背景技术
五氟磺草胺(penoxsulam),为稻田用广谱除草剂,可有效防除稗草(包括对敌稗、二氯喹啉酸及抗乙酰辅酶A羧化酶具抗性的稗草)、一年生莎草科杂草,并对众多阔叶杂草有效,如沼生异蕊花、鲤肠、田菁、竹节花、鸭舌草等,持效期长达30~60天,一次用药能基本控制全季杂草危害。同时,其亦可防除稻田中抗苄嘧磺隆杂草,且对许多阔叶及莎草科杂草与稗草等具有残留活性,但对千金子杂草无效,如需防治,可与氰氟草酯混用。
氰氟草酯(cyhalofop-buty),是芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂中惟一对水稻具有高度安全性的品种,和该类其他品种一样,也是内吸传导性除草剂。由植物体的叶片和叶鞘吸收,韧皮部传导,积累于植物体的分生组织区,抵制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase),使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致植物死亡。从氰氟草酯被吸收到杂草死亡比较缓慢,一般需要1-3周,杂草在施药后的症状如下:四叶期的嫩芽萎缩,导致死亡。二叶期的老叶变化极小,保持绿色;主要用于防除重要的禾本科杂草,氰氟草酯对千金子高效,对低龄稗草有一定的防效,还可防除、马唐、双穗雀稗、狗尾草、牛筋草、看麦娘等,对莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草无效。
精噁唑禾草灵(fenoxaprop-P-ethyl),属杂环氧基苯氧基丙酸类除草剂,主要是通过抑制脂肪酸合成的关键酶一乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,从而抑制了脂肪酸的合成。药剂通过茎叶吸收传导至分生组织及根的生长点,作用迅速,施药后2-3天停止生长,5-6天心叶失绿变紫色,分生组织变褐色,叶片逐渐枯死,是选择性极强的茎叶处理剂。
五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵的复配无相关报道。
本发明具备工业化应用的前景,通过一定的技术手段,可以赋型为悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、泡腾片剂、泡腾粒剂等便于农业上使用的剂型。
本发明人对五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵混配进行了深入研究,发现五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵混配有协同增效响应,尤其是对千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)、毛马唐(Digitaria chrysoblephara)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)、剪股颖(Agrostis matsumurae)、看麦娘(Setaria viridis)、双穗雀稗(Paspalum paspaloides)、云南雀稗(Paspalum delavayi)、毛花雀稗(Paspalum dilatatum)有明显的协同增效响应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中农药单剂单独使用时对水稻田杂草易产生抗药性以及除草不彻底、防治效果较差的问题,提供一种高效、广谱、经济、安全,有利于水稻田杂草综合治理的除草组合物。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于水稻田除草剂,有效成分为五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵,五氟磺草胺在除草剂中的重量百分比为0.1%~20%,氰氟草酯在除草剂中的重量百分比为0.1%~40%、精噁唑禾草灵在除草剂中的重量百分比为0.1%~20%,其余为农药中允许使用和可以接受的辅助成分。
所述的除草剂可按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,可以加工成悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、泡腾片剂、泡腾粒剂等适合农业生产上使用的应用剂型。
本发明提供的水稻田除草剂,适用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
本发明提供的组合物的施用频率和施用量随农作物、杂草、天气情况变化而有小量变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
所述除草剂加工成悬浮剂时,各组分重量百分数为:五氟磺草胺0.1~40%,氰氟草酯0.1~40%,精噁唑禾草灵0.1~50%、分散剂0.1~15%、湿润剂0.1-15%、增稠剂0.1~2%,去离子水载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的悬浮剂。
所述除草剂加工成油悬浮剂时,各组分重量百分数为:五氟磺草胺0.1~40%,氰氟草酯0.1~噁唑禾草灵0.1~50%、分散剂0.1~16%、湿润剂0.1-15%、增稠剂0.1~2%,液体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在油系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的油悬浮剂。
所述除草剂加工成水分散粒剂时,各组分重量百分数为:五氟磺草胺0.1~75%,氰氟草酯0.1~50%,精噁唑禾草灵0.1~40%、分散剂0.1~14%、湿润剂0.1~11%、崩解剂0.1~10%,固体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分,制得相应重量百分含量的水分散粒剂。
所述除草剂加工成可湿性粉剂时,各组分重量百分数为::五氟磺草胺0.1~75%,氰氟草酯0.1~50%,精噁唑禾草灵0.1~40%、分散剂0.1~15%、湿润剂0.1~14%,固体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,机械粉碎后再经气流粉碎,混合均匀,制得相应重量百分含量的可湿性粉剂。

