The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 5-8 parts of the pigment, adding 2-3 parts of the antibacterial agent, 8-11 parts of phthalic diglycidyl ester, 8-11 parts of 1-hydroxycyclohexylphenylacetone and 8-11 parts of epoxypropane butyl ether in sequence, and uniformly mixing; (2) weighing 4-7 parts of sodium dibutyl naphthalene sulfonate, 2-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 3.5-5 parts of Tween and 1.5-2 parts of polyepoxysuccinic acid, and grinding in a three-roll grinding machine for 10-20 minutes; (3) ultrasonically processing a product in the step (1) and a product in the step (2) at 55-70 DEG C for 15-25 minutes, and defoaming in vacuum for 1-2 hours to obtain the antibacterial printing ink composition.
