Abstract

本发明公开了一种微型扬声器,涉及电声产品技术领域,包括磁路系统、振动系统和支撑系统;磁路系统包括盆架和收容于盆架内的磁铁以及华司;振动系统包括振膜和与振膜粘结固定的音圈;支撑系统包括前盖和与前盖匹配结合的外壳;其中,外壳包括底壁和侧壁;底壁设置有收容磁路系统的安装部,还设置有与终端装配的装配平面;底壁与侧壁对应装配平面的位置设置高度差,配合形成避让斜面;底壁上设置有声孔,并且声孔的开口端位于避让斜面上。本发明的微型扬声器解决了与终端设备进行整机装配时声孔易被堵住的技术问题,通过设置底面为斜面的声孔,使其可以从侧面出气,从而不会对装机测试曲线造成影响。

微型扬声器
技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,具体的涉及一种微型扬声器。
背景技术
伴随着信息产业和电子行业的迅猛发展,微型扬声器作为一种电声转换器件,已广泛应用到电脑、手机等终端设备中。参阅图6所示,为现有的微型扬声器模拟终端整机装配示意图。在传统的微型扬声器结构中,声孔9’往往位于外壳底部,垂直发声,阻尼10’覆盖于声孔9’的表面,且外壳底壁和侧壁对应产品装配平面的位置处于同一高度,在一个水平面上,进行整机装配时,微型扬声器产品的底部平面与终端整机装配面保持齐平,因而现有技术方案中的声孔9’容易被堵住,从而影响装机测试曲线。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种微型扬声器,在组成部分整体保持不变的情况下,改变现有的微型扬声器中的声孔结构,当微型扬声器产品与终端设备进行整机装配时,保证声孔可以从侧面出气。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种微型扬声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统和支撑系统;所述磁路系统包括盆架和收容于所述盆架内的磁铁以及华司;所述振动系统包括振膜以及与所述振膜粘结固定的音圈;所述支撑系统包括前盖和与所述前盖匹配结合的外壳,其中,所述外壳包括底壁和侧壁;所述外壳的底壁设置有收容所述磁路系统的安装部;所述外壳的底壁上设置有与终端装配的装配平面;所述外壳的底壁与侧壁对应所述装配平面的位置设置高度差,配合形成避让斜面;所述外壳的底壁上设置有声孔,并且所述声孔的开口端位于所述避让斜面上。
其中,所述外壳的侧壁为由四条直立边共同形成的矩形结构;所述外壳侧壁对应微型扬声器底部平面的位置低于所述外壳底壁相对应位置的高度,形成避让斜面,对应形成底面为斜面的声孔。
其中,所述盆架为矩形结构;所述盆架包括水平方向的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部;所述盆架固定于外壳底壁的安装部,且所述盆架的基部为与终端装配的所述装配平面。
其中,所述声孔上覆盖有阻尼;所述阻尼为矩形结构,与所述外壳上的避让斜面配合固定,呈斜面贴合于所述声孔的表面。
其中,所述振膜的中间位置结合有补强部;所述振膜的内边缘环绕于所述补强部的外周。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明涉及的微型扬声器的外壳底壁上设置有与终端装配的装配平面,且外壳的底壁和侧壁对应装配平面的位置设置有高度差,外壳的底壁与侧壁不再处于一个水平面上,而是互相配合在产品的底部形成一个向下的倾斜面,在微型扬声器与手机、电脑等终端进行整机装配时,产品的底部不与装配平面齐平。而声孔位于外壳的底壁上,且其开口端恰恰位于上述倾斜面上,因此,声孔虽然仍处于产品的底部,但与装配平面之间留有空隙,可以从侧面出气,不会因声孔被堵住而影响装机测试曲线。
由于外壳的侧壁对应产品底部平面的位置低于外壳底壁相对应位置的高度,在外壳与终端的装配平面形成一个斜向下的避让斜面,对应地,外壳与盆架之间会形成底面为斜面的声孔,改垂直出声为斜向下出声,当产品与终端设备装配时,防止声孔被堵住。
由于声孔上覆盖有阻尼,且阻尼与外壳的避让斜面相配合,呈斜面贴合在声孔的表面,产品与终端设备进行整机装配时,斜向粘贴的阻尼与外壳的避让斜面配合,保证声孔可以从侧面出气。
综上所述,本发明的微型扬声器解决了现有技术中因产品底部平面与装配平面齐平而导致的声孔容易被堵住的技术问题。本发明的微型扬声器外壳底壁与侧壁之间形成避让斜面,声孔的开口端位于上述避让斜面上,在进行整机装配时,声孔不与装配平面齐平,可从侧面出气,因而不会影响装机测试曲线。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图4所示,一种微型扬声器,包括磁路系统11、振动系统和支撑系统。磁路系统11包括盆架1和收容于盆架1内的磁铁2以及华司3,磁铁2与华司3依次粘结固定于盆架基部内侧的中间位置,且磁铁2和华司3与盆架1的侧部之间形成磁隙。振动系统包括振膜5以及与其粘结固定的音圈4,音圈4的端部位于磁隙中,当音圈4的线圈接收到大小和方向不等的电信号时,音圈4会在磁隙内做往复切割磁力线的运动,振膜5随之振动,从而带动空气发声,将电信号转化为声信号输出,进而完成电声能之间的转换。
如图4所示,微型扬声器的支撑系统包括前盖7和与前盖匹配结合的外壳8,外壳8包括底壁和侧壁,外壳8的底壁上设置有安装部,安装部内收容有磁路系统11,外壳8的底壁上还设置有与手机、电脑等终端设备装配的装配平面,外壳8的侧壁为由四条直立边共同形成的矩形结构,其对应微型扬声器底部平面的位置低于外壳8底壁相对应位置的高度,利用这一高度差配合形成斜向下的避让斜面。参阅图5所示,12为与终端整机装配平板,在整机装配时,产品的底部与装配平面不齐平,留有空隙。
如图3、图4和图5共同所示,外壳8的底壁上设置声孔9,声孔9的开口端位于上述避让斜面上,对应地,声孔9的底面为斜面,不与装配平面保持齐平。声孔9上粘贴有阻尼10,阻尼10为矩形结构,与产品底部的避让斜面配合固定,呈斜面覆盖于声孔9的表面,保证声孔9可从侧面出气。
如图5和图6共同所示,盆架1为矩形结构,包括水平方向的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部。盆架1固定于外壳8底壁的安装部内,其基部为与终端设备进行整机装配的装配平面。
如图4所示,振膜5的中间位置结合有补强部6;振膜5的内边缘环绕于补强部6的外周,补强部6可以增强振膜5的强度。

