技术领域
本发明涉及能够使具备座椅垫及座椅靠背的座椅主体在车厢内的规定位置与车厢外的上下车位置之间移动的车辆用座椅装置。
背景技术
为了使诸如需要看护的就座者能够轻松地上下车辆,能够使座椅主体在车厢内的规定位置与车厢外的上下车位置之间移动的车辆用座椅装置在福利车辆中得到很好的利用。
在这样的车辆用座椅装置100中,如图10(A)所示,将位于上下车位置的座椅主体102的高度位置设置于就座者M的双足能够轻松着地的较低的位置,以使就座者M能够安全地上下车。为此,例如使需要看护的就座者M转乘轮椅时,需要由看护人抱着就座者使其站立起来(参照图10(B))。由此,增加了看护人的负担。
为解决该问题,日本专利特开2000-318496号中记载了一种具有辅助就座者M站起的功能的车辆用座椅装置,当就座者M欲从座椅主体102站立起来时,使座椅主体102的座椅垫(省略图示)的后部上升而使所述座椅垫发生前倾,从而对就座者M的站起起到辅助作用。由此,当就座者M欲从座椅主体102站立起来时,由于所述座椅垫的后部上升,从而能够减轻看护人抱着就座者M使其站立起来的负担。
发明内容
然而,如图10(C)所示,当使就座者M从轮椅K转乘至车辆用座椅装置100的座椅主体102时,看护人需要抱着就座者M使其从轮椅K站立起来。进而,还需要抱着站立起来的就座者M(参照图10(D))使其就座于座椅主体102。为此,在使就座者M从轮椅K转乘至车辆用座椅装置100的座椅主体102时,加大了看护人的负担。为此,期望能够设法减轻此情况下看护人的负担。
本发明的一个特征在于,本发明的车辆用座椅装置包括座椅主体、座垫升降机构、倾倚机构及座椅移动装置。座椅主体包括座椅垫及座椅靠背,座椅垫能够以所述座椅垫的前部为中心相对于座椅框架上下转动,座椅靠背与所述座椅垫的后部连接,能够相对于所述座椅垫发生倾斜。座垫升降机构设置于所述座椅主体,使所述座椅垫的后部发生升降,使所述座椅垫在前倾位置与就座位置之间上下转动。倾倚机构同样设置于座椅主体,能够调整所述座椅靠背相对于所述座椅垫的倾斜角度。座椅移动装置使所述座椅主体在车厢内的规定位置与车厢外的上下车位置之间移动。另外,当使就座者从与所述座椅主体相向的轮椅转乘至位于车厢外的上下车位置的该座椅主体时,在该就座者从所述座椅主体的前侧抱住处于前倾状态的所述座椅靠背的状态下,所述座垫升降机构使所述座椅垫的后部从就座位置上升至前倾位置,所述倾倚机构使所述座椅靠背从前倾状态竖起。
这样,因座椅垫的后部从就座位置上升至前倾位置,座椅靠背整体向上抬升。进而,因座椅靠背从前倾状态向上竖起,该座椅靠背的上部向上抬升。由此,抱住所述座椅靠背的就座者被该座椅靠背向上方拉起。藉此,能够减轻将就座者从轮椅抱起的看护人的负担。

具体实施方式
以下,依据图1~图9,对本发明的实施方式的车辆用座椅装置进行说明。本实施方式的车辆用座椅装置用于需要看护的就座者上下车辆之时。此处,图中之前后左右及上下与车辆之前后左右及上下相对应。
如图1等所示,车辆用座椅装置S为用作车辆C的副驾驶座的座椅,由座椅主体10及使该座椅主体10在车厢内的规定位置与车厢外的上下车位置之间移动的座椅移动装置200构成。
如图2~图4的示意侧视图所示,座椅移动装置200包括:设置于车厢内的地板F上的前后滑动机构20;设置于该前后滑动机构20的前后滑动基座21上的旋转机构30;设置于该旋转机构30的旋转基座35上的升降机构50;以及内外滑动机构70,在所述内外滑动机构70上设置座椅主体10。
座椅移动装置200的前后滑动机构20是使座椅主体10在车厢内沿车辆的前后方向移动的机构。如图2等所示,前后滑动机构20由左右一对固定侧导轨22、前后滑动基座21以及驱动部24构成,其中,所述左右一对固定侧导轨22设置于车辆地板F上的固定基座23上并沿车辆的前后方向延伸,所述前后滑动基座21受到所述固定侧导轨22支承而处于能够前后滑动的状态。
在前后滑动基座21上设置有旋转机构30。旋转机构30是使座椅主体10在朝向车辆前方的朝前位置与朝向上下车门D侧的横向位置之间进行约100°水平旋转的机构,包括能够相对于前后滑动基座21进行水平旋转的旋转基座35。
在旋转基座35上设置有升降机构50。如图2~图4所示,升降机构50是使座椅主体10在车厢外升降的机构,包括:作为水平方向的驱动源的横向滑动机构40(参照图4);在横向滑动机构40的横向滑动基座44的滑动动作的作用下朝上下方向转动的四连杆机构51;以及在四连杆机构51的作用下升降的升降基座55。并且,在所述升降基座55上通过内外滑动机构70设置有座椅主体10。
如图4所示,内外滑动机构70包括对座椅主体10进行支承的座椅用基座75,并且构成为能够使座椅用基座75相对于升降机构50的升降基座55沿座椅主体10的前后方向发生滑动。
接着,依据图5(A)~图5(E)对座椅移动装置200的动作概要进行说明。使座椅主体10从车厢内的规定位置移动至车厢外的上下车位置时,车辆C的门Dr打开后,操作下车开关。由此,如图5(A)~图5(C)所示,旋转机构30使座椅主体10向左旋转,座椅主体10向左旋转一定角度后,前后滑动机构20使前后滑动基座21向前方滑动。即,座椅主体10向前方移动的同时向左旋转(旋转滑动)。由此,如图5(C)的双点划线所示,避免了座椅主体10与车辆C的中心支柱P之间发生干涉。并且,当座椅主体10旋转约90°而朝向上下车门D侧时,内外滑动机构70动作,如图5(D)及图3所示,座椅主体10相对于升降机构50的升降基座55而前行。藉此,将座椅主体10从上下车门D向车厢外摇出(向外滑动)。

