Abstract
本发明提供了一种定型外用中成药-肛肠疾病薰浴剂。它是以芒硝、月石、明矾、大黄、胆矾、冰片及薄荷脑按一定重量配比经加工配制而成。这种薰浴剂既不经煎熬，使用方便，又集多种治疗能于一体发挥其综合效应。具有简、便、廉、验等特点。用于多种肛肠疾病出现的共同症状，特别对痔核性症状及肛肠疾病手术后出现的不同程度局部并发症，均有明显确切的通用功效。经上千例临床应用有效率达98%以上。
Description
本发明涉及中医中药类的一种肛肠疾病外用薰洗坐浴剂。适用于肛肠疾病所致的疼痛、肿胀、便秘、瘙痒、坠胀、潮湿、便血及肛门术后不适。常用可预防肛门病。
在我国中医学上用薰洗坐浴法治疗肛肠疾病古今都有记载，其组方纷繁众多(如：复方五倍子合剂、硝黄五位汤、双花洗剂、祛毒洗剂等等)，均是协定配方煎熬。一则煎熬麻烦，不便使用，二则煎熬过程中丧失药物有效成份，特别是挥发性药物经高温煎熬有效成份将散失殆尽，降低了药物的效价。在《中国肛肠病》杂志中报道了一种“硝矾洗剂”，该方剂是由芒硝、月石、明矾组成。这种洗剂虽然克服了配方需煎熬的缺点，但因方剂药物单调，只能起润燥软坚、消火消肿收敛、止血作用，故作用范围受到局限。
本发明的目的意在克服上述薰洗坐浴剂的不足，以川西绵邑痔瘘名医肖氏长期应用临床的痔瘘薰洗验方为基础，结合发掘、整理、探讨《五十二病方》、《中国痔瘘学》、《医宗金监外科》及《本草纲目附方分类选编》等有关各类验方、秘方选辑，并结合现代有关肛肠资料从数百种肛肠科薰洗坐浴剂药物组方中多次筛选、反复试制研究，研制了一种既不经煎熬、使用方便，又集多种治疗功能于一体，发挥其综合效应的肛肠疾病薰浴剂。该薰浴剂的药品名称为“尔肛舒”。
本发明的目的是这样来实现：以芒硝、月石、明矾等中药药物为原料经加工配制而成定型外用中成药，中药还有大黄、胆矾、冰片、薄荷脑四味药物，其药物的用量配比为：芒硝20-30份、月石10-20份、明矾8-15份、大黄3-10份、胆矾0.3-1份、冰片0.2-0.5份、薄荷脑0.1-0.3份。其中：明矾性寒、味酸涩、无毒、具有解毒杀虫、收敛涩肠、收湿止痒、止血止痛、清热消肿、生机收口之功效。月石性凉、味甘微咸、无毒、具有解毒防腐、清热化痰、化腐生肌、软竖散结、柔物去垢的功效。大黄性寒、味苦、有攻积导滞、泻火解毒、清热凉血、活血化瘀及止血的功效。芒硝性寒、味苦咸、有泻热通便，润燥软坚，清热解毒之功效。胆矾性寒、味酸辛、具有涌吐风热痰涎毒物、解毒收湿、蚀疮去腐之功效。冰片性微寒、味辛苦、其功效开窍醒神，清热止痛、有止痛防腐等作用。薄荷脑性凉，味辛、有疏散风热、清利头目、透疹、解郁，外用能麻痹神经末梢、冷觉感受器产生凉感、有较强的消肿止痛止痒作用。优选这七味药物科学配伍，相得益彰，并经传统工艺加工制成，构成具有活血化瘀、收敛除湿、清热解毒、祛风止痒、消肿止痛、润燥软坚、柔物去垢的直接用开水冲泡的薰洗坐浴剂。
