Abstract

背景技术
用以输送大量乘客的商用飞机或客机包含用于餐饮服务的厨房(galley)。飞机的厨房包含数个系统以存储、准备、供应以及安置餐饮产品和废弃物。这些厨房总是力争变得更为有效并且平衡例如成本、重量、空间和有效性等竞争因素。飞机的厨房上的更重要的系统中的一者是制冷系统。制冷系统必须遵守重量和空间的要求,并且足够有效以将易腐食品和其它食品维持在保持新鲜所需的温度下。
为了成功地满足保存可为短程、长程以及超长程商用飞机航班的乘客准备和供应的易腐食物的强制性要求,非常重要的是制冷系统有效地在含有可卸除式服务车或手推车的隔舱或含有固定或可卸除式货架的隔舱周围分配冷气。为了实现此目的,使用特定的空气分配装置来确保冷冻隔舱的全部区域得到充分量的空气流,从而将食物维持在预定温度下,而不管隔舱的位置和不同的外部热负荷以及厨房或手推车的设计。
发明内容
本发明是一种冷气分配系统,所述系统确保来自冷气源的气流均匀地分配在服务车(cart)、手推车(trolley)或搁置的食物的所有区域上,从而保证维持选定的温度并防止食物变得危害健康。本发明的定位以及原理是实现此有效分配的因素。
使用以下各者来实现气流分配:飞机厨房车舱门上的将气流从服务车的正面重定向到侧面的叶片,以及维持气流沿着服务车的侧面到背面的齿形和平坦摩擦条的组合。供气充气室沿着服务车的顶部定位,并且回风充气室定位于后部以使冷气再循环,从而形成连续地且一致地将厨房服务车的表面冷冻的气流模式。
本发明的其它特征以及优点将从结合附图进行的对优选实施例的以下详细描述而变得更显而易见,附图以实例图示本发明的操作。

具体实施方式
图1图示通常将存储在厨房存储隔舱中的饮料或用餐服务车10,其中冷气在服务车10上循环以将服务车维持在预定温度水平下。服务车具有前壁14、侧壁20、包含把手24的顶表面22以及后表面26。服务车10包含车轮或脚轮30,使得空中乘务员能够将服务车沿着飞机过道向下滚动从而可以为乘客服务,且服务车10包含刹车32以将服务车10固定于适当位置中从而防止服务车在湍流期间滚动到远处。服务车10经设计以容纳多个餐包或饮料,并且因此必须维持在低于环境温度的温度下。为了维持服务车10的温度,将所述服务车放置在厨房中的隔舱中,在所述隔舱中,通常通过隔舱后部的隔舱进气口递送冷气。
为了将冷气分配在整个服务车上,上部充气室28从厨房隔舱中的冷气源收集冷气并且导引空气在服务车10的向后到向前的方向上沿着上表面22。一旦冷气到达服务车的上表面22的末端,隔舱门(未示出)迫使冷气沿着前壁14向下。在本发明中,车舱门14配备有弯曲空气转向叶片12,所述弯曲空气转向叶片将沿着前门14的向下气流重定向为沿着服务车10的侧面的水平气流。齿形摩擦条16是沿着服务车的侧壁20的水平中线,并且还可以沿着侧壁20的下部安置非齿形摩擦条18。通过冷气回风充气室(管道)21中的孔模式33提供的吸力抽吸空气穿过齿形摩擦条16,向下且沿着非齿形摩擦条18并且沿服务车10的侧面20向下。此外,充气室21的敞开底部以及转向叶片12之间的间隙34确保了服务车10的底侧36上的充分气流。此原理还可以为具有货架的冷冻隔舱或含有标准单元(餐盒或SU)的冷冻隔舱提供均匀的空气分配。
关于针对图1和图2的配置的服务车上的气流的计算流体动力学分析展示了与不具有此类装置的服务车相比较来说的对温度的影响。分析展示本发明消除了在未使用叶片的服务车的侧面上形成的热点。为了满足强制性要求,服务车的占大百分比的表面温度必须保持低于4摄氏度(39华氏度)。本发明确保满足此要求,而计算流体动力学分析表明在不使用本发明的情况下无法满足所述要求。
本发明的冷却效果促成了冷冻器将气流减少50%的要求的能力,以及尽管气流减少但是本发明维持有效冷却模式的能力。例如,在不使用本发明的情况下,为了维持充分的冷却,需要29.5升/秒的气流,而使用本发明时,14.75升/秒的气流就足够了。因此,本发明通过减少所需的气流同时防止沿食品服务车出现不想要的热点而减少了对冷却系统的需求。
