Abstract
本发明涉及印刷油墨领域,具体涉及一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨,该油墨由如下重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、纳米钛酸钡1-3、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物6-10、油酸锌1-2、丙二醇甲醚15-20、醇酸树脂18-24、乙酸乙酯10-12、无水乙醇4-5、铝凝胶剂2-5、颜料10-15、助剂1-2;本发明油墨以醇酸树脂、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物混合作为连结料,具有优良的粘结力,与各组分相容性好,经铝凝胶剂醇溶液分散处理后的纳米钛酸钡,更易均匀分散于树脂溶液,提高涂层的硬度和耐热性能,助剂能够改善油墨的润湿性,防止涂层气泡而影响装饰效果;本发明油墨在实际使用过程中印刷适应性好,在较高环境温度下仍能长期不脱色晕染。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷油墨领域,具体涉及一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨。
背景技术
油墨是日常生活中十分常用的一类着色材料,它通过印刷的方式作为文字及图案的载体,是一种黏性胶状流体,广泛的应用于书刊、包装装潢、建筑装饰等各种印刷,随着社会需求增大,油墨品种和产量也相应扩展和增长,改进油墨的使用性能,达到节能高效的生产模式始终是未来油墨发展的必然方向。
影响油墨的使用性能的因素主要在于颜料、连结料、填充料以及助剂等组成成分的性能,比如颜料影响着油墨的耐久性和着色力;连结料直接影响着油墨的固着速度、干燥速度以及印刷质量等等。因此,要改进油墨的使用性能,需要从改进这些成分的性能着手,同时提高各原料间的相容性,达到协同促进的功效,从而改进现有的油墨普遍存在的堆墨、掉版、糊版、脏版、背面粘脏等印刷质量等问题,以提高生产效率,避免资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨,其特征在于,该油墨由以下重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、纳米钛酸钡1-3、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物6-10、油酸锌1-2、丙二醇甲醚15-20、醇酸树脂18-24、乙酸乙酯10-12、无水乙醇4-5、铝凝胶剂2-5、颜料10-15、助剂1-2;
所述的助剂中包含以下重量份的原料:三乙醇胺0.1-0.2、氧化铝溶胶4-6、超细硅藻土1-2、柠檬烯1-2、无水乙醇3-5、纳米稀土铈溶胶0.2-0.4,制备方法为:先将三乙醇胺、柠檬烯充分搅拌溶解于无水乙醇中,随后加入超细硅藻土,研磨混合30-40min后,将所得浆料浓缩干燥,得到的粉体再与氧化铝溶胶、纳米稀土铈溶胶混合,完全搅拌分散均匀后即可。
所述的一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨,其制备方法为:先将纳米钛酸钡、铝凝胶剂均匀分散于无水乙醇中,并加入颜料,混合研磨20-30min,随后与其它剩余成分混合,继续搅拌至物料完全溶解分散,再将其投入砂磨机内充分研磨,使所得浆料的粒径为≤20μm,即得。
本发明制备的油墨以醇酸树脂、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物混合作为连结料,具有优良的粘结力,与各组分相容性好,有良好的光泽度和韧性,经铝凝胶剂醇溶液分散处理后的纳米钛酸钡,更易均匀分散于树脂溶液,从而改善油墨的使用性能,有效的提高涂层的硬度和耐热性能,添加的助剂能够改善油墨的润湿性,防止涂层气泡而影响装饰效果;本发明油墨在实际使用过程中印刷适应性好,油墨干燥后不易脱落,在较高环境温度下仍能长期不脱色晕染。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例制备的印刷油墨由以下重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、纳米钛酸钡2、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物8、油酸锌1、丙二醇甲醚20、醇酸树脂20、乙酸乙酯10、无水乙醇5、铝凝胶剂3、颜料12、助剂2;其中助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三乙醇胺0.1、氧化铝溶胶4、超细硅藻土1、柠檬烯2、无水乙醇5、纳米稀土铈溶胶0.2,制备方法为:先将三乙醇胺、柠檬烯充分搅拌溶解于无水乙醇中,随后加入超细硅藻土,研磨混合30min后,将所得浆料浓缩干燥,得到的粉体再与氧化铝溶胶、纳米稀土铈溶胶混合,完全搅拌分散均匀后即可。
该印刷油墨的制备方法为:先将纳米钛酸钡、铝凝胶剂均匀分散于无水乙醇中,并加入颜料,混合研磨30min,随后与其它剩余成分混合,继续搅拌至物料完全溶解分散,再将其投入砂磨机内充分研磨,使所得浆料的粒径为≤20μm,即得。
将本实施例所制得的油墨印刷在PE薄膜上,待其完全干燥后,该油墨在基材表面的性能测试结果为:

1.一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨,其特征在于,该印刷油墨由以下重量份的原料制成:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、纳米钛酸钡1-3、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物6-10、油酸锌1-2、丙二醇甲醚15-20、醇酸树脂18-24、乙酸乙酯10-12、无水乙醇4-5、铝凝胶剂2-5、颜料10-15、助剂1-2;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三乙醇胺0.1-0.2、氧化铝溶胶4-6、超细硅藻土1-2、柠檬烯1-2、无水乙醇3-5、纳米稀土铈溶胶0.2-0.4,制备方法为:先将三乙醇胺、柠檬烯充分搅拌溶解于无水乙醇中,随后加入超细硅藻土,研磨混合30-40min后,将所得浆料浓缩干燥,得到的粉体再与氧化铝溶胶、纳米稀土铈溶胶混合,完全搅拌分散均匀后即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种包覆纳米钛酸钡的醇酸树脂型油墨,其制备方法为:先将纳米钛酸钡、铝凝胶剂均匀分散于无水乙醇中,并加入颜料,混合研磨20-30min,随后与其它剩余成分混合,继续搅拌至物料完全溶解分散,再将其投入砂磨机内充分研磨,使所得浆料的粒径为≤20μm,即得。
