Abstract
一种中空腕表表壳，涉及手表表壳。中空腕表表壳，包括表壳体(1)、设置在表壳体两侧的耳脚(4)，表壳体内部设有一容纳空间(2)，容纳空间(2)由表壁(3)围绕形成；表壁(3)内部为中空，由壳壁(6)围成中空腔(7)。本发明可降低壳体重量同时可保证壳体的强度，能实现3ATM防水；加工方便，比普通K金表加工成本大幅降低，硬度几乎能达到18K金的硬度，耐磨性好；在同体积下，电铸足金表的销售成本大幅降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及手表表壳。
背景技术
现有手表表壳是指腕表表头的外壳部件，其作用是包容并保护手表的内在部件，如机芯、表盘、表针等，同时为腕表提供时尚而又迷人的外型。与表壳紧密相连的部件有：表镜、底盖、表冠、按掣等。表壳除了直接呵护手表的内在部件，同时很大程度地决定了手表的各项性能指数，例如：防水度、防尘性能、防磁性能、抗震性能等等。表壳的材质常见有K金、镀金、钛材、不锈钢、半钢镀珞、合金壳等。现有的表壳金属表壁皆为实心制作，使得金属手表过重。在采用贵重金属制作表壳时，成本过高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减轻壳体重量的中空腕表表壳。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的一个技术方案是：一种中空腕表表壳，包括表壳体、设置在表壳体两侧的耳脚，表表壳体内部设有一容纳空间，容纳空间由表壁围绕形成；表壁内部为中空，由壳壁围成中空腔；所述表壁的壳壁等厚；壳壁的厚度为170微米～5毫米；耳脚为中空，耳脚中空腔与表壁的中空腔连接为一体；所述表壳体和耳脚为电铸沉积层组成，在锌合金模种上电镀铜，在铜电镀层上电铸贵金属形成表壳体和耳脚；锌合金模种经盐酸溶解、电镀铜经硫酸溶解后，在表壳体和耳脚内形成中空腔。
进一步地，容纳空间为环状中空结构。
进一步地，表壁中空腔内设有加强筋或加强柱。
本发明可降低壳体重量同时可保证壳体的强度，能实现3ATM防水；加工方便，比普通K金表加工成本大幅降低，硬度几乎能达到18K金的硬度，耐磨性好；在同体积下，电铸足金表的销售成本大幅降低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
如图1和图2所示，一种中空腕表表壳，包括表壳体1、设置在表壳体两侧的耳脚4，表壳体内部设有一容纳空间2，容纳空间2由表壁3围绕形成；表壁3内部为中空，由壳壁6围成中空腔7。容纳空间2用于安装机芯、表盘等部件，容纳空间2通常设计为环状中空结构。表壁3为的中空结构为封闭式结构。
所述表壁的壳壁6等厚。壳壁6的厚度为170微米～5毫米，壳壁厚度可保证壳体的强度。
如图3所示，用于连接表带的耳脚4为中空，耳脚中空腔与表壁3的中空腔7连接为一体。耳脚4可与表壳体1设计为一体，耳脚4包容在表壳体1中。
如图4所示，霸管5的周围也为中空设计，霸管5贯穿表壁3与容纳空间2贯通。
表壁3中空腔7内设有加强筋或加强柱，加强筋或加强柱可加强壳体的整体强度。
本发明可以通过电铸方式实施，特别是采用贵金属作为如金、银材质。将来也可以通过3D打印等方式实施。
通过电铸工艺时，采用锌合金为材料先由压铸得到模种；在模种上电镀一定厚度的铜；然后在铜电镀层上电铸一定厚度的贵金属，本实例中贵金属为硬千足金；所述排料孔是在电镀好铜和贵金属后在工件上所钻的孔；所述组成模种的锌合金和铜电镀层通过加入盐酸并加热至沸点进行化学反应并融化，锌合金完全溶解在盐酸中，并通过所述排料孔排出，再通过清水清洗，若清洗过后的表壳内还含有铜电镀层，加入硫酸并加热至沸点进行化学反应，铜完全溶解在硫酸中，通过排料孔排出，最终得到所述贵金属表壳。
本发明可降低壳体重量同时可保证壳体的强度，特别是应用贵金属材料制作的表壳体上更为明显，能实现3ATM防水；加工方便，比普通K金表加工成本大幅降低，硬度几乎能达到18K金的硬度，耐磨性好；在同体积下，电铸足金表的销售成本大幅降低。
Claims (4)
1.一种中空腕表表壳，包括表壳体(1)、设置在表壳体两侧的耳脚(4)，表壳体内部设有一容纳空间(2)，容纳空间(2)由表壁(3)围绕形成；其特征在于：表壁(3)内部为中空，由壳壁(6)围成中空腔(7)；表壁的壳壁(6)等厚；壳壁(6)的厚度为170微米～5毫米；
耳脚(4)为中空，耳脚中空腔与表壁(3)的中空腔(7)连接为一体；
所述表壳体(1)和耳脚(4)为贵金属电铸沉积层组成，在锌合金模种上电镀铜，在铜电镀层上电铸贵金属形成表壳体(1)和耳脚(4)；锌合金模种经盐酸溶解、电镀铜经硫酸溶解后，在表壳体(1)和耳脚(4)内形成中空腔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空腕表表壳，其特征在于：霸管(5)的周围也为中空设计，霸管(5)贯穿表壁(3)与容纳空间(2)贯通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中空腕表表壳，其特征在于：容纳空间(2)为环状中空结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中空腕表表壳，其特征在于：表壁(3)中空腔(7)内设有加强筋或加强柱。
