Abstract

本发明提供一种高演色性灯具,主要是通过白光发光二级管搭配两种不同波段的红光发光二级管作为光源,在红光发光二极管有限的波段范围内选用不同波段的方式能大幅提升整体光源的演色性,并同时提高整体灯具的适用性。

高演色性灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置,特别是一种高演色性灯具。 
背景技术
传统的白光LED灯具主要是由蓝光发光二级管激发黄色荧光粉,通过蓝光混合黄光而产生白光,然而,由于蓝光及黄光皆缺少红色波段,因此传统的白光LED灯具仍有光色偏冷的问题,并因此无法符合高演色性的使用需求。 
因此,便有如中国台湾第M378338号“具高演色性的发光二级管灯具”专利,其主要是通过同时设置白光LED、红光LED及绿光LED,藉混合三种不同颜色的LED,以增加混光后的演色性;然而,该发光二级管灯具的演色性是否足以适用于高演色性需求的使用仍有待商榷;况且,各种颜色的发光二极管仍具有特定范围的一波段范围,当上述三种不同颜色的发光二级管的波段使用的配合不同时,可能产生的演色性也有所不同,由此可知,仅通过混合不同颜色的发光二级管以提高演色性的做法仍有其不确定因素,并有变异性高的缺陷,当然也会因此造成末端产品的演色性无法精准调配、品质难以掌控的缺陷。 
有鉴于此,本发明人潜心研究并更深入构思,历经多次研发试验后,终于发明出一种高演色性灯具。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种高演色性灯具,其主要目的是改善常见灯具无法精准提供高演色性照明的缺陷。 
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种高演色性灯具,包含: 
一光源,包含一基板、一基础发光单元以及一补光单元,该基础发光单元包含复数彼此相间隔地设置于该基板上的白光发光二级管;而该补光单元则包含复数彼此相间隔地设置于该基板上的红色发光二级管,且该红色发光二级管包含短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二极管,该短波段红光发光二级管所发出的的光波段短于该长波段红光发光二级管所发出的的光波段;以及 
一电源,电性连接该基板并能供电予该基板使该基础发光单元及该补光单元发光。 
本发明通过以白光发光二级管配合两种不同波段的红光发光二级管进而提高演色性,在红光发光二级管有限的波段范围内选用不同波段的红光发光二级管,藉此降低影响演色性的变动性,确保照明品质。

