一种保温涂料,组份和质量比为:30%-50%的环氧树脂;25%-30%的去离子水;3%-5%的滑石粉0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;0.3%-0.5%的速溶型的防沉剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.2%-2%的湿润剂,5%-10%的纳米硅铝纤维;2%-6%的钛白粉;30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;0.1%-0.3%的附着力强化剂;0.1%-0.2%的消泡剂;0.15%-3%的成膜助剂、0.1%-0.15%的流平剂、0.1%-0.2%的增稠剂。本发明的一种保温涂料,不仅保温隔热效果好,而且其附着力强,硬度强,耐腐蚀,不易起皮老化,透气性好,防水防潮,使用寿命长,且成本较低。

技术领域
本发明 一种涂料,特别涉及一种保温涂料,本发明属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
以前保温涂料保温效率不高,造成很多的能源消耗,且其耐候性差,外界温度变化较大时,涂膜容易断裂。提高房屋的保温性,可以大大的节约能源,本产品发明的保温涂料,保温性能好,不易老化、不变质、无毒无味,且施工方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种保温涂料,来有效的减少能源的消耗。
一种保温涂料,组份和质量比为: 30%-50%的环氧树脂;25%-30%的去离子水;3%-5%的滑石粉0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;0.3%-0.5%的速溶型的防沉剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.2%-2%的湿润剂, 5%-10%的纳米硅铝纤维;2%-6%的钛白粉; 30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;0.1%-0.3%的附着力强化剂;0.1%-0.2%的消泡剂;0.15%-3%的成膜助剂、0.1%-0.15%的流平剂、0.1%-0.2%的增稠剂。
在本发明中用的湿润剂不含APEO(烷基酚),是符合国家环保要求的,是绿色的。
本发明的一种保温涂料,不仅保温隔热效果好,而且其附着力强,硬度强,耐腐蚀,不易起皮老化,透气性好,防水防潮,使用寿命长,且成本较低。
具体实施方式 一种保温涂料的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1将30%的去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入0.15%的防腐剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
2加入0.3%的防沉剂,搅拌均匀,待防沉剂均匀的分散溶解在去离子水中。
3加入0.15%的分散剂, 2%的湿润剂,加入0.2%消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。
4将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入50%的环氧树脂,在加入的过程中要缓慢的搅拌。
5加入5%的滑石粉,10%的纳米硅铝纤维; 6%的钛白粉; 35%的改性乳液调漆,搅拌均匀。
6加入0.3%的附着强化剂,加入时要缓慢,让其完全与乳液接触。
7待搅拌均匀后缓慢加3%的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
8待搅拌均匀后加0.15%的流平剂,0.2%的增稠剂,搅拌均匀
9待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种保温涂料,组份和质量比为: 30%-50%的环氧树脂;25%-30%的去离子水;3%-5%的滑石粉0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;0.3%-0.5%的速溶型的防沉剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.2%-2%的湿润剂, 5%-10%的纳米硅铝纤维;2%-6%的钛白粉; 30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;0.1%-0.3%的附着力强化剂;0.1%-0.2%的消泡剂;0.15%-3%的成膜助剂、0.1%-0.15%的流平剂、0.1%-0.2%的增稠剂。
2.权利要求1所述的,一种保温涂料,其特征在于一种保温涂料用的湿润剂不含APEO(烷基酚),是符合国家环保要求的,是绿色的。
3.权利要求1所述的,一种保温涂料,其特征在于一种保温涂料用的防腐剂是异噻唑啉酮系列的防腐剂。
