Abstract

一种二级增氧助燃式节能燃气灶芯。由进气管、燃气喷嘴及一、二级增氧混合气室和混合气喷嘴组成。其中,一级混合气室呈圆管状和燃气喷嘴为一体,二级混合气室呈空心圆柱状和一级混合气室连接,逐级放大;一、二级混合气室设计有多个进空气孔。工作时燃气经喷嘴喷出后,经一、二级混合气室和空气充分混合增氧,从混合气喷嘴喷出点燃,大小火均呈蓝色火焰,燃烧充分,温度达1300度以上,一氧化碳排放量接近于零,与普通燃气灶相比,节气达60%以上,热效率提高50%以上,无黑烟,无废气,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用厨房燃气灶部件,尤其是一种二级增氧助燃式节能燃气灶芯。
背景技术
天然气、液化气是一种有限资源,而人们的日常生活又离不开它,能源紧张,石油天然气价格高居不下大家有目共睹,在找到新的能源代替之前,节约使用是一切有识之士所共同关心的问题。
目前家用厨房燃气灶领域,灶芯大多用铸铁铸铜制造,两个气道,燃烧形式是常压圆周散射式燃烧,不仅形状笨拙,且燃气燃烧不充分,热值低,热效率差,黑锅底,有废气污染,灶芯受热耗能,严重浪费能源。近几年出现的几种节能燃气灶芯,由于结构不合理,热效率较差,存在着省力不省工的现象。
发明内容
为了解决目前家用燃气灶芯,燃烧不充分,热效率差,浪费能源等问题,本发明提供了一种二级增氧助燃式节能燃气灶芯,它不仅提高了火焰的温度、节约了能源,而且燃气燃烧充分,无废气产生。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:由进气管、燃气喷嘴及一级加速增氧混合气室、二级加速增氧混合气室和混合气喷嘴组成。一级混合气室呈圆管状和燃气喷嘴为一体,下部有六个呈螺旋状分布进空气孔,中间有两个正气孔;二级混合气室呈空心圆柱状,中间有七个进空气孔,一端和一级混合气室连接,另一端和混合气喷嘴连接。当燃气从高压管或煤气罐中通过燃气喷嘴高速喷出时,由于燃气的高速运动,使一级加速增氧混合气室与二级加速增氧混合气室内的气压迅速降低,这时空气通过设计在一级混合气室燃气愤嘴口处的呈螺旋状排列的六个进气孔和设计在二级混合气室中间部分的七个进气孔源源不断的进入混合气室与燃气在高速运动中充分混合,空气的高速流入,使燃气混合气中的氧气含量呈饱和状态,当燃气混合气冲出混合气喷嘴燃烧时,火焰碰到容器底部呈圆形平铺于容器底部,工作时燃气充分燃烧, 大小火均呈蓝色火焰,温度达1300 度以上,热值高,热效率高,一氧化碳排放量接近于零,与普通燃气灶相比,节气达60% 以上,热效率提高50% 以上,无黑烟,无废气,达到了节能环保目的。

具体实施方式
如图l 所示,本发明有联接螺丝1 、进气管2 、燃气喷嘴及一级混合气室3 、二级混合气室4、混合气喷嘴5 组成。二级混合气室4 呈空心圆柱状,中间有7 个进空气孔;燃气喷嘴及一级混合气室3 呈圆管状,下部有六个呈螺旋状分布进空气孔,中间有两个正气孔。燃气喷嘴及一级混合气室3 、二级混合气室4 、混合气喷嘴5 处于同心轴上直接联接,直径呈同心轴逐级放大关系。
本发明通过联接螺丝l 联接于煤气炉上,燃气经过进气管2 燃气喷嘴及一级混合气室3 和二级混合气室4 充分增氧混合后,从混合气喷头5 喷出。
图2 ,燃气从混合气喷头5 喷出点燃,遇容器底部后反射,火焰呈圆形平铺于容器底部。

1.二级增氧助燃式节能燃气灶芯,主要出进气管、燃气喷嘴及一、二级加速增氧混合气室和混合气喷嘴组成,其特征是:一级混合气室(3) 呈圆管状和燃气喷嘴为一体,下部有六个呈螺旋状分布进空气孔,中间有两个正气孔;二级混合气室(4) 呈空心圆柱状,中间有七个进空气孔,一端和一级混合气室(3) 连接,另一端和混合气喷嘴(5) 连接。
2.如权利要求l 所述的二级增氧助燃式节能燃气灶芯,其特征是:燃气喷嘴及一级混合气室(3 )、二级混合气室(4) 直径呈同心轴逐级放大关系。
