本发明公开了一种流体用无缝钢管,所述钢管为三层结构,内层为内层管,外层为外层钢管本体,中间层为正六边形塑膜层,所述外层钢管本体采用304不锈钢,在外层钢管涂覆有环氧耐油防腐层,内层管为合金管,中间层六边形塑膜层,采用氟塑料制作,同时,为了提高无缝钢管的强度,在中间层和外层钢管本体之间设置有加强筋条,本发明无缝钢管强度高,不容易折断,满足流体液压行业对无缝钢管的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及无缝钢管领域,特别是涉及一种流体用无缝钢管。
背景技术
液压机采用液体作为压力的设备,根据液态压强原理,来实现对物体的作用力大小的调节,传统的液压设备,采用无缝钢管,大多制作圆形结构,在实际液压机顶出工作时候,不能满足实际要求,所以,本发明提供一种特制的流体用无缝钢管,和液压机配合,对待操作物体施加一定的推动力。
    同时,本流体无缝钢管可以输送石油,天然气,煤气,水等液体物料,能承受抗弯曲能力,可批量生产,表面质量高,钢管性能优越。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种流体用无缝钢管,采用冷拔钢管的机械结构,结构简单,抗弯曲能力强。
所述流体用无缝钢管为三层结构,内层为内层管,外层为外层钢管本体,中间层为正六边形塑膜层。
一种优选技术方案,所述外层钢管本体采用304不锈钢。
一种优选技术方案,为了提高流体用无缝钢管的耐腐蚀程度,在外层钢管涂覆有环氧耐油防腐层。
内层管为合金管,具有很高的强度。
一种优选技术方案,中间层六边形塑膜层,采用氟塑料制作。
同时,为了提高无缝钢管的强度,在中间层和外层钢管本体之间设置有加强筋条。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明无缝钢管强度高,不容易折断,满足流体液压行业对无缝钢管的要求。

内层管为合金管,具有很高的强度。
中间层六边形塑膜层,采用氟塑料制作,同时,为了提高无缝钢管的强度,在中间层和外层钢管本体之间设置有加强筋条。
