In this embodiment, the SGSN determines, according to a corresponding relationship between a preset MSC Pool and a served LAI list, that the old LAI does not belong to the LAI list of the current MSC Pool, that is, the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool serving the UE currently, or the MSC/VLR or the MSC Pool changes, which is different in expression manner, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Particularly, when there are more than one set of MSCPool information preset on the SGSN, that is, when there are multiple sets of MSC Pool and LAI list of service thereof { MSC Pool1, LAI list1}, { MSC Pool2, LAI list2}, etc., the MSC Pool of the current service UE is determined by the new LAI, and the specific determination method is that the LAI list of the MSC Pool of the current service UE includes the newLAI, or the MSC Pool corresponding to the LAI list where the newLAI is located is the MSC Pool of the current service UE. The invention limits one LAI to correspond to only one MSC Pool.
In S503, sending an indication message to a target network element, where the indication message is used to indicate the target network element to indicate the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to the HSS/HLR.
In this embodiment, after S502, the SGSN receives a request message sent by the target network element, where the request message is a context request message or an identity request message, and the SGSN may specifically send the indication information to the target network element through a context response message or an identity response message, where the message includes an IMSI identifying the user equipment.
In this embodiment, the target network element may be an MME or an SGSN, and when the target network element MME receives the indication message, the MME instructs the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to the HSS/HLR; when the target network element is the SGSN, the SGSN stores the indication information, and when the user equipment moves to another mobility management network element, the target network element SGSN performs S503 on the indication information and sends the indication information to another mobility management network element, where the another mobility management network element may be the SGSN or the MME. Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary sending of the indication message and waste of system resources, optionally, in S503, specifically: and when the target network element RAT is LTE, sending the indication information to the MME.
In this embodiment, the SGSN determines that the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE, and sends an indication message to the target network element, where the indication message indicates the target network element to instruct the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to the HSS/HLR, so as to ensure that the MSC registered in the HSS/HLR is the MSC currently serving the UE, and the UE can perform a normal service.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of the information processing method for the mobile switching center pool according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in S601, when the UE moves to the SGSN and initiates a (combined) routing area update message or a (combined) attach message, the message includes old RAI, where the access network element sends a cell identifier or a routing area identifier currently accessed by the UE to the SGSN when forwarding the message.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the access network element may be a BSS (base station subsystem) that sends the cell identifier to the SGSN, or an RNC (radio access controller) that sends the routing area identifier to the SGSN.
In S602, it is determined that the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE.
In S603, the SGSN receives a request message sent by the MME, where the request message may be an (SGSN) context request message (SGSN) or an identity request message (identity request), and the message may include a RAT currently accessed by the UE, and the request message includes a P-TMSI of the UE.
In S604, according to the request message, the indication information is sent to the MME through a context response message or an identity response message, where the indication information is used to indicate the MME to instruct the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to the HSS/HLR.
In this embodiment, the SGSN searches for user equipment context information, where the user equipment context information includes a user equipment IMSI, and the SGSN sends indication information to the MME, where the indication information indicates whether the MME instructs the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to the HSS/HLR, and the SGSN also sends the user equipment IMSI to the MME for identifying the user equipment.
In this embodiment, when the UE moves from a service area other than the other MSC Pool to a service area of the MSC Pool serving the current user equipment, the SGSN receives a request message sent by the MME in a subsequent flow, and according to the request message, the SGSN sends an indication message to the MME, so that the MME notifies the MSC/VLR to send a location update message to the HSS/HLR and registers as a node serving the UE, thereby ensuring that the MSC registered in the HSS/HLR is the MSC currently serving the UE, and the UE can perform a normal service, thereby improving user service experience.
EXAMPLE six
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of the information processing method for the mobile switching center pool according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
1, SGSN receives an attachment request message or a routing area update request message which is sent by UE and comprises old location area identification old LAI;
2, the SGSN determines that the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
SGSN sends instruction information to MME, the instruction information is used for instructing the MME to instruct MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to HSS/HLR;
4, the MME receives the indication information sent by the SGSN;
and 5, the MME sends a message to the MSC/VLR according to the indication information, and the message is used for indicating the MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to the HSS/HLR.
