本发明涉及一种美味酱菜。
背景技术
什锦菜又称十样菜,南京特色的一道素菜,意思是不少于10种蔬菜炒制而成,寓意“和顺长久”,清淡可口,健体补虚、益脑安神。但是现有的什锦菜加工方法最常用的方法是凉拌,这不利于南京本地的菜肴产品化销往外地,也有一些厂家将什锦菜酱制,但成品丧失了什锦菜原有的酱香脆口的口感。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种酱什锦菜。
