Abstract
The invention discloses a form approval method. The form approval method comprises the following steps: after receiving a form generation command, generating a form to be approved according to multimedia data input in an instant messaging device input box; sending the form to be approved to an approval side through the instant messaging tool, and approving the form to be approved through the approval side. Moreover, the invention also discloses an instant messaging device. Through the adoption of the technical scheme, the form approval process is simplified, the form approval efficiency is improved, and the office resources are saved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an instant messaging technology and a form approval technology, and in particular, to a form approval method and an instant messaging device.
Background

and generating a form to be examined and approved according to the associated date and the multimedia data.