Claims (5)

1.一种微型扬声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统和支撑系统;所述磁路系统包括盆架和收容于所述盆架内的磁铁以及华司;所述振动系统包括振膜以及与所述振膜粘结固定的音圈;所述支撑系统包括前盖和与所述前盖匹配结合的外壳,其特征在于:所述外壳包括底壁和侧壁;所述外壳的底壁设置有收容所述磁路系统的安装部;所述外壳的底壁上设置有与终端装配的装配平面;所述外壳的底壁与侧壁对应所述装配平面的位置设置高度差,配合形成避让斜面;所述外壳的底壁上设置有声孔,并且所述声孔的开口端位于所述避让斜面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述外壳的侧壁为由四条直立边共同形成的矩形结构;所述外壳侧壁对应微型扬声器底部平面的位置低于所述外壳底壁相对应位置的高度,形成避让斜面,对应形成底面为斜面的所述声孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述盆架为矩形结构;所述盆架包括水平方向的基部和沿垂直方向突出的侧部;所述盆架固定于所述外壳底壁的安装部,且所述盆架的基部为与终端装配的所述装配平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述声孔上覆盖有阻尼;所述阻尼为矩形结构,与所述外壳上的避让斜面配合固定,呈斜面贴合于所述声孔的表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜的中间位置结合有补强部;所述振膜的内边缘环绕于所述补强部的外周。
