Abstract
本发明公开了一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,其以有机质、尿素、硝酸铵、过磷酸钙、氯化钾、磷酸二铵、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、土壤调理剂、EM菌剂为原料经混合、发酵等过程制成。该方法制备的肥料按照烟草的需求专门配制,原料配比合理,在满足烟草营养需求的基础上,也解决了土壤中有机质含量严重偏低,土壤板结的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农业肥料技术领域,具体涉及一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法。
背景技术
烟草属管状花目,茄科一年生或有限多年生草本植物,基部稍木质化。花序顶生,圆锥状,多花;蒴果卵状或矩圆状,长约等于宿存萼。夏秋季开花结果。主要分布于南美洲、中国。一年生或有限多年生草本,全体被腺毛;根粗壮。茎高0.7‐2米,基部稍木质化。叶矩圆状披针形、披针形、矩圆形或卵形,顶端渐尖,基部渐狭至茎成耳状而半抱茎,长10‐30(‐70)厘米,宽8‐15(‐30)厘米,柄不明显或成翅状柄。花序顶生,圆锥状,多花;花梗长5‐20毫米。花萼筒状或筒状钟形,长20‐25毫米,裂片三角状披针形,长短不等;花冠漏斗状,淡红色,筒部色更淡,稍弓曲,长3.5‐5厘米,檐部宽1‐1.5厘米,裂片急尖;雄蕊中1枚显著较其余4枚短,不伸出花冠喉部,花丝基部有毛。蒴果卵状或矩圆状,长约等于宿存萼。种子圆形或宽矩圆形,径约0.5毫米,褐色。夏秋季开花结果。尽管吸烟和健康问题已为世人所关注,但烟草作为经济作物,在我国的烟草种植过程中,长期使用化肥,导致土壤中有机质含量严重偏低,土壤板结,进而造成肥料利用率低,烟草产量和质量下降。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,其按照烟草的需求专门配制,原料配比合理,在满足烟草营养需求的基础上,也解决了土壤中有机质含量严重偏低,土壤板结的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将15‐20份尿素、8‐12份硝酸铵、5‐8份过磷酸钙、10‐20份氯化钾、5‐10份磷酸二铵、1‐2份硫酸镁、1‐2份硫酸亚铁、1‐2份硫酸铜、加入适量水,搅拌均匀,加热20分钟,得混合溶液;
2)将40‐50份有机质、1‐3份土壤调理剂、1‐3份EM菌剂倒入上述混合溶液中,在常温条件下,发酵30‐40天,得发酵物料;
3)将发酵物料烘干,送到粉碎机中粉碎;
4)将粉碎后的物料进行造粒,得颗粒肥料。
所述的有机质为植物秸秆、动物粪便,所述植物秸秆和动物粪便的比例为2:1;
所述的土壤调理剂为泥炭腐植酸;
所述的EM菌的活菌数分别≥109CFU/g。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明根据烟草对营养元素的需求,合理配比原料,促进了烟草对肥料的利用率;
2、本发明加入的有机质和土壤调理剂可以有效的改善土壤理化性质,解决土壤板结问题。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将15份尿素、8份硝酸铵、5份过磷酸钙、10份氯化钾、5份磷酸二铵、1份硫酸镁、1份硫酸亚铁、1份硫酸铜,加入适量水,搅拌均匀,加热20分钟,得混合溶液;
2)将40份有机质、11份土壤调理剂、1份EM菌剂倒入上述混合溶液中,在常温条件下,发酵30天,得发酵物料;
3)将发酵物料烘干,送到粉碎机中粉碎;
4)将粉碎后的物料进行造粒,得颗粒肥料。
所述的有机质为植物秸秆、动物粪便,所述植物秸秆和动物粪便的比例为2:1;
所述的土壤调理剂为泥炭腐植酸;
所述的EM菌的活菌数分别≥109CFU/g。
实施例2
一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将17.5份尿素、10份硝酸铵、6.5份过磷酸钙、15份氯化钾、7.5份磷酸二铵、1.5份硫酸镁、1.5份硫酸亚铁、1.5份硫酸铜加入适量水,搅拌均匀,加热20分钟,得混合溶液;
2)将45份有机质、、2份土壤调理剂、2份EM菌剂倒入上述混合溶液中,在常温条件下,发酵35天,得发酵物料;
3)将发酵物料烘干,送到粉碎机中粉碎;
4)将粉碎后的物料进行造粒,得颗粒肥料。
所述的有机质为植物秸秆、动物粪便,所述植物秸秆和动物粪便的比例为2:1;
所述的土壤调理剂为泥炭腐植酸;
所述的EM菌的活菌数分别≥109CFU/g。
实施例3
一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将20份尿素、12份硝酸铵、8份过磷酸钙、20份氯化钾、10份磷酸二铵、2份硫酸镁、2份硫酸亚铁、2份硫酸铜加入适量水,搅拌均匀,加热20分钟,得混合溶液;
2)将50份有机质、、3份土壤调理剂、3份EM菌剂倒入上述混合溶液中,在常温条件下,发酵40天,得发酵物料;
3)将发酵物料烘干,送到粉碎机中粉碎;
4)将粉碎后的物料进行造粒,得颗粒肥料。
所述的有机质为植物秸秆、动物粪便,所述植物秸秆和动物粪便的比例为2:1;
所述的土壤调理剂为泥炭腐植酸;
所述的EM菌的活菌数分别≥109CFU/g。
Claims (4)
1.一种烟草专用肥料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将15‐20份尿素、8‐12份硝酸铵、5‐8份过磷酸钙、10‐20份氯化钾、5‐10份磷酸二铵、1‐2份硫酸镁、1‐2份硫酸亚铁、1‐2份硫酸铜、加入适量水,搅拌均匀,加热20分钟,得混合溶液;
2)将40‐50份有机质、1‐3份土壤调理剂、1‐3份EM菌剂倒入上述混合溶液中,在常温条件下,发酵30‐40天,得发酵物料;
3)将发酵物料烘干,送到粉碎机中粉碎;
4)将粉碎后的物料进行造粒,得颗粒肥料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟草专用肥料的制备方法,其特征在于有机质为植物秸秆、动物粪便,所述植物秸秆和动物粪便的比例为2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟草专用肥料的制备方法,其特征在于土壤调理剂为泥炭腐植酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟草专用肥料的制备方法,其特征在于EM菌的活菌数分别≥109CFU/g。
