路板上具有连接器，所述面板上开设有开孔用于露出所述连接器。本发明提供的电路板固定结构还包括连接在壳体、电路板与面板之间的铆钉，所述电路板上设有通孔，所述壳体上设有定位孔，所述面板上设有具有凹槽的定位柱，所述铆钉包含第一定位部和第二定位部，所述第一定位部穿设在所述通孔与定位孔内用于连接电路板与壳体，所述第二定位部卡设在面板的定位柱的凹槽内。

电路板固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电路板固定结构，特别涉及一种免工具电路板固定结构。
背景技术
在大型的电子产品和工业电脑中都包含连接器，通常的固定方式为采用螺丝通过支撑架把带有连接器的电路板锁合于壳体，再将面板盖设在连接器上。面板上开设有露出连接器的开孔。由于螺丝锁合电路板时，容易导致连接器的位置产生偏差，导致盖设面板时，面板的开孔与连接器不对应，影响电子产品的组装。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种电路板固定结构以克服上述缺陷。
一种电路板固定结构，包括壳体，设置在壳体上的电路板，以及与壳体结合的面板，所述电路板上具有连接器，所述面板上开设有开孔用于露出所述连接器。本发明提供的电路板固定结构还包括连接在壳体、电路板与面板之间的铆钉，所述电路板上设有通孔，所述壳体上设有定位孔，所述面板上设有具有凹槽的定位柱，所述铆钉包含第一定位部和第二定位部，所述第一定位部穿设在所述通孔与定位孔内用于连接电路板与壳体，所述第二定位部卡设在面板的定位柱的凹槽内。
本发明所提供的电路板固定结构中，铆钉的第一定位部穿设在通孔与定位孔内用于连接电路板与壳体，并且在面板内设置带有凹槽的定位柱，使得铆钉的第二定位部卡设在面板的定位柱的凹槽内，避免了螺丝锁合电路板时，连接器的位置产生偏差，从而避免了盖设面板时，面板的开孔与连接器不对应。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图，对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1和图2，一种电路板固定结构，包括壳体20，设置在壳体20上的电路板10，以及与壳体20结合的面板30。
所述壳体20为一电子产品的外壳，例如可以是电子计算机主机机箱的壳体、显示器的外壳壳体、路由器的外壳壳体或者机顶盒的外壳壳体等。所述壳体20上设置有多个定位孔210。
所述电路板10设有一系列供连接器101及其他电子元件（图未示）电连接的插孔和焊盘。所述连接器101可以为USB连接器、HDMI连接器、IEEE连接器、Audio连接器、ESATA连接器或者光纤连接器等。所述其他电子元件可以为LED指示灯、按键或旋钮等。所述连接器101及其他电子元件与电路板10电连接，以实现所述连接器101及其他电子元件与壳体20内的其他设备电连接及信号连接。所述电路板10上还设置有多个通孔110。其中每一通孔110的位置与一相应的定位孔210相对应。
所述面板30安装于所述壳体20上，并盖设所述电路板10。所述面板30上开设有开孔301用于露出所述连接器101及所述其他电子元件，也即所述面板30上开设的开孔301对应于所述连接器101及所述其他电子元件。所述开孔301的形状可根据其所对应的连接器101或其他电子元件灵活设计。所述面板30内还设置带有凹槽3101的定位柱310。该定位柱310形成在面板30的内部，也即面板30与电路板10和壳体20相对的一侧。
所述电路板固定结构还包括铆钉40。利用所述铆钉40，将所述电路板10设置在壳体20上。
所述铆钉40包含第一定位部401和第二定位部402。所述第一定位部401穿设在所述通孔110和定位孔210内用于连接电路板10与壳体20。所述第二定位部402卡设在面板30的定位柱310的凹槽3101内。
请参阅图3，所述铆钉40为双料射出铆钉40。所述铆钉40的第一定位部401的材料为橡胶，第二定位部402的材料为塑料。优选的，所述铆钉40的第二定位部402呈锥形，具有导向作用，以便与面板30的定位柱310配合。
请参阅图5，第一定位部401上设置第一卡位4011和第二卡位4012。所述第一卡位4011邻近第二定位部402设置，第二卡位4012远离第二定位部402设置。第一卡位4011和第二卡位4012均设置成槽的形式。其中第一卡位4011形成于第二定位部402和一环形片体4013之间，亦即第一卡位4011位于第一定位部401与第二定位部402的连接处。第二卡位4012形成于第一定位部401上的两相邻的环形片体4013之间（图未示）或第一定位部401的端部4014的环形凸缘4015与环形片体4013之间（如图5）。第一卡位4011与第二卡位4012之间间隔有一定距离。在本实施例中，第二卡位4012形成于第一定位部401的端部4014的环形凸缘4015与环形片体4013之间。
请参阅图4，所述电路板固定结构还包含一具有多个抵持部510的弹片50。所述弹片50为EMI弹片，以减少电子产品的电磁辐射。所述弹片50固定于壳体20，所述多个抵持部510分别抵持电路板10的多个连接器101。在本实施例中，所述弹片50铆接于壳体20。在其他实施例中，所述弹片50还可通孔螺丝锁合或扣件扣合的方式固定于壳体20。