具体实施方式
为更进一步了解与认识本发明的发明目的、特征及功能,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行阐述说明。 
本发明提供一种高演色性灯具的较佳实施例如图1至图7所示,包含: 
一光源10,包含一基板11、一基础发光单元12以及一补光单元13,其中,该基础发光单元12包含复数彼此相间隔地设置于该基板11上的白光发光二级管121;而该补光单元13则包含复数彼此相间隔地设置于该基板11上的红光发光二级管131;且该红光发光二级管131包含短波段红光发光二级管131A及长波段红光发光二级管131B,该短波段红光发光二极管131A所发出的光波段短于该长波段红光发光二级管131B所发出的光波段;且该基板11形状不限,也即该基板11可如图1、图2所示的圆形基板11亦或是如图3所示的方形基板11。 
其中,该白光发光二级管121的数量与该红光发光二级管131的数量比例介于3:1~6:1之间,在这个范围内所得到的混光能具有较佳的演色性亮度,而本实施例的该白光发光二级管121的数量与该红光发光二级管131的数量比例为5:1,此比例能更进一步提升演色性,如图1所示实施例的白光发光二级管121数量为20,而红光发光二级管131的数量为4,而如图2所示实施例的白光发光二级管121 数量为30,而红光发光二级管131的数量为6;且短波段红光发光二级管131A及长波段发光二级管131B的数量比例介于1:2~2:1之间。 
在这个范围内的两种红光比例能与白光混合成较佳演色性的光源,本实施例的短波段红光发光二级管131A及长波段红光发光二极管131B的数量比例为1:1,此比例能更进一步提升演色性,如图1、图2所示;且短波段红光发光二极管131A及长波段红光发光二级管131B的波段系选自于620~750nm之间的两种不重叠的波段范围,而本实施例的短波段红光发光二级管131A及长波段红光发光二级管131B的波段分别为620~670nm与670~750nm,也可为620~640nm与650~670nm,上述两组波段的红光主要差异在于使用620~640nm与650~670nm能产生较佳的演色性,而使用620~670nm与670~750nm则由于范围较大因此能降低成本; 
一电源20,电性连接该基板11并能供电予该基板11使该基础发光单元12及该补光单元13发光; 
一散热元件30,设置于该光源10的一面; 
一光反射件40,围绕该光源10设置并面向该基础发光单元12及该补光单元13;以及 
一雾化灯罩50,固定于该光反射件40上并面对该光源10的该基础发光单元12及该补光单元13,当然在其他实施例中,也可为透明灯罩。 
以上为本发明高演色性灯具的结构组态及特征,本发明主要透过白光发光二级管121配合两种不同波段的红光发光二级管131即能提供高演色性的照明,且通过本发明的波段范围限制,而能精准控制演色度,并确保能确实提供高演色性的照明; 
而如图5所示为以白光发光二级管121与红光发光二级管131的比例为5:1; 而该短波段红光发光二级管131A及长波段红光发光二级管131B的比例为1:1;且短波段红光发光二级管131A的波段为620~640nm;长波段红光发光二级管131B的波段为650~670nm,且白光发光二极管121为冷白光发光二级管的实施例所测得的光谱参数及显色指数(即颜色指数Ra),显示以本实施例所测得的演色指数平均值高达94.6。 
而再如图6所示的光谱参数图及显色指数(即演色指数)的灯具配置大致与上述实施例相同,差异在于将冷白光发光二级管置换为暖白光发光二级管,而以此配置仍可测的平均值为90.7的高演色指数。 
由此可知,本发明通过白光发光二级管121搭配两种不同波段的红光发光二极管131,且更明确定义出白光发光二级管121与红光发光二级管131的数量比例、该短波段红光发光二级管131A及长波段红光发光二级管131B的数量比例及波段范围,藉此能确保灯具确实具有高演色性的特性;再者,为更提高整体灯具的稳定性,本发明的红光发光二级管131更能实用40*40mil的大尺寸芯片,藉此使红光发光二极管131能操作于低于预定电流1/2以下的电流值,并更能避免因长期处于高负载的操作,而产生的色温漂移或光衰的状况发生。 
在实务上,并非随意增加蓝光、绿光或是黄光与白光搭配就能达到提升演色性的效果,虽然也有单一红光搭配白光以提升演色性的先前技术,业界通常认为以红光与绿光加上白光能够提高演色性,事实上多种颜色的发光二级管相加,演色性的提升效果却很有限,导致演色性难以突破Ra90以上。本发明跳脱传统技术的偏见,选择出两种特定波段的红光搭配白光,并且使用特定比例,而能使演色性显著地提高到Ra90以上,因此更能大幅度地提升发光二级管灯具的应用范围。同时,由于本发明的灯具确实能提供高演色性的特性,因此如图7所示,本发明灯具的演色性确实能大于90而能应用于颜色检查、色彩校正、临 床检查、画廊或美术馆等演色性需求高的应用,当然亦能适用于演色性需求不高的各种领域,具有极高的使用适用性。 
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。 

Claims (10)

1.一种高演色性灯具,包含:
一光源,包含一基板、一基础发光单元以及一补光单元,该基础发光单元包含复数彼此相间隔地设置于该基板上的白光发光二级管;而该补光单元则包含复数彼此相间隔地设置于该基板上的红光发光二级管,且该红光发光二级管包含短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二级管,该短波段红光发光二级管所发出的的光波段短于该长波段红光发光二级管所发出的的光波段;以及
一电源,电性连接该基板并能供电予该基板使该基础发光单元及该补光单元发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该白光发光二级管的数量与该红光发光二级管的数量比例介于3:1~6:1之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该白光发光二级管的数量与该红光发光二级管的数量比例为5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二级管的数量比例介于1:2~2:1之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二级管的数量比例为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二级管的波段系选自于620~750nm之间的两种不重叠的波段范围。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二级管的波段分别为620~670nm及670~750nm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该短波段红光发光二级管及长波段红光发光二极管的波段分别为620~640nm及650~670nm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,该光源的一面设置一散热元件,且更包含一光反射件围绕该光源设置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的高演色性灯具,其特征在于,更包含一雾化灯罩固定设置于该光反射件上并相对该光源。