接着,对座椅主体10的具体结构进行说明。如图6、图7~图9所示,座椅主体10包括:座椅垫11、座椅靠背12、座椅框架15、座垫升降机构80及倾倚机构90,所述座椅框架15固定于内外滑动机构70的座椅用基座75上。
座椅垫11的前下部通过铰链机构81而与座椅框架15的前上部连接,使其能够以该座椅垫11的前部为中心相对于座椅框架15上下转动。并且,在座椅垫11与座椅框架15之间设置有将座椅垫11的后部向上推起的座垫升降机构80。
另外,座椅靠背12在倾倚机构90的作用下能够相对于座椅垫11发生倾斜。
进而,在座椅主体10上设置有用于使该座椅主体10进行下车动作的下车开关(省略图示)及用于使所述座椅主体10进行上车动作的上车开关(省略图示)。

并且,如图9所示,使就座者M在该状态下改变身体的朝向,就座者M便能够容易地就座于座椅主体10上。此时,座椅垫11的后部上升,座椅垫11处于前倾位置,因此,就座者M只需稍稍下蹲一些就能就座于座椅垫11。因此,能够减轻就座者M及将就座者M抱起的看护人的负担。
依据本实施方式的车辆用座椅装置S,具有如下的优点。在轮椅K的就座者M从座椅主体10的前侧抱住处于前倾状态的座椅靠背12的状态下,座椅垫11的后部由就座位置上升至前倾位置,座椅靠背12能够向后方倾斜。这样,通过使座椅垫11的后部由就座位置上升至前倾位置,能使座椅靠背12整体向上抬升。进而,通过使座椅靠背12从前倾状态向后方倾斜,该座椅靠背12的上部向上抬升。由此,该座椅靠背12能将抱住座椅靠背12的就座者M向上方拉动。藉此,能够减轻将就座者M从轮椅K抱起的看护人的负担。另外,由于能够利用就座者绑带99承担就座者M的体重,即便遇到臂力较弱的就座者M也能够安全地使之站起。另外,座椅移动装置200能够将处于上下车位置的座椅主体10的座椅垫11的前端保持在能够与就座者M的膝部抵接的高度位置上,因此,当就座者M被座椅主体10向上拉动时,该就座者M的膝部与座椅主体10的座椅垫11的前端上部抵接。由此,能够使就座者M稳定地站立起来。
本发明并非限定于上述实施方式,能够在不超越本发明的要旨的范围内加以变更。例如,在本实施方式中,对以小齿轮84及从动齿轮85等构成座垫升降机构80的例子进行了示例,然而,也可以使用液压缸、螺栓与螺母机构或齿条与小齿轮机构等以取代小齿轮84与从动齿轮85等。另外,在本实施方式中,对本发明适用于副驾驶座的例子进行了示例,然而,本发明也能够适用于副驾驶座以外的座椅。

Claims (3)

1.一种车辆用座椅装置,包括座椅主体、座垫升降机构、倾倚机构及座椅移动装置,其特征在于,
所述座椅主体包括座椅垫及座椅靠背,
所述座椅垫能够以该座椅垫的前部为中心相对于座椅框架上下转动,
所述座椅靠背与所述座椅垫的后部连接,能够相对于所述座椅垫发生倾斜,
所述座垫升降机构设置于所述座椅主体,使所述座椅垫的后部发生升降,使所述座椅垫在前倾位置与就座位置之间上下转动,
所述倾倚机构同样设置于所述座椅主体,能够调整所述座椅靠背相对于所述座椅垫的倾斜角度,
所述座椅移动装置使所述座椅主体在车厢内的规定位置与车厢外的上下车位置之间移动,
当使就座者从与位于车厢外的上下车位置的所述座椅主体相向的轮椅转乘至该座椅主体时,在该就座者从所述座椅主体的前侧抱住处于前倾状态的所述座椅靠背的状态下,所述座垫升降机构使所述座椅垫的后部从就座位置上升至前倾位置,所述倾倚机构使所述座椅靠背从前倾状态竖起。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅装置,其特征在于,
所述座椅主体设置有就座者绑带,该就座者绑带用于穿过抱住所述座椅靠背的就座者的左右腋下并挂在该座椅靠背上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的车辆用座椅装置,其特征在于,
所述座椅移动装置能够将位于上下车位置的所述座椅主体的座椅垫的前端保持在能够与就座者的膝部抵接的高度位置。
