本发明公开了一种固体墙面保护剂,由树脂、填料和助剂,以及纳米银组成,树脂由水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%组成;填料由纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%组成;助剂由硅烷偶联剂1%,有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%组成;纳米银为树脂、填料和助剂总量的30ppm。其制备方法,包括以下步骤:填料混合、过筛;树脂混合、过筛;加助剂、纳米银混合。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明不含TVOC,无毒,在水中易分散,充分渗透于墙体,具有透气性,良好的防水性、防霉变,增加墙体硬度,同时,其原料固体形态易于储存、运输。

一种固体墙面保护剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体墙面保护剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
市场上现有的墙面保护剂主要是苯丙胶乳或纯丙胶乳,含有TVOC,容易残留未反应单体,不环保,且渗透力不够,易表面成膜,墙体透气性不好发霉,而且属于液体状态,不利于储存、运输。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种固体墙面保护剂及其制备方法。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种固体墙面保护剂,其特征在于:由树脂、填料和助剂,以及纳米银共同组成,其中,
树脂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%;
填料由以下重量百分比的组分组成:纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%;
助剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅烷偶联剂1%,有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%;
纳米银为树脂、填料和助剂总量的30ppm。
一种固体墙面保护剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)填料混合、过筛:按纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%,硅烷偶联剂1%在混料机中进行预混,混合时间3小时;将预处理好的填料过400目的筛网,备用;
(2)树脂混合、过筛:按水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%的比例在混料机中混合,混合3小时后过400目筛网,备用;
(3)加助剂和纳米银混合:将两种预混好的产品放入混料机中,并按比例加入有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%和纳米银,纳米银为树脂、填料和助剂总量的30ppm,混合3小时,即可进行分装。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明不含TVOC,无毒,在水中易分散,充分渗透于墙体,具有透气性,良好的防水性、防霉变,增加墙体硬度,同时,其原料固体形态易于储存、运输。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
一种固体墙面保护剂,其特征在于:由树脂、填料和助剂,以及纳米银共同组成,其中,树脂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%;填料由以下重量百分比的组分组成:纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%;助剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅烷偶联剂1%,有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%;纳米银为树脂、填料和助剂总量的30ppm。其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)填料混合、过筛:按纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%,硅烷偶联剂1%在混料机中进行预混,混合时间3小时;将预处理好的填料过400目的筛网,备用;
(2)树脂混合、过筛:按水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%的比例在混料机中混合,混合3小时后过400目筛网,备用;
(3)加助剂和纳米银混合:将两种预混好的产品放入混料机中,并按比例加入有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%和纳米银,纳米银为保护剂总量的30ppm,混合3小时,即可进行分装。

1.一种固体墙面保护剂,其特征在于:由树脂、填料和助剂,以及纳米银共同组成,其中,
树脂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%;
填料由以下重量百分比的组分组成:纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%;
助剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅烷偶联剂1%,有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%;
纳米银为树脂、填料和助剂总量的30ppm。
2.一种固体墙面保护剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)填料混合、过筛:按纳米碳酸钙10%,二氧化钛10%,石英粉10%,高岭土2%,硅酸铝镁5%,白炭黑1%,硅烷偶联剂1%在混料机中进行预混,混合时间3小时;将预处理好的填料过400目的筛网,备用;
(2)树脂混合、过筛:按水溶性树脂15%,VAE可分散树脂5%,PVA2%,水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂36%的比例在混料机中混合,混合3小时后过400目筛网,备用;
(3)加助剂和纳米银混合:将两种预混好的产品放入混料机中,并按比例加入有机硅消泡剂1%,交联剂1%,憎水剂1%;纳米银为树脂、填料和助剂总量的30ppm,混合3小时,即可进行分装。