And 6, the MSC/VLR sends a location updating request message to the HSS/HLR according to the message.
EXAMPLE seven
Fig. 8 is a structural diagram of an information processing apparatus of a mobile switching center pool according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only a part related to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the apparatus may be a software unit, a hardware unit, or a combination of software and hardware unit that is built in a mobility management network element.
The device comprises: a receiving unit 81 and a transmitting unit 82.
A receiving unit 81, configured to receive indication information sent by a serving GPRS support node SGSN;
and a sending unit 82, configured to send a message to the mobile switching center/visitor location register MSC/VLR according to the indication information, where the message is used to indicate the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to a home subscriber server/home location register HSS/HLR.
Optionally, the indication information specifically includes:
indication information of MSC/VLR or MSC Pool change serving UE; or,
and instructing the MSC/VLR to send indication information of the location updating request message to the HSS/HLR.
Optionally, the receiving unit 81 is further configured to receive a joint tracking area update or joint attachment message sent by the user equipment.
The sending unit 82 is further configured to send a request message to the SGSN, where the request message includes a context request message context request or an identity request message identity request; and
the receiving unit 81 is specifically configured to receive indication information sent by the SGSN through a context response message or an identity response message.
The information processing apparatus of the mobile switching center pool provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be used in the corresponding method embodiments two and three, and for details, refer to the description of the embodiments two and three, and are not described herein again.
Example eight
Fig. 9 is a structural diagram of an information processing apparatus of a mobile switching center pool according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only a part related to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the apparatus may be a software unit, a hardware unit, or a combination of software and hardware unit that is built in a mobility management network element.
The device comprises: a receiving unit 91, a determining unit 92, and a transmitting unit 93.
A receiving unit 91, configured to receive, by an SGSN, an attach request message or a routing area update request message that is sent by a user equipment UE and includes an old location area identity, oldLAI;
a determining unit 92, configured to determine that the old LAI is not in a service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
a sending unit 93, configured to send indication information to a target network element, where the indication information is used to indicate the target network element to indicate an MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to an HSS/HLR.
Optionally, the determining unit 92 is specifically configured to determine that all LAI lists corresponding to all MSC Pool configured on the SGSN do not include the old LAI, where the MSC Pool currently serving the UE is all the MSC Pool configured on the SGSN.
Optionally, the determining unit 92 specifically includes:
an obtaining module 921, configured to obtain a new LAI of a currently accessed new location area identifier;
a first determining module 922, configured to determine, according to the new LAI, the MSC Pool currently serving the UE; and
a second determining module 923, configured to determine that the old LAI is not included in an LAI list corresponding to the MSC Pool currently serving the UE.
Optionally, the second determining module 923 is specifically configured to include the new LAI in an LAI list of the MSC Pool of the current serving UE, or use the MSC Pool corresponding to the list where the new LAI is located as the MSCPool of the current serving UE.
Optionally, the receiving unit 91 is further configured to receive a request message sent by a target network element, where the request message is a context request message or an identity request message;
the sending unit 93 is specifically configured to send the indication information to the target network element through a context response message or an identifier response message according to the request message.
Optionally, the sending unit 93 is specifically configured to send the indication information to the MME when the target network element radio access type RAT is long term evolution LTE.
Optionally, the determining unit 92 is further configured to determine that the user can use a network circuit switched fallback CSFB or an LTE short message SMS over SGs according to the user network capability field.
The information processing apparatus of the mobile switching center pool according to the embodiment of the present invention may be used in the corresponding method embodiments four and five, and for details, refer to the description of the embodiments four and five, which are not described herein again.
Example nine
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an information processing system of a mobile switching center pool according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention, and only a part related to the embodiment of the present invention is shown for convenience of description.
