马胃蝇属双翅目胃蝇科,其幼虫生活在寄主的胃里,体中等大,长9-18毫米,全身密布黄褐色或黄白色的长绒毛,强壮之蝇类,眼大有单眼,触角细,在面沟内,触角芒无毛,喙短,口器退化,胸有软毛,小盾片大,缺后小盾片。翅大,亚前缘脉及径脉各支均贴近前缘脉,中脉向后伸展至后缘,有时向下弯曲,但从不向上,臀脉1A达翅缘,翅顶横脉消失,腋瓣小形。腹部长而尖、卵形,雄蝇腹尖,雌蝇产卵管大而突出,卵稍成三角形或有柄,胶于毛上,以尖端向下,两个或多个聚集一处,胃蝇属发育经卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫四个阶段,每年完成一个生活周期,如肠胃蝇,成虫不寄生生活,也不采食,在自然界交配后,雄虫即死亡,雌虫则于炎热的白天飞近马体,产卵与被毛上,每根毛上附着一枚卵,每一雌蝇一生可产卵700枚左右,尔后死亡,成蝇活动的季节多在5~9月份,8~9月份活动最盛,卵经5~10天或更久,孵化成第一期幼虫,并逸出卵壳在皮肤上爬行,引起痒感,马啃咬时被食入,一期幼虫在口腔粘膜下或舌表层组织内寄生3~4周,蜕变为第二期幼虫,移入胃内,在胃和十二指肠粘膜上寄生,约五周后,再次蜕变为第三期幼虫,继续在胃内寄生,到翌年春季发育成熟,自动脱离胃壁,随粪便排出体外,在土中化蛹,蛹期1~2个月,羽化成蝇,幼虫体长12至18毫米,圆筒形、前端稍尖,末端较前端大很多,有二对口钩,体躯各节环生一二列短刺,幼虫经常寄生于马、驴、骡等家畜的消化道内,但也有寄生于犬、兔及人的胃内,故称“胃蝇”,有时幼虫侵入人的皮下,幼虫在皮下造成曲折的隧道,在外表可以见到隆起的条纹,马胃蝇寄生于马、驴、骡的胃中,成虫外观似蜜蜂,体长16-20毫米,飞行缓慢,产卵于马的前腿、肩部、胸部及腹部等处的毛上,卵细长、淡黄色,经10~14日孵化,马胃蝇在整个寄生阶段均有致病作用,成虫产卵时,骚扰马令其不能安心采食和休息,寄生初期在口腔、舌部、咽喉部,引起局部水肿、炎症或溃疡,幼虫移行到胃、十二指肠,以其口前钩深刺入粘膜,形成火山口状损伤,引起慢性胃肠炎或出血性胃肠炎,幼虫还吸食血液,虫体还有毒素作用,幼虫排出体外时,还可引起直肠粘膜充血、发炎,幼虫对肛门的刺激,可引起病马摩擦尾部,引起尾根和肛门部擦伤、炎症,病马表现为食欲减退、消化不良、贫血、周期性疝痛、多汗、消瘦、使役能力下降、严重的可因渐进性衰弱而死亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗马胃蝇的药物,其杀虫性较强,能快速杀除马毛皮上的虫卵和胃内幼虫,且不具有毒副作用。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种治疗马胃蝇的药物,其包含下组分的原料,
芦荟15-20份 花椒18-22份
川楝子5-8份 牵牛子4-6份
烟叶8-10份 红辣椒10-12份
韭菜50-55份 白醋20-22份
将新鲜芦荟、花椒、川楝子、牵牛子、烟叶、红辣椒洗净后晾干,研磨成80目颗粒状,向研磨颗粒中加入体积为其10倍的白开水搅拌均匀;
向其中倒入50°的白醋,韭菜,密封在阴凉处放置30-35天。
使用时,可将上述溶液均匀涂抹在马的毛皮上,在胃蝇产卵季节每3天涂抹一次,同时,每隔3天喂食一次本发明泡之后的韭菜,每次喂食250g。
芦荟所含的芦荟大黄素对无脊椎动物以及一些环节动物、软体动物和节肢动物,如蜗牛、虱子、蜘蛛、昆虫等都有毒杀作用。其可以穿入害虫的外胚层或外骨骼而杀除病虫。
花椒具有温中散寒、除湿杀虫、行血通脉等功效,但其杀虫止痒之功能尤为显著,有较强的杀虫活性,而且也具有一定的抑菌活性。
川楝子苦寒,能够燥湿杀虫,常可用于蛔虫病、阴痒、疥疮、恶疮等症。
牵牛子苦寒,功能燥湿杀虫,常可用于蛔虫病、阴痒、疥疮、恶疮等证。
烟叶能消肿解毒,杀虫,用于疔疮肿毒,头癣,白癣,秃疮,毒蛇咬伤,灭钉螺、蚊、蝇、老鼠。
辣椒中的辣椒素具有强烈的驱虫作用。
菜含有丰富纤维素、胡萝卜素、维生素C等,经常使用韭菜可增进食欲,促进肠道蠕动,保持大便畅通,散瘀、活血、解毒等功效。
白醋有杀菌、防霉、消毒的作用,它可以杀灭99%的细菌、82%的霉菌及80%的病毒。
本发明制备方法简单,所用原料易得,浸泡后的液体具有杀菌,除痒,驱虫的效果,能够有效杀除马背毛皮的虫卵,马通过食用泡制后的韭菜,能够起到驱虫杀虫的作用,且能促进马的肠胃蠕动能力,在杀除胃内虫卵的同时能够使其快速排出体内,对害虫杀伤作用强,高效安全,防效好且成本低廉。
具体实施方式
取芦荟18份、花椒20份、川楝子7份、牵牛子5份、烟叶9份、红辣椒11份、韭菜50份、白醋21份。
将新鲜芦荟、花椒、川楝子、牵牛子、烟叶、红辣椒洗净后晾干,研磨成80目颗粒状,向研磨颗粒中加入体积为其10倍的白开水搅拌均匀;
向其中倒入50°的白醋,韭菜,密封在阴凉处放置30-35天。
使用时,可将上述溶液均匀涂抹在马的毛皮上,在胃蝇产卵季节每3天涂抹一次,同时,每隔3天喂食一次本发明泡之后的韭菜,每次喂食250g。
在8月份选取户外饲养马50匹,分两组进行试验:
其中10匹为一组,在蝇虫产卵期间不进行任何处理;
其中40匹为一组,在蝇虫产卵期间按本发明方法进行处理;
处理结果如下:
8-9月份期间,以10匹为一组的马,每天均有较多蝇虫钉在其背部,不同时间段分别有6匹马发病,表现为精神沉郁,极度消瘦,结膜充血,体温37.8℃,肠音消失,心跳加快,呼吸浅快,腹痛剧烈,腹围增大,排粪停止。口腔湿滑,有灰白色舌苔和酸臭味,鼻流粪水。在肛门上粘有马胃蝇幼虫。
在8月初每隔3天在其中40匹马的皮毛处涂抹本发明溶液,同时,每隔3天喂食一次本发明泡之后的韭菜,每次喂食250g,持续至9月底,喂食期间未发现马匹有不良症状,较少有胃蝇钉在马匹的背上,也未在马匹肛门处和粪便里发现蝇虫,继续饲养至第二年春季3月份,仍未从试验马匹的肛门处和粪便里发现蝇虫,马匹精神状况和食欲较佳。