请参阅图1，所述面板30的一端设有旋片321，所述壳体20的一端设有旋孔221，面板30的另一端设有卡扣322，壳体20的另一端设有扣合部222，所述面板30的旋片321与壳体20的旋孔221配合，并通过旋转的方式使得面板30的卡扣322与壳体20的扣合部222扣合。
请参阅图5，在装配过程中，将铆钉40的第一定位部401朝向电路板10并穿过电路板10上的通孔110，使电路板10卡设于铆钉40的第一定位部401的第一卡位4011。然后将固定连接有电路板10的铆钉40再与壳体20配合，使铆钉40的第一定位部401朝向壳体20并穿过壳体20上的定位孔210，进而使壳体20卡设于第一定位部401的第二卡位4012。由此，铆钉40的第一定位部401部分穿过壳体20置于壳体的一侧，铆钉40的第二定位部402以及另一部分第一定位部401置于壳体20的相对另一侧。该电路板10固定在铆钉40的第一卡位4011处并置于壳体20的所述另一侧。最后，将面板30与壳体20结合，同时借助面板30上的定位柱310，使铆钉40的第二定位部402容置在定位柱310的凹槽3101内，由此使电路板10上的连接器101露出与面板30的开孔301装配后的电路板固定结构，电路板10位于面板30和壳体20之间，电路板10及其上的连接器101均位于壳体20的同一侧。
本发明所提供的电路板固定结构，铆钉40的第一定位部401穿设在通孔110与定位孔210内用于连接电路板10与壳体20，并且在面板30内设置带有凹槽3101的定位柱310，使得铆钉40的第二定位部402卡设在面板30的定位柱310的凹槽3101内，通过铆钉40贯穿连接壳体20、电路板10和面板30，使壳体20、电路板10和面板30之间的定位更加精准，避免了螺丝锁合电路板10时，连接器101的位置产生偏差，从而避免了盖设面板30时，面板30的开孔301与连接器不对应的状况。
另外，所述面板30还可包括覆盖所述开孔301的外盖（图未示）。所述外盖在需要使用所述连接器101或其他电子元件时开启，在不使用所述连接器101或其他电子元件时关闭，以避免灰尘其水汽进入电子产品内部，影响电子产品的性能。优选的，所述外盖可根据实际需要灵活设置，例如根据使用频率的差异，将“使用频率高的连接器101或其他电子元件”和“使用频率低的连接器101或其他电子元件”分别设置外盖。
对于本领域的技术人员来说可以在本发明技术构思内做其他变化，但是，根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形，都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种电路板固定结构，包括壳体，设置在壳体上的电路板，以及与壳体结合的面板，所述电路板上具有连接器，所述面板上开设有开孔用于露出所述连接器，其特征在于：还包括连接在壳体、电路板与面板之间的铆钉，所述电路板上设有通孔，所述壳体上设有定位孔，所述面板上设有具有凹槽的定位柱，所述铆钉包含第一定位部和第二定位部，所述第一定位部穿设在所述通孔与定位孔内用于连接电路板与壳体，所述第二定位部卡设在面板的定位柱的凹槽内，通过所述壳体相对所述面板旋转闭合以使所述铆钉定位于所述定位柱以及所述连接器露出于所述开孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：还包含一具有多个抵持部的弹片，所述弹片固定于壳体，所述多个抵持部分别抵持电路板的多个连接器。
3.如权利要求2所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述弹片为EMI弹片。
4.如权利要求1所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述铆钉为双料射出铆钉。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述铆钉的第一定位部的材料为橡胶，第二定位部的材料为塑料。
6.如权利要求1所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述铆钉的第二定位部呈锥形。
7.如权利要求1所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述面板的一端设有旋片，壳体的一端开设旋孔，所述面板的另一端设有卡扣，壳体的另一端设有扣合部，所述面板与壳体通过旋片与旋孔配合以旋转的方式使卡扣与扣合部扣合。
8.如权利要求1所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述第一定位部具有第一卡位和第二卡位，所述电路板卡设在第一卡位处，所述壳体卡设在第二卡位处。
9.如权利要求8所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述第一卡位形成于第二定位部和一环形片体之间，第二卡位形成于第一定位部上的两相邻的环形片体之间或第一定位部的端部的环形凸缘与环形片体之间。
10.如权利要求8所述的电路板固定结构，其特征在于：所述电路板和壳体间隔设置，所述电路板和电路板上的连接器位于壳体的同一侧。