The system comprises a network element SGSN101, a network element MME102, a network element MSC/VLR103 and a user server HSS/HLR104, wherein:
the network element SGSN101 includes:
a first receiving unit 1011, configured to receive, by the SGSN, an attach request message or a routing area update request message that is sent by the user equipment UE and includes an old location area identity old LAI;
a determining unit 1012, configured to determine that the old LAI is not in a service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
a first sending unit 1013, configured to send indication information to a target network element, where the indication information is used to indicate the target network element to instruct the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to the HSS/HLR.
The network element MME102 includes:
a second receiving unit 1021, configured to receive indication information sent by a serving GPRS support node SGSN;
a second sending unit 1022, configured to send a message to a mobile switching center/visitor location register MSC/VLR according to the indication information, where the message is used to instruct the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to a home subscriber server/home location register HSS/HLR.
The network element MSC/VLR103 comprises:
a third sending unit 1031, configured to send, by the MSC/VLR, an update location request message to the HSS/HLR according to the message.
The information processing system of the mobile switching center pool provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be used in the sixth corresponding method embodiment, and for details, refer to the description of the sixth embodiment, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in the above device and system embodiments, the included units are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the embodiments described above can be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a program, and the corresponding program can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or the like.

Claims (22)

1. An information processing method for a mobile switching center pool, the method comprising:
the MME receives indication information sent by a serving GPRS support node SGSN through a context response message or an identification response message;
and sending a message to a mobile switching center/visitor location register (MSC/VLR) according to the indication information, wherein the message is used for indicating the MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to a home subscriber server/home location register (HSS/HLR).
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the indication information is specifically:
indication information of MSC/VLR or MSC Pool change serving UE; or,
and instructing the MSC/VLR to send indication information of the location updating request message to the HSS/HLR.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the receiving the indication sent by the SGSN, the method further comprises:
receiving a joint tracking area update or joint attachment message sent by user equipment;
and sending a request message to the SGSN, wherein the request message comprises a context request message context request or an identification request message identification request.
4. An information processing method for a mobile switching center pool, the method comprising:
the SGSN receives an attachment request message or a routing area update request message which is sent by User Equipment (UE) and comprises an old location area identifier old LAI;
determining that the old LAI is not in a service area of an MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
the SGSN sends indication information to the target network element through a context response message or an identification response message, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the target network element to indicate the MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to the HSS/HLR.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining that the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE is specifically:
determining that all LAI lists corresponding to all MSC Pool configured on the SGSN do not contain the old LAI, wherein the MSC Pool currently serving the UE is all the MSC Pool configured on the SGSN.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining that the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE is specifically:
acquiring a new LAI (location area identifier) of a currently accessed new location area;
determining the MSC Pool currently serving the UE according to the new LAI;
and determining that the old LAI is not contained in the LAI list corresponding to the MSC Pool currently serving the UE.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the method for determining the MSCPool currently serving the UE according to the new LAI specifically comprises: the LAI list of the MSC Pool of the current service UE includes the new LAI, or the MSC Pool corresponding to the list where the new LAI is located is the MSC Pool of the current service UE.
8. The method of claim 4, after determining that the old LAI is not in a service area of an MSC Pool currently serving the UE, the method further comprising,
receiving a request message sent by a target network element, wherein the request message is a context request message or an identification request message;
the sending of the indication information to the target network element specifically includes:
and sending the indication information to the target network element through a context response message or an identification response message according to the request message.
9. The method of claim 4, wherein the sending the indication information to the target network element specifically comprises:
and when the target network element radio access type RAT is long term evolution LTE, sending the indication information to a mobility management network element MME.
10. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining that the old LAI is not before the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE, the method further comprises:
and determining that the user can use the network circuit switched fallback CSFB or the LTE short message SMSover SGs according to the user network capability field.
