Abstract

本发明提供一种多功能LED庭院灯,包括盖子、外壳和圆柱形立柱,盖子和立柱分别设置在外壳的上下两端,盖子的外底部中心安装有LED灯,还设置有一个散光壳,散光壳固定在盖子的外底部处于外壳内,并将LED灯罩住,通过旋接方式固定在盖子的外底部,其非旋接端固接有一个藏置在圆筒内且其表面具有镀铬反光层的顶尖,散光壳外表面均布有凸环,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的凸起,外壳是通过扣接方式固定在盖子的底部边缘上,立柱是连接在外壳的底部,外壳是一个圆底杯状的透明外壳,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的大凸筋。本发明光线的散射效果均匀,提高了照明效果的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能LED庭院灯。
背景技术
现有技术中,太阳能LED庭院灯比较常用,其结构一般包括上部的盖子和下部的外壳以及底部的立柱,盖子的顶部嵌有一块太阳能电池板,盖子的内部具有空腔,放置有蓄电池和电路控制组件,盖子的外底部中心安装有LED灯,还设置有一个散光壳,该散光壳固定在盖子的外底部处于外壳内,并将LED外壳住,由于LED的聚光性,为减少光线刺眼,其散光壳和外壳一般采用磨砂玻璃或半透明塑料制作,其缺点是:仍然显示出LED光源的光线刺眼特征,同时影响照明效果。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种多功能LED庭院灯,以克服现有技术中光线刺眼,同时影响照明效果的缺陷。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种多功能LED庭院灯,包括盖子、外壳和圆柱形立柱,所述盖子和所述立柱分别设置在所述外壳的上下两端,所述盖子的外底部中心安装有LED灯,还设置有一个散光壳,所述散光壳固定在所述盖子的外底部处于所述外壳内,并将所述LED灯罩住,通过旋接方式固定在所述盖子的外底部,其非旋接端固接有一个藏置在圆筒内且其表面具有镀铬反光层的顶尖,所述散光壳外表面均布有凸环,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的凸起,所述外壳是通过扣接方式固定在所述盖子的底部边缘上,所述立柱是连接在所述外壳的底部,所述外壳是一个圆底杯状的透明外壳,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的大凸筋,其圆底下面从本体凸出一连接柱,该连接柱与立柱套接,所述盖子、外壳、散光壳和顶尖的材质均为塑料。
进一步,所述盖子的顶部卡接有用于给所述LED灯供电的太阳能电池板。
进一步,所述凸环形状为V形。
进一步,所述散光壳为透明圆筒形。
(三)有益效果
本发明的多功能LED庭院灯由于在散光壳上采用了凸环和凸起横竖两种可以改变光线透射方向的凸筋,可以大大加强了光线的散射效果,而表面具有反光层的顶尖,可以将LED垂直向下的光线向两侧折射出去,提高了光的利用率,改善了光的亮度,此外外壳采用大凸筋的改进,更使光线的散射效果均匀,达到了大大减少LED光源的光线刺眼特征,同时还提高了照明效果的目的。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的一种多功能LED庭院灯,包括盖子1、外壳2和圆柱形立柱3,所述盖子1和所述立柱3分别设置在所述外壳2的上下两端,所述盖子1的外底部中心安装有LED灯4,还设置有一个散光壳5,所述散光壳5固定在所述盖子1的外底部处于所述外壳2内,并将所述LED灯4罩住,通过旋接方式固定在所述盖子1的外底部,其非旋接端固接有一个藏置在圆筒内且其表面具有镀铬反光层的顶尖6,所述散光壳5外表面均布有凸环7,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的凸起8,所述外壳2是通过扣接方式固定在所述盖子1的底部边缘上,所述立柱3是连接在所述外壳2的底部,所述外壳2是一个圆底杯状的透明外壳,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的大凸筋9,其圆底下面从本体凸出一连接柱10,该连接柱与立柱3套接,所述盖子1、外壳2、散光壳5和顶尖6的材质均为塑料。所述盖子1的顶部卡接有用于给所述LED灯4供电的太阳能电池板11。所述凸环7形状为V形。所述散光壳5为透明圆筒形。

1.一种多功能LED庭院灯,其特征在于:包括盖子、外壳和圆柱形立柱,所述盖子和所述立柱分别设置在所述外壳的上下两端,所述盖子的外底部中心安装有LED灯,还设置有一个散光壳,所述散光壳固定在所述盖子的外底部处于所述外壳内,并将所述LED灯罩住,通过旋接方式固定在所述盖子的外底部,其非旋接端固接有一个藏置在圆筒内且其表面具有镀铬反光层的顶尖,所述散光壳外表面均布有凸环,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的凸起,所述外壳是通过扣接方式固定在所述盖子的底部边缘上,所述立柱是连接在所述外壳的底部,所述外壳是一个圆底杯状的透明外壳,其内表面均布有纵向的、其截面形状为弧形的大凸筋,其圆底下面从本体凸出一连接柱,该连接柱与立柱套接,所述盖子、外壳、散光壳和顶尖的材质均为塑料。
