一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧、上玻璃球和下玻璃球,所述锁盖分为内锁盖和外锁盖,本体的上端插入外锁盖的插接槽内,本体的环形凸起与插接槽的环形卡槽嵌合;内锁盖插入外锁盖的接口管内,内锁盖的环形卡槽与接口管内的环形凸起卡合;法兰与盖体的顶表面贴合,止位块的周向一侧与凸起的周向一侧配合;按头的导流管的外螺纹与内锁盖连接部螺合;导向部与主柱滑动配合并液密封。由于采用这样的结构,消费者使用时,主柱和内锁盖一起转动一定角度后,再继续旋转按头时,内锁盖静止;按头相对于内锁盖转动。能有效地防止按头过早打开,速度快,主柱伸入内锁盖的部位附着乳液。

背景技术
目前现有技术,一种乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧、上玻璃球和下玻璃球,所述本体底部的进液口处有下玻璃球座,主柱的上端有上玻璃球座;下玻璃球与下玻璃球座构成下单向阀,上玻璃球与上玻璃球座构成上单向阀;所述按头上有出液嘴和与出液嘴连通的导流管,导流管上有外螺纹;主柱的上端与导流管连接;按头的导流管与锁盖螺合。在消费者使用时,转动按头,按头与锁盖分离,即按压按头。存在问题是:按头与锁盖分离过早,易出现液体过早流出,易出现误动。
发明内容
发明的目的是:提供一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,它具有按头先转动一定角度后,按头与才进行分离动作,能防止按头过早打开,防止按头误动,过早流出液体。
发明是这样实现的:一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧、上玻璃球和下玻璃球,所述本体底部的进液口处有下玻璃球座,主柱的上端有上玻璃球座;下玻璃球与下玻璃球座构成下单向阀,上玻璃球与上玻璃球座构成上单向阀;所述按头上有出液嘴和与出液嘴连通的导流管,导流管上有外螺纹;主柱的上端与导流管连接;
其特殊之处在于:所述锁盖分为内锁盖和外锁盖,
所述外锁盖包括盖体、位于盖体中心的接口管和环绕接口管的插接槽,接口管的内壁上有环形凸起,插接槽的外环壁板的内表面上有环形卡槽;盖体的顶表面上有在一条直径线两端的止位块;
所述内锁盖呈上下开口的筒形,内锁盖内壁上部为连接部、下部为导向部,顶部有法兰,法兰上有位于一条直径线两端的凸起;内锁盖上有环形卡槽;
本体的上端插入外锁盖的插接槽内,本体的环形凸起与插接槽的环形卡槽嵌合;内锁盖插入外锁盖的接口管内,内锁盖的环形卡槽与接口管内的环形凸起卡合;法兰与盖体的顶表面贴合,止位块的周向一侧与凸起的周向一侧配合;
按头的导流管的外螺纹与内锁盖连接部螺合;导向部与主柱滑动配合并液密封。
所述一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:所述内锁盖的导向部上有轴线方向上下设置有至少二组弧形凸起,相邻二组的弧形凸起的端部交错;弧形凸起与主柱滑动配合。
所述一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:所述弧形凸起一组有一个,其圆心角为250度。
发明一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,由于采用这样的结构,消费者使用时,主柱和内锁盖一起转动一定角度后,再继续旋转按头时,内锁盖静止;按头相对于内锁盖转动。能有效地防止按头过早打开,速度快,主柱伸入内锁盖的部位附着乳液。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,包括按头1、螺牙2、锁盖、本体3、主柱4、副柱5、活塞6、弹簧7、上玻璃球81和下玻璃球82,所述本体 3 底部的进液口 31处有下玻璃球座,主柱4的上端有上玻璃球座;下玻璃球82与下玻璃球座构成下单向阀,上玻璃球81与上玻璃球座构成上单向阀;所述按头1上有出液嘴1A和与出液嘴连通的导流管1B,导流管1B上有外螺纹;主柱4的上端插入导流管1B内并固定连接在一起;副柱5上端与主柱4的下端插接,活塞6设置在副柱5上;弹簧7的下端与本体3的内腔的底板配合、上端与副柱5的下端的弹簧座51连接。
活塞6与本体3的上内腔滑动配合,弹簧座51与本体3的下内腔滑动配合。
所述锁盖分为内锁盖10和外锁盖11,
如图3所示,所述外锁盖11包括盖体111、位于盖体中心的接口管112和环绕接口管的插接槽113,接口管112的内壁上有环形凸起1121,插接槽113的外环壁板的内表面上有环形卡槽1131;盖体111的顶表面上有在一条直径线两端的止位块114;
如图4所示,所述内锁盖10呈上下开口的筒形,内锁盖10内壁上部为连接部101、下部为导向部102,顶部有法兰103,法兰103上有位于一条直径线两端的凸起;内锁盖10的外周向面上有环形卡槽105;
本体 3 的上端插入外锁盖 11的插接槽113内,本体 3 上端的环形凸起与插接槽113的环形卡槽1131嵌合;外锁盖11和本体3上端法兰配合将本体3与螺牙2固定连接在一起。内锁盖10插入外锁盖11的接口管112内,内锁盖10的环形卡槽105与接口管112内的环形凸起1121卡合;如图2所示,法兰103与盖体111的顶表面贴合,止位块114的周向一侧与凸起的周向一侧配合;
按头1的导流管1B的外螺纹与内锁盖10的连接部101螺合;导向部102与主柱4滑动配合并液密封。
如图2所示,止位块114与凸起配合,采用这样的结构,按头1和内锁盖10可以旋转小于180度角后,按头1再相对于内锁盖10转动。防止按头和内锁盖10过早分离。
作为本发明的进一步改进:如图4所示,所述内锁盖10的导向部102上有轴线方向上下设置有二组弧形凸起106,相邻二组的弧形凸起106的端部交错;弧形凸起106与主柱4滑动配合。采用这样的结构,防止主柱4从本体3中伸出时,本体3伸出内锁盖10的部位上有乳液。
所述弧形凸起106一组有一个,其圆心角为250度。

1.一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧、上玻璃球和下玻璃球,所述本体底部的进液口处有下玻璃球座,主柱的上端有上玻璃球座;下玻璃球与下玻璃球座构成下单向阀,上玻璃球与上玻璃球座构成上单向阀;所述按头上有出液嘴和与出液嘴连通的导流管,导流管上有外螺纹;主柱的上端与导流管连接;
其特征在于:所述锁盖分为内锁盖和外锁盖,
所述外锁盖包括盖体、位于盖体中心的接口管和环绕接口管的插接槽,接口管的内壁上有环形凸起,插接槽的外环壁板的内表面上有环形卡槽;盖体的顶表面上有在一条直径线两端的止位块;
所述内锁盖呈上下开口的筒形,内锁盖内壁上部为连接部、下部为导向部,顶部有法兰,法兰上有位于一条直径线两端的凸起;内锁盖上有环形卡槽;
本体的上端插入外锁盖的插接槽内,本体的环形凸起与插接槽的环形卡槽嵌合;内锁盖插入外锁盖的接口管内,内锁盖的环形卡槽与接口管内的环形凸起卡合;法兰与盖体的顶表面贴合,止位块的周向一侧与凸起的周向一侧配合;
按头的导流管的外螺纹与内锁盖连接部螺合;导向部与主柱滑动配合并液密封;
所述内锁盖的导向部上有轴线方向上下设置有至少二组弧形凸起,相邻二组的弧形凸起的端部交错;弧形凸起与主柱滑动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种设置内外锁盖的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述弧形凸起一组有一个,其圆心角为250度。
