本是一种机床排屑机的排屑段结构，包括排屑段本体以及设置在排屑段本体中的驱动电机和传输带，其特征在于：所述的排屑段本体进一步包括外罩体、设置在外罩体内部的收集槽、在收集槽的槽口与外罩体之间设置落料斜坡，所述的收集槽呈凹形，在收集槽的内设置传输带，排屑段在连接机床出屑口位置的落料斜坡上设置垂直排列的一组吹嘴，排屑段在出口位置设置电磁吸屑块。为了排料顺畅，所述的落料斜坡下部还连接引料板。本的有益效果：该机床排屑机的结构简单、使用方便，设置了排屑的落料结构保证了排屑效果，特别在排屑段不同位置设置风吹和电磁吸引也避免金属掉入传输履带内部现象。

背景技术
目前机床排屑机类似申请号201320274139.6公布的，其包括连接在机床中的护导体以及设置在护导体机壳中的由传输履带、传动轮组以及驱动电机组成的金属飞屑导出装置，在使用过程中；由于金属飞屑形状不一致，较小的金属飞屑容易从传输履带的缝隙中掉入传输在机械加工中，传统的排屑机的排屑板多为单块垂直于运行方向排列，排屑槽入口为平直形，因而对这类带状切屑一般都不能顺利排屑。

本的目的是提供排屑顺畅的机床排屑机。
本解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种机床排屑机的排屑段结构，包括排屑段本体以及设置在排屑段本体中的驱动电机和传输带，其特征在于：所述的排屑段本体进一步包括外罩体、设置在外罩体内部的收集槽、在收集槽的槽口与外罩体之间设置落料斜坡，所述的收集槽呈凹形，在收集槽的内设置传输带，排屑段在连接机床出屑口位置的落料斜坡上设置垂直排列的一组吹嘴，排屑段在出口位置设置电磁吸屑块。
为了排料顺畅，所述的落料斜坡下部还连接引料板。
本的有益效果：该机床排屑机的结构简单、使用方便，设置了排屑的落料结构保证了排屑效果，特别在排屑段不同位置设置风吹和电磁吸引也避免金属掉入传输履带内部现象。

具体实施方式
实施例1，如图1、2所示，一种机床排屑机的排屑段结构，包括排屑段本体以及设置在排屑段本体中的驱动电机和传输带1，其特征在于：所述的排屑段本体进一步包括外罩体2、设置在外罩体2内部的收集槽3、在收集槽3的槽口与外罩体2之间设置落料斜坡4，所述的收集槽3呈凹形，在收集槽的内设置传输带1，排屑段在连接机床出屑口位置的落料斜坡上设置垂直排列的一组吹嘴5，排屑段在出口位置设置电磁吸屑块6。
如图3所示，为了排料顺畅，所述的落料斜坡4下部还连接引料板7。
使用时吹嘴5与电磁吸屑块6同时运作，加快了排屑的速度，吹嘴5也是放置排屑口堵塞。设置了引料板7引也避免金属掉入传输履带内部现象

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机床排屑机的排屑段结构，其特征在于：所述的落料斜坡下部还连接引料板。
