本发明公开了一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构，包括龙头主体和阀芯，所述阀芯底部设有阀芯座，所述阀芯座底部设有两个阻隔挡板，阀芯座边沿及阻隔挡板边沿设有相通的密封圈槽，密封圈槽上安装与密封圈槽形状匹配的密封圈；所述龙头主体设有冷水进口、热水进口和阀芯腔，所述阀芯腔底部设有阀芯座限位部，所述阀芯腔下方的龙头主体上设有挡板座，挡板座内侧与龙头主体之间设有通孔。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是：本发明的结构不需要在龙头主体上加工进水孔、出水孔和阀芯定位孔等，加工效率高；龙头主体内部结构简单，浇注良品率改善；由于新结构主体内部结构简单，从而使龙头成本比原来低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫浴龙头，尤其涉及一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构。
背景技术
如图1所示，传统的淋浴龙头主体结构需要加工阀芯两个进水孔、一个出水孔和阀芯的两个定位孔，共五个孔，加工效率低下；而且，龙头主体内部结构复杂，浇注良品率低；另外，由于传统龙头主体内部结构复杂，导致主体重量较大，且成本高。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足，提供了一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构，其特征在于：包括龙头主体和阀芯，所述阀芯底部设有阀芯座，所述阀芯座底部设有两个阻隔挡板，阀芯座边沿及阻隔挡板边沿设有相通的密封圈槽，密封圈槽上安装与密封圈槽形状匹配的密封圈；所述龙头主体设有冷水进口、热水进口和阀芯腔，所述阀芯腔底部设有阀芯座限位部，所述阀芯腔下方的龙头主体上设有挡板座，挡板座内侧与龙头主体之间设有通孔。
所述密封圈包括圆圈部和两个U形部，圆圈部和两个U形部为一体成型。
所述阀芯和阀芯座可以是一体结构，也可以是分体结构。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是：
1、本发明的结构不需要在龙头主体上加工进水孔、出水孔和阀芯定位孔等，加工效率高；
2、龙头主体内部结构简单，浇注良品率改善；
3、由于新结构主体内部结构简单，从而使龙头成本比原来低；
4、本发明中分体式的阀芯底座可以与各种阀芯配合使用，不受阀芯品牌限制，非常方便。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1-图8所示，一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构，包括龙头主体1和阀芯2，所述阀芯2底部设有阀芯座3，所述阀芯座3底部设有两个阻隔挡板4，阀芯座3边沿及阻隔挡板4边沿设有相通的密封圈槽5，密封圈槽5上安装与密封圈槽形状匹配的密封圈6；所述龙头主体1设有冷水进口7、热水进口8和阀芯腔9，所述阀芯腔9底部设有阀芯座限位部10，所述阀芯腔9下方的龙头主体上设有挡板座11，挡板座11内侧与龙头主体之间设有通孔12。
所述密封圈6包括圆圈部6-1和两个U形部6-2，圆圈部6-1和两个U形部6-2为一体成型。
所述阀芯2和阀芯座3可以是一体结构，也可以是分体结构。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构，其特征在于：所述密封圈包括圆圈部和两个U形部，圆圈部和两个U形部为一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋浴龙头与阀芯的组合结构，其特征在于：所述阀芯和阀芯座为一体结构或分体结构。