本发明与现有的复方五倍子合剂、硝黄五位汤、双花洗剂、硝矾洗剂等相比，具有组方用药贴切全面、成本低廉、使用方便、药源丰富、加工简单等特点。由于方中选用了既能治痔又含有大量芳香挥发油、在薰浴肛门时，随气雾挥发、升腾、增加了诸药对患处的渗透，引药直达病所，大大增强和提高了药物的疗效。本薰浴剂用于多种肛肠疾病出现的共同症状，特别是对痔核性症状及肛肠疾病手术后出现的不同程度局部并发症，均有明显确切的通用功效。经先后在绵竹县中医院、德阳市市中区中医院、广汉市中医院、成都痔瘘医院中江分院、安县安昌镇第一医院、绵阳市痔瘘医院、东汽厂职工医院等临床应用(参见附件：1、2、3、4)，验证术前、术后患者上千例有效率达到98％以上，且涉及观察病例广泛，提高了异病同治的重复使用率，并对男性阴襄湿疹、瘙痒、女性外阴瘙痒、湿疹有良效，对过敏性皮炎、股癣、足癣、脂溢性皮炎、无名肿毒、小儿尿布湿疹等有一定效果，增强了药物的综合效应。经临床应用，医患两者都乐于使用。本薰浴剂是一种具有广泛应用前景的肛肠疾病外用中成药。
以下结合实施例对本发明作详细说明：
实施例一，配方：芒硝20g、月石10g、明矾8g、大黄3g、胆矾0.3g、冰片0.2g、薄荷脑0.1g。
制备方法：经药材备料→粉碎→称量→混合→质检→分装→成品几个工序完成。(1)选择经国家药典收载，将配方中所列合格药材备用。(2)采用对配方中药材分别以轻研慢磨的方法进行粉碎，大黄属植物根草根茎，其研磨细度为100目，其它药物含铜、铝化合物有易溶水的特点，研磨细度均控制80目以上，(3)粉碎研磨后的药物接上述配比重量称量，分别编为1、2、3、4、5、6号药粉备用。其1号药粉为芒硝、2号药粉为月石、3号药粉为明矾、4号药粉为大黄、5号药粉为胆矾、6号药粉为冰片和薄荷脑。(4)采用等量递增法混合。其方法是：先取量小的6、5、4号药粉置于混合器中混合均匀为甲粉，取量大的1、2、3号药粉置于混合器中混合均匀为乙粉，再在甲粉中加入与其等量的乙粉混合均匀。如此倍量增加直至加完乙粉为止，混匀。(5)将混合均匀的药粉按药典散剂项的规定质检。(6)经质检合格后以每袋40g的装量装入专用的塑料袋封口即得本成品中成药。本成品的性状为黄白色的粉末。
实施例二，配方：芒硝25g、月石15g、明矾12g、大黄6g、胆矾0.2g、冰片0.4g、薄荷脑0.2g。制备方法：经药材备料→粉碎→称量→混合→质检→分装→成品几个工序完成。其各药物粉碎过80-100目筛，粉碎过筛的药物称量按本例配比重量称量，其它制备工序与实施例一相同。
实施例三，配方：芒硝300g、月石200g、明矾150g、大黄100g、胆矾10g、冰片5g、薄荷脑3g。制备方法：其称量按此例配比重量称量，其它方法仍与实施例一相同。
本发明的配方经加工还可配制成混悬剂。
本品用法与用量：将40g药粉入盆中，渗入开水1500ml，乘热薰蒸肛门患部，药水不烫皮肤即可坐在药水中浸浴，每日1-2次，每次一袋。

Claims (2)
1、一种定型外用中成药-肛肠疾病薰浴剂，以芒硝、月石、明矾等中药药物为原料经加工配制而成，其特征在于中药还有大黄，胆矾、冰片及薄荷脑四味药物，药物的用量配比为：芒硝20-30份、月石10-20份、明矾8-15份、大黄3-10份，胆矾0.3-1份、冰片0.2-0.5份，薄荷脑0.1.-0.3份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的肛肠疾病薰浴剂，其特征在于性状为黄白色的粉末。