隔舱后部的气流回风充气室的动作不限于示出的定向,而是可以颠倒的以从隔舱的底部向上提供吸力,调整孔模式以重新平衡气流。类似地,进入隔舱自身的气流可以被颠倒,在底部进入并且经由从隔舱的顶部提供吸力的充气室返回。同样,隔舱门的背面上的转向叶片可以被反转、重新定位或重复以适合该特定隔舱气流。冷气供应和返回系统的设计无需限于个别服务车位置,而是可能经组合以形成覆盖数个位置的集成型或“组合型”系统。
因此,本发明的气流控制叶片可以安装在冷冻服务车门的正面上或嵌入所述正面中,及/或以使得将气流沿服务车(手推车)的侧面、SU、搁置的食品或盒装的含酒精或不含酒精的饮料向下转向的方式定位。齿形摩擦条进一步允许部分气流穿过并且沿着其长度并且沿服务车(手推车)的侧面向下。具有集中吸力孔的充气室(管道)经定位从而允许在对每一服务车提供有效冷却的模式中控制冷气的提取。
图3图示在使用本发明时产生的气流模式。如图所示通过气流线描绘的空气进入上部充气室28,并流过上表面22并且沿前壁14向下。一些空气在叶片12之间一路穿过到达服务车的底部36,而剩余的空气撞击叶片12并且被转向到侧壁20,如图所示。来自冷冻系统的吸力牵引空气沿着非齿形摩擦条18跨越侧壁20,部分地穿过齿形摩擦条16,并且返回到服务车后部。以此方式,将气流提供在服务车10的整个表面上,从而确保充分的温度控制并且防止服务车上的热点。
从前文将显而易见,尽管已经图示并且描述了本发明的特定形式,但是在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以进行各种修改。因此,除了由所附权利要求书限制外,不希望本发明受到限制。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于飞机厨房服务车的冷气分配系统,包括:
服务车,所述服务车具有前门、一对侧壁、顶表面、底表面以及后壁,其中所述一对侧壁具有邻近所述前门的表面的表面;
第一充气室,所述第一充气室在所述顶表面上,用于在所述服务车的顶表面上方导引冷气,所述前门经配置以迫使所述冷气沿着所述前门的所述表面向下;
一对转向弯曲叶片,所述叶片沿着所述前门的竖直表面,用于将所述冷气中的一些从所述前门的所述表面转向到所述一对侧壁的邻近表面,并让所述冷气中的一些从所述前门的所述表面越过所述服务车的所述底表面;
一对摩擦条,所述一对摩擦条在所述一对侧壁的所述邻近表面的每个上,用于将所述冷气从所述一对侧壁的所述表面导向至所述侧壁的所述邻近表面;以及
回风充气室,所述回风充气室在所述后壁上,用于使所述冷气从所述一对侧壁的所述表面再循环到所述第一充气室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷气分配系统,其中所述一对摩擦条中的一者是齿形的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷气分配系统,其中所述一对摩擦条中的一者是非齿形的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷气分配系统,其中所述一对转向弯曲叶片被间隔开以允许一些空气在其间穿过。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷气分配系统,其中所述回风充气室包含用于经由吸力使所述冷气穿过的多个间隔开的孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冷气分配系统,其中所述多个间隔开的孔中的若干经选择以控制所述冷气在所述服务车上的流动。