所述的去离子水为工业化去离子水。
所述的粘结剂可以是蔗糖、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香等中的一种或几种。
所述的固体酸可以是柠檬酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、富马酸、酒石酸、草酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、丁二酸、已二酸、硼酸、磷酸、苯甲酸、氨基磺酸、水杨酸、谷氨酸、苯乙酸、烟酸或山梨酸等中的一种或几种。
所述的碳酸盐可以是碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸铵、碳酸钙、碳酸锂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢锂、碳酸氢三钠、碳酸氢三钾或碳酸氢三铵等中的一种或几种。
所述的流动调节剂可以是硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钡、二氧化钛、滑石粉、十二烷基硫酸镁、聚山梨酸酯、麦子淀粉或苯甲酸钠等中一种或几种。
本发明组合物的施用频率和施用量随农作物、杂草、天气情况变化而有小量变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
本发明三元组合(即五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵)扩大杀草谱,组合物对靶标具有协同增效响应,尤其是对千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、剪股颖(Agrostis matsumurae)具有明显的协同增效响应,能为水稻田一年生杂草的防除提供优良解决方案,尤其是以千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、剪股颖(Agrostismatsumurae)优势杂草的水稻田,对于水稻田杂草综合治理具有积极意义。

实施例1:五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵及其复配千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、剪股颖(Agrostis matsumurae)的室内毒力测定试验
根据Colby法评价除草剂联合方式(NY/T 1155.7-2006),其公式如下:

A为五氟磺草胺以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
B为氰氟草酯以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
C为精噁唑禾草灵以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
n为混配的除草剂品种数;
E0为五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵三种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的理论值;
E为五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵三种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率为对照的实测值。
评价标准:当E0﹣E>10%时,表示为协同增效作用;当﹣10%≤E0﹣E≤10%时,表现为协同相加作用;当E0﹣E<﹣10%时,表现为协同拮抗作用。

实施例二:30%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵水分散粒剂
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得30%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵水分散粒剂。
实施例三:29%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可湿性粉剂
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即得29%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可湿性粉剂。
实施例四:22%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵悬浮剂
将上述配方按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制得到23%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵悬浮剂。
实施例五:20%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵油悬浮剂
将上述物料(有机膨润土除外)一起加入到反应釜混合机中,搅拌2小时,打开釜底入料阀,将物料注入多级砂磨机中研磨,研磨后的物料细度98%通过1-5um后出料,物料再与事先溶解好的有机膨润土一起放入高剪切乳化釜中,乳化后即可制成流到性良好的20%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵油悬浮剂。
实施例六:防除水稻田一年生杂草田间药效试验

综上所述,本发明组分合理,五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵三元组合具有协同增效响应,尤其是对千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、剪股颖(Agrostis matsumurae)具有显著增效响应作用,扩大杀草谱,为水稻田尤其是以千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、剪股颖(Agrostis matsumurae)为优势杂草的水稻田提供了优良的杂草治理解决方案,适用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
Claims (4)
1.一种水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:有效成分为五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、精噁唑禾草灵,五氟磺草胺在除草剂中的重量百分比为0.1%~20%,氰氟草酯在除草剂中的重量百分比为0.1%~40%、精噁唑禾草灵在除草剂中的重量百分比为0.1%~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:所述的除草剂还含有农药制剂辅助成分,以便制成适合农业使用的应用剂型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:它的剂型是悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、泡腾片剂、泡腾粒剂中的一种。
4.权利要求1所述的一种水稻田除草剂,其特征在于:适用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
