本发明揭示了一种涤锦复合弹性面料,包括涤纶弹性面料层和锦纶弹性面料层,所述涤纶弹性面料层由涤纶纤维、莱赛尔纤维以及丽赛纤维混纺编织而成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述涤纶纤维占58%-68%,所述莱赛尔纤维占18%-23%,所述丽赛纤维占14%-19%,所述锦纶弹性面料层由锦纶纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混纺织成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述锦纶纤维占64%-74%,所述大豆蛋白复合纤维占15%-20%,所述聚乳酸纤维占11%-16%。本发明采用双层面料复合而成,具有强度高、弹性好、耐磨损、质地柔软、舒适性好、回弹性好、保暖性佳、导湿透气性好、抗紫外线的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料,具体涉及一种涤锦复合弹性面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称,涤纶本身强度高、滑爽挺括、易洗快干的优点,但是本身手感硬朗、稀释透气性差的特点。锦纶,学名聚酰氨纤维,是中国所产聚酰胺类纤维的统称,国际上称尼龙。锦纶本身强度高、耐磨性好、弹性和弹性恢复性高,但是穿着舒适性上却无法满足当下人们的需求。上述面料在穿着时也没有一个有效的防止紫外线的功效,使用效果存在着欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用双层面料复合而成,具有强度高、弹性好、耐磨损、质地柔软、舒适性好、回弹性好、保暖性佳、导湿透气性好、抗紫外线的功效的涤锦复合弹性面料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种涤锦复合弹性面料,所述涤锦复合弹性面料包括涤纶弹性面料层和锦纶弹性面料层,所述涤纶弹性面料层由涤纶纤维、莱赛尔纤维以及丽赛纤维混纺编织而成,所述锦纶弹性面料层由锦纶纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混纺织成,所述涤纶弹性面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述涤纶纤维占58%-68%,所述莱赛尔纤维占18%-23%,所述丽赛纤维占14%-19%,所述锦纶弹性面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述锦纶纤维占64%-74%,所述大豆蛋白复合纤维占15%-20%,所述聚乳酸纤维占11%-16%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一面料层中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述涤纶弹性面料层中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述涤纶纤维占66%,所述莱赛尔纤维占19%,所述丽赛纤维占15%,所述锦纶弹性面料层中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述锦纶纤维占72%,所述大豆蛋白复合纤维占16%,所述聚乳酸纤维占12%。

本发明所述的涤锦复合弹性面料通过分别先织得涤纶弹性面料层和锦纶弹性面料层,之后将两面料层复合而成。
莱赛尔纤维、丽赛纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维以及聚乳酸纤维具有质地柔软、舒适性好、回弹性好、保暖性佳、导湿透气性好、抗紫外线的功效。
通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性纱线性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种涤锦复合弹性面料,本发明采用双层面料复合而成,具有强度高、弹性好、耐磨损、质地柔软、舒适性好、回弹性好、保暖性佳、导湿透气性好、抗紫外线的功效。

1.一种涤锦复合弹性面料,其特征在于:所述涤锦复合弹性面料包括涤纶弹性面料层和锦纶弹性面料层,所述涤纶弹性面料层由涤纶纤维、莱赛尔纤维以及丽赛纤维混纺编织而成,所述锦纶弹性面料层由锦纶纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混纺织成,所述涤纶弹性面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述涤纶纤维占58%-68%,所述莱赛尔纤维占18%-23%,所述丽赛纤维占14%-19%,所述锦纶弹性面料层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述锦纶纤维占64%-74%,所述大豆蛋白复合纤维占15%-20%,所述聚乳酸纤维占11%-16%。