11. An information processing method for a mobile switching center pool, the method comprising:
the SGSN receives an attachment request message or a routing area update request message which is sent by the UE and comprises an old location area identifier old LAI;
the SGSN determines that the old LAI is not in the service area of the MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
SGSN sends indication information to MME through context response message or identification response message, the indication information is used for indicating the MME to indicate MSC/VLR to send location updating request message to HSS/HLR;
the MME receives indication information sent by the SGSN;
the MME sends a message to the MSC/VLR according to the indication information, and is used for indicating the MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to the HSS/HLR;
MSC sends request message of updating location to HSS/HLR according to the said message.
12. An information processing apparatus of a mobile switching center pool, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive indication information sent by a serving GPRS support node SGSN through a context response message or an identity response message;
and the sending unit is used for sending a message to the mobile switching center/the visitor location register (MSC/VLR) according to the indication information, wherein the message is used for indicating the MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to the home subscriber server/the home location register (HSS/HLR).
13. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the indication information is specifically:
indication information of MSC/VLR or MSC Pool change serving UE; or,
and instructing the MSC/VLR to send indication information of the location updating request message to the HSS/HLR.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to receive a joint tracking area update or joint attachment message sent by a user equipment;
the sending unit is further configured to send a request message to the SGSN, where the request message includes a context request message context request or an identity request message identity request; and
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive indication information sent by the SGSN through a context response message or an identity response message.
15. An information processing apparatus of a mobile switching center pool, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive, by an SGSN, an attach request message or a routing area update request message that is sent by a user equipment UE and includes an old location area identity old LAI;
a determining unit, configured to determine that the old LAI is not in a service area of an MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
a sending unit, configured to send, by the SGSN, indication information to the target network element through the context response message or the identity response message, where the indication information is used to indicate the target network element to indicate the MSC/VLR to send the location update request message to the HSS/HLR.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to determine that all LAI lists corresponding to all MSC Pool configured on the SGSN do not include the old LAI, where the MSC Pool currently serving the UE is all MSC Pool configured on the SGSN.
17. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the determining unit specifically includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a new location area identifier (new LAI) of the current access;
a first determining module, configured to determine, according to the new LAI, an MSC Pool currently serving the UE; and
a second determining module, configured to determine that the old LAI is not included in an LAI list corresponding to the MSC Pool currently serving the UE.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the second determining module is specifically configured to include the new LAI in an LAI list of the MSC Pool of the current serving UE, or an MSCPool corresponding to a list where the new LAI is located is the MSC Pool of the current serving UE.
19. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to receive a request message sent by a target network element, where the request message is a context request message or an identity request message;
the sending unit is specifically configured to send the indication information to the target network element through a context response message or an identity response message according to the request message.
20. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the sending unit is specifically configured to send the indication information to the MME when the target network element radio access type RAT is long term evolution LTE.
21. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the means for determining is further for determining from a user network capability field that a user can use network circuit domain fallback CSFB or LTE short message SMS over SGs.
22. An information processing system of a mobile switching center pool is characterized in that the system comprises a network element SGSN, a network element MME, a network element MSC/VLR and a user server HSS/HLR, wherein:
the network element SGSN includes:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive, by an SGSN, an attach request message or a routing area update request message that is sent by a user equipment UE and includes an old location area identity old LAI;
a determining unit, configured to determine that the old LAI is not in a service area of an MSC Pool currently serving the UE;
a first sending unit, configured to send, by an SGSN, indication information to a target network element through a context response message or an identity response message, where the indication information is used to indicate the target network element to indicate an MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to an HSS/HLR;
the network element MME comprises:
a second receiving unit, configured to receive indication information sent by a serving GPRS support node SGSN;
a second sending unit, configured to send a message to a mobile switching center/visitor location register MSC/VLR according to the indication information, where the message is used to indicate the MSC/VLR to send a location update request message to a home subscriber server/home location register HSS/HLR;
the network element MSC/VLR comprises:
and the third sending unit is used for the MSC/VLR to send a location updating request message to the HSS/HLR according to the message.
