Abstract
本发明涉及一种家用有机肥制作器,具有一个用于果皮烂蔬菜进行厌氧发酵的螺口垃圾箱,一个盛放有可吸收异味溶液的敞口水箱,所述螺口垃圾箱上拧紧连接螺口箱盖,使螺口垃圾箱密闭;螺口垃圾箱通过排气管连通敞口水箱,用于将螺口垃圾箱内发酵产生的气体吸收到敞口水箱内可吸收异味的溶液中;排气管上装有压力调节阀,用于调节螺口垃圾箱内的气压。所述敞口水箱底部设置排水阀。所述螺口垃圾箱和上拧紧连接螺口箱盖两者共用一箱壁。本发明可以利用垃圾中的果皮烂蔬菜等来进行厌氧发酵制作有机肥料。具有结构简单、使用方便、制造成本低、节能环保等特点。

本发明涉及一种有机肥制作器,尤其是一种家用有机肥制作器。
背景技术
在人们的日常生活中,垃圾的产生是不可避免的,而人们对垃圾的处理基本上都是扔入垃圾桶,然后由货车拉走经填埋、焚烧等方式处理掉,其中有价值的垃圾很少能够得到回收利用,造成了资源浪费,同时还增加了环境的负荷。因此,需要设计一种家用有机肥制作器,利用垃圾中的果皮烂蔬菜等来进行厌氧发酵制作有机肥料。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种家用有机肥制作器,利用垃圾中的果皮烂蔬菜等来进行厌氧发酵制作有机肥料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种家用有机肥制作器,具有一个用于果皮烂蔬菜进行厌氧发酵的螺口垃圾箱,一个盛放有可吸收异味溶液的敞口水箱,所述螺口垃圾箱上拧紧连接螺口箱盖,使螺口垃圾箱密闭;螺口垃圾箱通过排气管连通敞口水箱,用于将螺口垃圾箱内发酵产生的气体吸收到敞口水箱内可吸收异味的溶液中;排气管上装有压力调节阀,用于调节螺口垃圾箱内的气压。
所述敞口水箱底部设置排水阀。所述螺口垃圾箱和上拧紧连接螺口箱盖两者共用一箱壁。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可以利用垃圾中的果皮烂蔬菜等来进行厌氧发酵制作有机肥料。具有结构简单、使用方便、制造成本低、节能环保等特点。

下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种家用有机肥制作器,包括螺口垃圾箱1、敞口水箱2、螺口箱盖3、排气管4、压力调节阀5、排水阀6。
螺口垃圾箱1和敞口水箱2通过排气管4连通;螺口箱盖3与螺口垃圾箱1拧紧;压力调节阀5安装在螺口进垃圾箱1前的排气管4上;敞口水箱2底部设置一定坡度并配置排水阀6。
螺口垃圾箱1用于果皮烂蔬菜进行厌氧发酵,螺口箱盖3与螺口垃圾箱1拧紧,保持箱内的密闭性;发酵产生的气体经排气管4到敞口水箱2,排气管4上压力调节阀5可调节螺口垃圾箱1内的气压,敞口水箱2里盛装纯碱溶液等可吸收异味的溶液用于吸收排气管4排出的异味气体。
螺口垃圾箱1和敞口水箱2,两者共用一箱壁。

1.一种家用有机肥制作器,具有一个用于果皮烂蔬菜进行厌氧发酵的螺口垃圾箱(1),一个盛放有可吸收异味溶液的敞口水箱(2),其特征在于:所述螺口垃圾箱(1)上拧紧连接螺口箱盖(3),使螺口垃圾箱(1)密闭;螺口垃圾箱(1)通过排气管(4)连通敞口水箱(2),用于将螺口垃圾箱(1)内发酵产生的气体吸收到敞口水箱(2)内可吸收异味的溶液中;排气管(4)上装有压力调节阀(5),用于调节螺口垃圾箱(1)内的气压。
